Niko's POV

Yes! Those words are music to my ears.

"I want to give us a chance, but I also want to go slow."

"Sweetheart, we can go as slow as you want. All that matters is me having you in my arms. If anybody ever gives you sass about us being together, let me know. I am not one to cross." Just look at Jay and the idiots. They are a perfect example of what happens when someone crosses me.

"You sure aren't. Aiesha told me what happened to Jay and his cronies. But, Niko now there is a conflict of interest. We work together. I take my work seriously, and I will not let a relationship get in the way of my work. So, you and I can't work together. I will have to find another place to work."

"Woman, that is hogwash. I don't care what anybody in that building thinks about me. You're not going anywhere."

"But they won't be talking about you. It will be about me. I'm going to start looking for something else when we get back."

"No, you are not."

"Yes, I will."

"No, you will not. I want you on my medical staff. I will fire anyone who says anything to you. I am the only one you have to answer to."

"Mr. Kostopoulos, yes I will."

"Woman, what did I tell you about that Mr. Kostopoulos stuff? No, you will not because I won't let you. You know I get my way, so you might as well give up." I sure did march right over to Tatianna and walked her right against the wall in the library. Then, I put my arms on each side of her face.

"Now, what was that again? If we have to, I will stand here and kiss you until you give in."

"I said Mr. Kostopoulos that I need to find another job for us to be in a relationship with each other. I'm not scared of you." Tatianna says with her eyebrows arched.

"That's what I thought you said. And, yes you are because I now have you encased and against the wall. Oh, just so you know, I am not ticklish so don't even try it. Remember what happened with the phone situation?"

I went in for the kiss. Man, I am going to enjoy these moments with her. And, Tatianna even opened her mouth for me, and I sure did take advantage of it. I could sense Tatianna getting weak in the knees, so I pulled away.

"Now, what's going to happen when we get back to San Diego?"

"I'm not going to look for another job."

"That's my girl. Let's go back to the party."

Narrator's POV

Niko and Tatianna rejoined the party while holding each other's hand.

Aunt Daphne was the first to notice. She proposed a toast to welcome Tatianna into the family. They partied into the next morning.

Niko and Tatianna rested themselves because the next day, they will be leaving for San Diego.

Sunday, January 19th, 2018

Tati's POV

"Aura and Cyrene, I am going to miss you both. Thank you for your hospitality." I gave both of them a hug.

"You're welcome, Tatianna. We are going to miss you too." That was Aura.

"We sure are. Niko, we want you to bring Tatianna back to Greece for another visit, you hear?" Cyrene says.

"Don't worry. We will be making plenty of visits."

Niko and I got in his SUV, then he drove us to the airport.

We made it to the airport in 25 minutes. Just think - when we landed in Greece, I was in a wheelchair. It feels great to walk on my own up the steps to the plane.

Niko wanted to carry me, but I wanted to walk, and he understood.

As we took our seats, Niko's pilot came from the cockpit.

"Tatianna, I want you to meet our pilot. This is Adonis."

"It's nice to meet you, Adonis."

"It's nice to meet you too, Tatianna. You are just as beautiful as Niko says you are. And, do me a favor and keep Niko in check? He can be unruly at times."

Niko sighed, and I laughed a little. "Thank you, Adonis. And, I sure will."

"We are cleared for takeoff."

Next stop will be San Diego."

Monday, January 30th, 2018

We landed in San Diego in the afternoon. Boy am I going to sleep for the rest of the day.

Matti came to pick us up.

"Hey, bro-in-law. Thank you for coming."

"You're welcome, Tati. Where should I drive you to?"

"To my condo. I haven't been there since the accident."

"Okay, off we go."

I heard Niko say, "Tatianna, we reached your condo."

"Huh? Oh, okay." From the airport to my condo, I must have fallen asleep. I got out of Matti's Rover and looked for my keys in my bag. Once I found them, I went to open my condo door.

"Welcome to the Reid condo. Well, at least Niko. Matti has come over several times before. Sorry, but I don't have anything fresh to offer you guys. I need to throw everything out and restock my kitchen."

"Don't worry about it. We will restock your kitchen for you. And, I heard through the grapevine that you and Niko are dating."

"Yes, it's true. I asked if we could take it slow. I can't deny that I am attracted to him anymore."

"That's great, Tati. I'm happy for you both. Now, Niko can be bossy and a handful sometimes."

"Oh, I have seen it already."

"Do you and Matti know that you are talking about me and I am standing right here?"

Matti and I looked at each other, then looked at Niko. "We know you are, bro. Tati, get some rest. We will be back with groceries for the kitchen. Are you allergic to anything?"

"No, I am not allergic to anything. Can you guys get me some Starbucks French Roast coffee k-cups and Stash chocolate mint oolong tea? I need to get my bag to give you.........."

Niko cut me off and didn't let me finish my sentence. "Tatianna Kiyana Reid, don't even think about giving us a dime. Matti and I got it, baby. Besides, we are dating now, and you know how I am."

