Gavin:

Two police officers are relaxing at the station, when they get a call. There was a robbery taking place in a bank close by. Yōurán and Gavin look at each other, then nodded and get into the car, the  speed off lights flashing.

They arrive and cautiously approached the building, then stepped in with guns raised. Yōurán's eyes assessed the situation.The robber was right in front with a civilian held at gunpoint  people were cowering away in the corners
The robber demanded a ransom, while threatening everyone as he waved the gun around. The two stepped forward as he stepped back with the civilian  the situation was complicated.

Time seemed like it slowed down, when Yōurán lunged forward and kicked the gun away. The rubber cursed in a foreign language and lunged to get it leaving the civilian behind. She was rushed to safety by officer Gavin. The gun was kicked further away by officer Yōurán and she pinned the man down. The two struggled but Yōurán managed, to slap the handcuffs on his hand. The crisis was averted. Gavin gave Yōurán a thumbs up and she winked in response.

She walked him out and into the back of the car. Gavin followed suit with the robber's gun in a zip lock bag. The two high fived. "Let's get some doughnuts after this partner. I'm famished!," Gavin said stretching. Yōurán nodded and they drove off.

After the days hard work, they finished off by getting doughnuts to eat together. Not without so coffee of course! For it was chilly that day.
