Tatianna's POV

Now I know why he is asking me the most moronic question I have ever heard. His is one of the test results that came back positive for drugs. He lost his mind if he thinks I am doing what he asked.

I sure did press record on my phone. And, Niko had a security button placed underneath my desk. I pressed that too. Niko is on his way down as we speak.

"Callum, let me get this straight - you want me to ruin my medical career because you failed a drug test?"

"Yes." He said it with a straight face.

"You seriously want me to get my medical license revoked for you?!" If he couldn't tell by now, I am highly irritated.

"Tatianna, your just a doctor. I'm sure you can find another job in a different state. I'm an executive at one of the most successful telecom companies in the world. The previous doctor let me do it, so why can't you?"

"That's precisely why the previous doctor is not here anymore. You have lost your dang mind if you think I am going to lose my medical license for you." Pissed is a word that best describes how I am right now. Niko, you better get down here fast because Callum is about to catch a foot up his.....

Niko's POV

As I came back from a brief meeting with Aubrey and Owen, I noticed an alarm going off. And, it can only be Tatianna. I better get down there now.

"Aubrey, I'll be back. Something is going on in Tatianna's office."

"Go ahead, Niko. I'll hold your calls."

I sure did run to the elevator and went down to the medical center floor. Tatianna's door was wide open as I approached. Where is everyone else? I heard everything they were saying as I stepped off the elevator and ran to Tatianna's office.

"Callum, you need to get out of my office now. I will not be falsifying ANY medical records because you decided to indulge in drugs before a scheduled test that you knew about. I am not risking my medical license or relationship with Niko for you or anyone else! Niko may not have even fired you, but he will now when I tell him what you want me to do!!"

"I wish it didn't come to this, but I can't let you do that."

I sure did barge into her office and knocked him on the floor.

"Callum, touch Tatianna and I will hurl you out of that glass window! And, Tatianna is correct because I wasn't going to fire anyone. A first offense is a warning. But, in your case, you're fired! And, you're going to jail for a long time for threatening to assault Tatianna!"

No, I know a better place for you. Sorry, Tatianna but Callum just bought himself a one-way ticket to the island. Tatianna picked up the phone.

"Tatianna, hang up the phone. I know a place where Callum will never harass another person again. Just let me do it. This time."

She hung up the phone, and said, "Just this time, Niko. I am not the only doctor he has asked to do this. The previous doctor falsified his records."

"I knew about stealing medications, but the falsifying of records is new. Here is my phone. Call Adonis while I take care of this piece of trash. Are you okay?" I handed Tatianna my phone.

"I'm fine, but Callum wasn't going to be. He messed with the wrong woman today. I'll be right back."

Tatianna left the office. "You're sick, Callum. How many other tests have you failed?"

"Like I would ever you tell that."

"You're fired, so it doesn't matter." I slugged him right in his face, knocking him out. Tatianna walked back inside the office.

"Adonis will call you back with a flight time."

"Good. You can take the rest of the day off."

"Niko, I'm fine. I'll take the files upstairs and work in your office." As Tatianna was leaving, Jenny came in.

"Oh my gosh! What happened in here?!"

"Jenny, right after you left, Callum came in here asking me to falsify his drug test. Then, he almost tried to attack me but Niko came in before he did."

"Are you okay?"

"I'm fine. We are working in Niko's office today. Can you help me take these folders up?"

"Of course." Jenny grabbed some of Tatianna's folders, then both ladies took the elevator upstairs. I sent Aubrey a text that Tatianna and Jenny are on their way upstairs. I'll work from Tatianna's computer while I wait for Adonis to call back.

Tatianna's POV

Aubrey greeted us as Jenny and I stepped off the elevator.

"Hi, Aubrey. Jenny and I will be working in Niko's office for the rest of the day."

"He sent me a text. Let me know if you ladies need anything."

"Thanks, Aubrey. I'm actually hungry. Can you order me some lamb Kleftiko from Niko's restaurant? Ooh, and some loukoumádes. How about two orders of loukoumádes? One for me, and one for Jenny."