"Yup, Mr. Kostopoulos, I sure do. Thank you, guys. I'm going to my room and get some rest."

Niko's POV

There she goes with that mess again. Wait until Matti leaves her condo when we come back from shopping.

"Matti, maybe Aiesha can help us pick out what Tatianna likes."

"I agree. I'll drive you home to get your truck too."

"Thanks."

We reached my house within 20 minutes.

"I'll be right back." I grabbed my luggage and house keys. After opening the front door, I just dropped my luggage in the foyer, picked up my mail and the Cullinan keys. Before leaving, I called my Aunt Daphne to let her know we landed safely.

"Aiesha is going to meet us at the store," Matti says as I came outside.

"Good. I'll follow you so you can pick up Aiesha."

Aiesha helped us fill up my Cullinan, as well as Matti's Rover.

"Thank you, Aiesha for your help."

"You're welcome, Niko. I have a key to Tati's condo to let you in."

"I'm glad you said that because I was about to ask. Matti and I will bring in the bags."

"Okay. I'll start throwing out the old stuff."

We started grabbing bags from both vehicles while Aiesha opened the door.

As soon as I stepped in her condo. I was amazed by the various views of the ocean she has. It took us 20 minutes to bring in the bags. Yes, we had that much.

Then, it took us about an hour to clear out the old stuff and put the new groceries away.

I went upstairs to check on Tatianna. She has a very, nice sized condo. Too bad she won't need it anymore once we are married. I peeked in the room with the door closed. And, she was asleep. But, boy did I get a view. Through the thin cover she has on her bed, I could tell that she sleeps in the nude, and her booty was facing the door.

Let me close this door before I lose my self-control. So, I went back downstairs.

"Uh, uh, Tatianna is sleeping."

"Matti, Niko is blushing, and I know why. Tati likes to sleep in her birthday suit. She has a thin bedspread and Niko saw Tati naked." They started laughing at me.

"Ha! ha! You both have no idea of the nasty thoughts that appeared in my head."

"Oh, yes we do. Niko, look down."

I already knew what they were talking about. How embarrassing. I sat down really quick and grabbed the blanket that was on the couch.

"See you later, 'Happy.'" Matti and Aiesha laughed at me on their way out of the condo. After the Niko laugh-fest, I grabbed the television remote with the intention of watching it.

Tuesday, January 31st, 2018

When I woke up, I noticed Tatianna was laying with me. I started twirling her hair around my fingers.

With my free hand, I grabbed my phone to check the time. It said, "9:00 am?!" It's Tuesday?!

Tatianna didn't even budge. I peeked under the cover, and thankfully she had a pair of shorts and a tank top on. Phew.

I can definitely get used to this position every night with Tatianna. She is finally mine, and I will never let her go. I started leaning in to plant kisses on her cheek.

She started moving this time. And, opened her eyes.

"Good morning, baby. It's Tuesday morning."

"Good morning. I ate a little something last night. On my way back upstairs, I saw you sleeping, so I turned the television off and joined you. And, thank you for the fully, stocked kitchen."

"You're welcome. From yesterday and forward, you will be forever spoiled. You haven't seen anything yet. You never know what I am going to surprise you with. Do you love your condo?"

"Yes, I do. But I am saving money to buy myself a house. I wanted something to call my own. And, I'm almost there. With what you pay me, plus that nice bonus, I will have my house by the end of this year. I want to be mortgage-free."

"I want you to live with me, but I know you want to take it slow. So, I will get you whatever you want."

"But......."

"No buts. You're mine, Tatianna. And, we are in the perfect position for me to do what I want to do."

"Thank you for the house." Tatianna shot up really quick.

"What do you want for breakfast that is edible?"

She said that last part because she saw me licking my lips.

"Dang. Eggs, bacon, and coffee."

"Okay. And, I noticed you bought some things from the Greek market. Thanks, because I absolutely loved what we ate in Greece."

We both headed to the kitchen.

"I'm happy you liked it. Speaking of Greece, how did you like it?"

Oh my gosh, when she opened the refrigerator and leaned down to pull out eggs and bacon, I had the most amazing view of her 'asset.'

"I loved it! I want to go back. Your family is awesome. Aura and Cyrene were very nice. They told me to call them if you misbehave. Oh, and so did your Aunt Daphne. She told me some hilarious stories about you as a kid."

"Oh no. Please tell me......."

"Yup, she did. So many, cute naked little Niko pictures."

When she stirs them eggs, her booty shakes. "You know you are driving me crazy with those shorts, right?"

"This is what I usually wear in my house. So, enjoy the view. Do you like cheese in your eggs?"

I want to see her bend in the refrigerator again.

"Yes, I do."

As soon as she walked over to the refrigerator, she did it. So, I whistled in approval.

"So, how about our 'first' official date tonight? You pick what you would like to eat and, I'm paying. And, when would you like to go house hunting?"

"Hmm, I want Greek food. I miss it already. As for house hunting, Friday is fine with me." Tatianna then took the food over to the stove to cook it. I had a birds-eye view of her cooking, and it was magnificent.

