Busan Boy

BOTH OF THEM were heading to Daegu now and Taehyung was the one who drove the car. As he mentioned before, he was good at driving.

His driving skills was absolutely good and stunning. The way he holds the steering and the attention he paid while driving was somehow making he looked more attractive.

As he was driving silently, Eunna just sat beside him while staring out of the window. She didn't know what to say and at the same time, she was afraid if Taehyung wasn't in the mood.

Well, usually he's the one who would start a conversation.

But after a few minutes distance, Taehyung started to talk to her. "Are you bored? " he asked without looking at her. He needed to focus on the road instead.

Eunna glanced at him who was still driving and smiled. "No, I'm not. " she answered. It was almost the truth because she wasn't bored. She just didn't know what to talk with him.

He sighed at her answer. "You know you can just turn on the radio, right? " he asked and helped her to turn it on.

A soft song was played and Taehyung grinned silently. "Ballad. I love this genre, " he stated while bopping his head along with the song.

"It's one of my favourite songs, " Eunna smiled as she recognized the song. Closing her eyes, she started to enjoy the song herself.

A small smirk crept on his face, "Really? We have the same taste of song then. " he chuckled. After a few seconds, he started humming the song while focusing on the road.

Eunna didn't know what was happening to her. But she kept smiling as she found Taehyung's deep voice was calming and give her peace.

Working as a secretary isn't that bad, she thought silently.

An hour later, they reached at a big house. Eunna was informed that Taehyung owns a house in Daegu so she assumed that it was his house.

"We're here, " Taehyung sighed and got off from the car. He took a few moment to do some body stretching since driving was quite exhausting. He got lack of sleep yesterday so practically, it made him got more tired.

"You look lethargic. Just go up and rest. I can handle the luggage for you. " Eunna said as she opened the door.

Taehyung set his hands on his waist and scoffed. "Yes, I might be tired. But I can't let you carry them alone. You're a girl. Your future husband may come and beat me up if you can't get pregnant after carrying heavy things. " he teased her.

Eunna looked at him in disguise and rolled her eyes. "That's nonsense, " she shook her head.

"That's the fact, though. I don't want to get beaten up by your sweetie husband " he laughed as he carried the heaviest luggage meanwhile Eunna just needed to carry a few plastic bags.

"He won't beat you up because you're my boss. " Eunna chuckled and followed him into the house.

It was raining outside and Eunna decided to close the window in her room. The wind was pretty strong and cold.

Sighing, Eunna grabbed a blue jacket of hers and wear it right away.

"Are you cold? " Taehyung's voice suddenly approached her out of nowhere. She flinched due to the shock and looked at Taehyung.

"Oh, did I scare you? I'm sorry. " he tucked his hands into his pockets and stood outside of her room without getting in.

He looked at the balcony through the window too see the weather. "It's raining outside. I'm cold. " he stated.

"Let's go out and grab some food. Are you in?" he waited for her response. Eunna shrugged, "Sounds good. Why not. " she agreed.

Now, both of them were enjoying their drinks at the small cafe nearby Taehyung's house. Even it was small, but the decorations here made it looked classy and trendy.

"You seem to love latte a lot, aren't you? " Taehyung asked while looking at her drink. Eunna giggled softly, "Yes, it's the only drink I would find when I need to stay awake till midnight. " she told him.

"How about you? You don't look like a coffee lover but you can stay awake without any problems. How come? " she asked, feeling interested to know.

Taehyung set his cup down and crossed his legs. "I do drink coffee but they're not my favourite. I hate it when I start to feel its bitter when I drink it. "

"But I've been used to work in a long period a day. So staying awake till midnight isn't a problem for me. I once didn't sleep for 3 days and still survived to attend an important meeting, " he added.

"Wow, that's cool. Seems like I need to learn that from you. My eyes would always get heavy and sleepy when it's already my bedtime. " she scoffed.

Taehyung chuckled at her small action. "Sleeping late isn't good for health actually. You should be grateful that you manage to sleep early without needing to force your eyes to shut. " he shrugged.

"Oh yeah. I never think it that way. "

"It must be so hard to have owl eyes like you, right? " Eunna asked, feeling even more comfortable with Taehyung.