"You got it. I'll bring it in once it arrives."

"Thanks, Aubrey. You're the best." Jenny and I then walked into Niko's office. I sat at Niko's main desk. And, Jenny sat at the smaller desk.

"Jenny let's separate the folders into positive and negative piles."

"Okay, Tati."

About 30 minutes in to check some folders, Aubrey came in with lunch.

"Thanks, Aubrey."

"You're welcome." Aubrey sat lunch on Niko's desk.

"What's the name of the dish you ordered for me?"

"It's called loukoumádes. It is fried dough sprinkled with powdered syrup. It is delicious. I get them every time I eat at Niko's restaurant."

While I ate my lamb Kleftiko, Jenny ate her loukoumádes.

"You're right, Tatianna. These are delicious."

After eating my lunch, I went back to checking my folders.

"Tatianna, this stack to my right is the employees who tested positive. And, the stack to my left is the negative ones."

"Thanks, Jenny. Which stack would you like to enter into the computer?"

"I'll take the negative test."

"Okay. Hand me your positives. And, I'll hand you my negatives. Niko is just going to have to switch the meeting until Monday. You can use my laptop, Jenny."

I slid over my laptop and the negative test folders to Jenny. Jenny then passed me her positive folders. I used Niko's computer to enter my stack of folders.

I should have taken Niko's offer of leaving early. After eating my Greek food for lunch, I am tired.

"Hey ladies, how are things in here?" Jenny and I looked up and saw Niko at the door. He had my bags in his hand.

After yawning, "I should have taken the rest of the day off. I'm tired after eating lunch."

"The offer still stands. Jenny, you can take the rest of the day off as well. Aubrey changed the medical staff meeting until Monday."

"Thanks, Niko. Tati, I'll finish the rest of the folders first thing Monday morning. Have a great weekend."

"You too, Jenny. And, thanks."

Jenny grabbed her folders and made her way back downstairs.

"Adonis called. Callum, meaning the trash, will be dumped on the island by tomorrow. And, I promise no more trips."

"Good. Now, I need to lock these folders in my office. Then, I am leaving for the day."

"I'll see you later." After grabbing the folders and my bags, I made my way back downstairs. I am so going to enjoy this weekend.

It's a shame the weekend had to end because it was amazing. We spoke with Darcy Friday evening about our wedding website. It is coming along great. I sent her some of the pictures Niko and I wanted to post on our webpage. I can't wait for it to launch. We spent most of Saturday at a couples' spa in San Francisco. Talk about amazing!

After parking my Mercedes, I made my way to the elevator. The medical floor is only one floor down, so I pressed M for medical.

Each of the assistants has an office as well, so I stopped to see Jenny.

"Good morning, Jenny."

"Good morning, Tati. How was your weekend?"

"It was great. And, guess what? Our wedding website is almost completed. So, save the date cards should be going out shortly. You are the first one on the list. How was your weekend?"

"Thanks, Tati. I can't wait. I had a great weekend also, spending time with my friends. I am almost finished with my folders. Let me know if you need assistance."

"Thanks, Jenny. I better go get started." After leaving Jenny's office, I walked over to mine. Dang, my keys are in my bag. I shook my bag to find them, and of course, they are at the bottom of my bag.

Once I found them, I opened the door, grabbed my bags, and walked inside towards my desk. I should have stopped for a coffee. I can get one from the lunch gallery.

Well, let's get to work on this pile because we have a staff meeting later today.

While turning my computer on, I plopped my things down in the empty chair near my desk.

Niko has quite a few executives that tested positive. Now, it's just a matter of seeing what for.

Each folder was marked with the label 'positive.' So, I made my way down the pile.

11:00 am

I'm down to the last two folders. Most of the folders were positive for prescription medicines. However, there were a few for non-medicinal drugs too.

After finishing the last folder, my eyes went wide in shock from the name inside the last one - Niko Kostopoulos?!
