Jessica's POV:
Today is definitely not going to be an ordinary day. I dread form time; fore I have to face Michael. After last night, who knows how he'll treat me. I don't regret what I did at all because it was my choice and he did accept it.
Dragging myself out of bed, I take a shower.
Yes, I woke up earlier for a morning shower; it was much needed. I don't want to look like shit in front of him- I'd at least like to look presentable.
After brushing my teeth, I step into the shower, letting the cool water run down my spine. I instantly shiver. Finally turning it to hot water, I feel refreshed. I'm sure to scrub in my blueberry shower gel and shampoo. What? He told me it was his favourite.
Letting all the foamy bubbles wash away I turn the dial and step out, wrapping my towel around my body.

I proceed out the bathroom, only to find my self reversing back in from curiosity of what I think I just saw.

Facing the mirror, my eyes widen. Is that a hickey?
Well damn, it is a hickey- right on my collar bone. How the hell do I cover that up? I don't own any concealer or foundation- just powder but that certainly won't do the job.

I walk off and rummage through my closet for clothes. I quickly glance back at the digital clock.
6:45
Oh no. Oh no, oh no, oh no.
I'm going to be so seriously late. Man- this is why I don't take morning showers, even when I wake up earlier I can't resist the urge to stay longer! I'm going to be so fucking late it's unreal- that is the worst thing ever. Everyones' eyes will penetrate your own like they want to murder you on the spot and you have to face that terribly awkward embarrassment- so not cool.

I don't have time to pick and choose my clothes so I grab a white T-shirt with dolphins on it-first one in sight, and my light blue high waisted denim boyfriend jeans- also first one in sight. I throw them on, plus some converse, quickly blow dry my hair, dab on my cherry lip balm, slip on my vans and grab my bag and finally, leave.

I walk up the office steps, the school gates are closed seeing as I'm 30 minutes late.

I explain myself to the old and grumpy receptionist, "Sorry miss, I'm late because accidentally slept in."

"Alright, I'm afraid that's a late mark. You may go to your first lesson now." She replies in her grumpy mood, handing me back my planner.

I smile and walk off to first period with him, whom I dread to see.

I stare through the door a few moments, and I see Michael walking from side to side with hand gestures, clearly teaching something, as he points to the board.

He see's me gazing from outside the door and smirks, causing me to release an unwanted gasp.

I have to go in now, he's seen me.

Nervously opening the door, everyone's heads turns to me as expected, and the embarrassment starts to sink in.

"Miss Wolfie, decided to grace us with your presence, I see?" He shifts himself to face me.

"S-sorry Mic- Mr. Jackson, I slept in," I say awkwardly. Shoot! I nearly called him Michael in front of everyone. Ugh, somebody kill me now. I heard sniggers across the students, again, as expected.

"Disappointing, Jessica, take a seat."

I start walking to my desk, but I'm interrupted but his loud and stern voice, "Ahp-bup-bup-bup-bup!" He raises his eyebrows and gestures to seat the seat right in front of his desk. The class bursts out into laughter as I'm being forced so sit under his supervision. I roll my eyes, slinging my bag off of my shoulder and slumping down into the seat he told me to.

"Now, would anyone like to inform Jessica here, what we have learnt about mitosis so far?" He says standing in front of my desk, his foot playing with mine. I smirk at his actions, in class? He's mad.

"Nobody? Right then, Jessica, tell me anything you know about it. Just guess, can be completely off topic, don't worry if you get it wrong." He says, putting his hands either side of my desk, leaning on it. I feel his eyes peer down to my face with an intense stare- which doesn't really help when the rest of the class is doing the same. Just had to be late today, didn't I? Well there's one thing I know for sure now- not to be late ever again.