"It's not that bad. I have nothing to do at night anyways. So I'd just use the time I have to finish my works. " he played with his fingers.

"Oh, " Eunna nodded her head and continued sipping on her hot cappuccino latte.

When the rain had already stop, Taehyung brought Eunna to the park nearby the cafe. He wanted to show her some nice places Daegu has.

"I used to come here when I'm bored. " he said, taking a deep breath while spreading his arms widely.

"Really? This place is awesome. " Eunna said as she enjoyed the weather.

Eunna and Taehyung walked passed the lake by walking next to each other. She still had her drink with her so she can take a sip while walking.

A moment later, Taehyung discontinued his steps and turned to his left. Eunna did the same and looked at him. "Is anything wrong, Sir? " she asked.

Taehyung glanced at her and looked back at where he was looking. Then, he smiled. "Do you see the bakery? " he asked.

"The one at the corner? Yes I do. " Eunna said and had her eyes glued on the bakery. "Do you want to go there? " she asked.

He chuckled softly, "It's still the same as 12 years ago, "

Eunna didn't get what he was trying to say but she just remained silent. "It was my favourite bakery when I was in highschool. Their pancake is so good and tasteful. " he stated.

"Wow, you still remember the bakery. You've a good memory. " Eunna chuckled.

Taehyung smirked, "Let's go and have a few tastes. I bet you won't regret, " he stated and they made their ways into the bakery.

Once they stepped into the bakery, they were greeted by the friendly workers. "Good evening! "

Eunna smiled back to the workers and went to Taehyung who was already took his seat on the chair. She sat across him and looked around.

"It has a good smell though " she commented.

"Yes, that is exactly what I'm thinking. " Taehyung responded. Then, a boy around 15 years old came to take their orders.

"Hey, what would you like to eat? We have anything you want here " he said with a genuine smile on his cute face.

"Do you still sell pancakes here? " Taehyung asked him. The boy smiled and nodded his head. "Yes, we do. Do you want one? " he asked.

Taehyung looked at Eunna and raised his eyebrow. "Do you want it too? Or something else? " he asked.

"Just give me anything. I'll eat them, " Eunna answered.

"Give me two then. With two extra butters." Taehyung said to the boy. "Alright Sir. Your order will be served in a few minutes. " he said before leaving.

"He's so cute. I love his chubby cheeks " Eunna giggled and turned away to look at the boy again.

"Oh, so you love fat boys? " Taehyung asked, didn't look like he was joking. Eunna stopped laughing and cleared his throat.

"Depends on their looks. Some people look good when they're skinny. But some of them look betted when they're chubby. I don't mind how do they look as long as they can treat me like I'm the one. " she answered his question.

"I see.. " Taehyung nodded. "So in your opinion, as a girl, what's your thoughts on my style? Do I look just fine or— not stylish enough? " he asked her.

"Are you really asking me this? I mean— I don't think that I'm a right person to answer that. " she said.

Taehyung sighed, "Just say it. I really want to know what do girls think about me. Am I attractive enough? " he asked innocently. She bet he already knew the answer. But he acted like he didn't.

Eunna chuckled awkwardly as she didn't know how to answer him. "Well, you're extremely good. Don't worry. You always look stunning. " she answered.

Taehyung smiled. "So you think I'm attractive? "

His question got more difficult and quiet flirty. Eunna tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear and nodded. "Yes. You look great everyday. " she stated.

Then, she heard a bell sound, signalling that someone just entered the bakery. Before she could know anything, someone suddenly went to their table and greeted them.

"Omg, is that you? Kim Taehyung? Oh yes, that's really you! " the male said as he looked at Taehyung.

Taehyung looked at the person who just talked to him and he didn't smile.

"Hey, why is with that face? Don't you should be happy to meet me? I can't believe to bump into you here! " the guy said and patted Taehyung's shoulder.

Then, he started to notice that Eunna was there. "Oh look, you bring a girl with you. Who's she? Your new girl huh? Pretty. " he said.

When he turned to look at her, Eunna finally got the chance to see his face carefully. The first thing crossed on her mind when she saw him was; handsome.

He looked so handsome and gorgeous.

"Hey girl. What's your name? I'm Park Jimin. Taehyung's old friend. " he gave her his hand to shake with.
