Uee's pov

I sat outside the area where they were eating lunch. As usual I was flipping through paper finishing my unfinished work.

"Excuse me, I have to use the restroom I'll be back." I told to one of the men standing outside with me. He nodded and I left to the restroom.

After the finished duty in the restroom I walked out bumping into someone. I bowed quickly, "I'm sorry" I repeated a couple of times before seeing namjoon.

I exhaled, "there's no need to be sorry" he chuckled while I smiled. "Well, then I better go back." I was about to leave when namjoon suddenly grabbed my wrist.

I turned around schocked, "yah, Kim Namjoon." I looked at his hand who is holding onto my wrist.

He smiled, "wae, let's talk for a bit." I tried to break free from his grip, "we can't, we're both busy and you're having lunch with CEO Min."

I finally broke free from his grip and went back, "I'll take you out some time later. Wait for it!" Namjoon shouted.

I sighed, "this man..."

Back at the company, I was working of course.

"Uee, can we talk after work today?" I didn't take my eyes off the computer. "I can't Mr. Park I have plans at home already." I lied.

"Please, just hear me out. I can explain-" I fixed my gaze at Jimin, "what is there to explain Mr. Park. I understand, you forgot it's all fine." I smiled reassuring.

He blinked for a moment, "alright then." he walked back to his seat.

"Secretary Yang, can you please bring in two cups of coffee." I heard CEO Min's voice. "Ne" I answered shortly.

I went to make coffee, I had to wait for a couple minutes for the coffee to cool down. I took the two cups and headed back to the office.

I knocked on the door, "come in!" I walked in seeing namjoon and CEO Min talking. I walked in and set the cups down. I bowed and left the room.

Some time later I didn't realize it was time to go home. I sighed, "but I haven't finished this." I tiredly looked at the screen.

"I'll stay here." I flipped through some papers and started typing away.

My eyes were slowly closing on me, I pinched my cheeks trying to stay awake. I looked at the time, 10:27 p.m.

I yawned, I should drink some water. But the thing is... All the lights are shut off.

I'm really scared of the dark, I kept one hand on the wall as I gingerly walk.

My breathing became shaky as my chest tightened, "this isn't good."

"Where am I?" I felt my way back to where I started. I winced at the pain in my chest and my breathing became harder.

I nearly fainted when I got myself back up, "ah" I groaned. I rubbed the palms of my hand.

Warm liquid was on my hand as I winced again. I finally made my way back to my desk.

My breathing became short, I went in my purse looking for my medicine. I finally found them before taking one pill.

I gulped it down with whatever liquid I found. I looked at my hands seeing blood stains on my white skirt and all over my hands.

"Aish..." I heard the doors open. I saw CEO Min walking over as I sat down quickly hiding my hands beneath my desk.

"What do you have there?" CEO Min asked, "uh um n-nothing" I smiled nervously.

"Don't lie to me, I saw something red. Show me what you have." I gulped down my saliva, "it's really no-" he grabbed my waving hands.

My eyes widen.