"We have a location here in San Diego if you would........"

"Yes! I want to go there tonight. You just made me the happiest girl in the world. Did you guys take Aiesha with you? She knows exactly what I like."

"She sure did, and I am glad."

"The eggs and bacon are ready. Can you grab plates, please? I don't know what you like in your coffee, so you can do that. I have a Keurig machine for coffee. I'll make two cups. The plates are above the stove."

I went to grab the plates while Tatianna went to make the coffee. Once she was done, we sat at the kitchen table and ate our breakfast.

"So, what does Mr. Niko like to do besides work and be bossy?"

"I like swimming, I love cars/SUV's, hiking, and creating new inventions. I own a small company that invents modern technology for a variety of things that people use in their day-to-day lives. We make it affordable for everyone. I don't believe in gouging people. I do own a motorcycle and go riding on the weekends when the weather is awesome. I also like cooking, working out at the gym, and jogging. Oh, and dancing."

"I can tell you work out at the gym. Just like you enjoy my shorts, I enjoy your biceps and abs. Even though I didn't get a chance to, I loved the Greek dances your family performed. I can't wait to try them. My likes are cooking, working out also at the gym, traveling, bowling, crocheting, dancing, and swimming as well."

"Okay, so what are your plans up until dinner tonight?"

"I want to do a little strength training for my arms and legs. I turned one of my first floor rooms into a gym. Then, I am going to rest."

"I'm going to check on my company for a couple of hours, workout, then come back and get dressed and ready for dinner."

"Okay." After we finished eating, we placed the dishes in the dishwasher.

"Thank you for breakfast. And, I'll see you later."

Tatianna walked with me to the door. "See you later, Cubbie-bear."

"My aunt told you that, didn't she?"

"She sure did. I think it's cute," Tatianna chuckled.

I planted a sexy kiss on her lips, and then made my way to my Cullinan. I turned around and got another glimpse of Tatianna. She was leaning against the door with a huge smile on her face, looking sexy in those shorts and that form-fitted tank top. I can't wait until I come home to that view every, single day. Now, off to Phenomenon.

Narrator's POV

Tatianna strength-trained for about an hour then went to watch television. She got bored with the TV, so she went swimming in the community pool.

Niko went to check on his company. He kept his promise and stayed for a couple of hours. Then, he went to the gym. After the gym, Niko went home to shower and grabbed a suit for his first official date with Tatianna.

Then, he made his way to Tatianna's house.

Tatianna's POV

"Hmm, maybe I will wear the red dress tonight."

After putting on my dress and makeup, I made my way downstairs.

Niko was sitting on the couch, watching the television. So, I cleared my throat.

"Wow! You look beautiful, 'Lady in Red.'"

"Thank you, Niko. And, you're quite handsome in that suit."

"Madam Reid, your chariot awaits."

I grabbed my bag and red wrap. Then, Niko and I left my condo.

"Nice truck you have there."

"You mean your nice truck. It's a Rolls Royce Cullinan."

"No way! Are you trying to give me a heart attack? That cost a grip! And, when did you have time to get it for me?"

"I told you about my surprises. This is one of them. I have one for myself too."

I just grabbed Niko's shirt and pulled his face down to kiss him. It was beautiful and the same color as my Mercedes - red. Sweet.

"Thank you! Thank you! I want to drive to the restaurant. Just tell me which way to go."

"Here are your keys."

Niko helped me into the driver's side. "Thank you, Cubbie-bear. I hope you don't mind me calling you that."

"You are one of the few that can. When you drive out of your complex, make a left turn. Then, make a right at the light."

"Okay."

Niko's restaurant is near the beach. We pulled up to the front. Niko stepped out, had a word with the valet, then came to help me out. I didn't want to give the valet my keys.

"It's okay, Tatianna. He is my personal valet. Thanks, Claudios. He knew I was coming tonight to the restaurant. Let's go inside."

I gave him the keys. Niko grabbed my hand and we entered the restaurant. The ambiance was the same - beautiful. Everyone greeted Niko by saying hello as the hostess showed us to our seat. The hostess sat us on the patio, which has a beautiful view of the ocean.

A waiter then came over to our table. "Hi, Niko. What can I get you both to drink?"

"Tatianna, this is Demetria."

"It's nice to meet you, Demetria."

"It's nice to meet you too. Niko here talks about you all the time. He even blushes."

He was blushing even now. He is too cute when he goes into shy mode.

"I would like a Metaxas. Tatianna, what would you like?"

"I'm driving, so I will take the Greek Lantern."

"I'll be right back with your drinks."

"Thanks, Demetria." Demetria then walked away to put in our drinks. I continued looking at the menu. I think I want to try something different this time.

Niko's POV

I looked around and saw that the restaurant was packed tonight. But then, I heard a woman's voice that sounded familiar. I hope it is not who I think it is because I will not be happy.

I turned around and saw, "Ana?!!!" What the heck is she doing out of jail?! And, who in their right mind bailed her out?!!
