I locked my locker and turned to walk to class. Just then, I saw Mina walking towards my direction. She stared at me before rolling her eyes at me. I guess she's still mad.

I sighed and just made my way to class. Then I remembered, I have to sit beside someone I dread to face - Seojun. I groaned and slowly dragged my feet to my seat.

"Good morning Hyejin," Seojun greeted me. I ignored him and took out my writing materials. "Hyejin, babe don't ignore me," Seojun said and suddenly touched my hair. I slapped his hand away.

"Don't touch me, you jerk."

He chuckled at me. "Don't try to play hard to get alright. I'm gonna sit beside you for the rest of the lessons, so too bad, I shall disturb you."

I rolled my eyes at him, feeling burdened. Suddenly I saw Taehyung walking towards us.

"Yah, move away. I'm sitting here from now on," Taehyung said to Seojun.

Seojun stared at him from head to toe. "What are you talking about?"

"I requested to sit beside Hyejin because I can't see the whiteboard well when I sit at the back in the corner. So now you're sitting beside Jin and I'm gonna sit beside Hyejin," Taehyung explained.

"I'm not dumb enough to believe you," Seojun said and looked away from Taehyung. I just stared at them, watching the conversation.

"Well, fine. I'm just gonna wait for Ms Jaei to tell you about it," Taehyung said and walked away. Seojun frowned and rolled his eyes.

"I know you just finished your mid-year exams but I would appreciate if you start your revision for the end-year's. It's really important and if you know you're missing out in your studies, you have to catch up," Ms Jaei said and looked at me. I awkwardly look down, avoiding eye contact with her.

"Also, Taehyung, you can change place with Seojun from now on. If there's nothing else, class is dismissed."

I gulped.

The recess bell rang and we all went out for break. Suddenly, someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around to see Mina.

"Yah, Lee Hyejin. I need to talk to you. Follow me," she said as she folded her arms, walking off. I followed after her and we went up to the rooftop, where there was no one.

"What is it Mina?" I asked. She turned to me and raised and eyebrow.

"You're asking me what is it? So how's you and Taehyung huh? How does it feels like stealing your bestfriend's boy?!" She started raising her voice at me and pushed my forehead with her finger.

My eyes became teary. Mina has never treated me like this before.

"Mina... I..."

"YOU WHAT?! YOU LIKE IT DON'T YOU?!" She yelled in my face.

She raised her hand, about to slap my face. Suddenly, a hand grabbed her wrist, stopping her from hitting me. Mina turned to look at him.

It was Taehyung. He stared straight into her eyes, coldly. Mina became silent. He finally let go of her wrist, looking at me. I nervously looked at the both of them.

Taehyung took a step towards me.

"Choi Mina, I want you to watch this, very carefully," he said.

Taehyung suddenly held my head up to face him. His face came close and in a split second, his lips were pressing onto mine. I got shocked and attempted to push him away, but he strongly held me and continued kissing me.

Mina stood frozen, staring at us. I felt so bad for her. She suddenly screamed and started wailing. She stomped off, leaving us.

Taehyung was still kissing me for a few seconds after she left before I managed to push him away, gasping.

"OHMYGOD KIM TAEHYUNG WHAT HAVE YOU..." I fell to the ground and covered my face out of embarrassment.

He laughed at me, "I'm a pretty good kisser huh?"

My heart was pumping wildly and I couldn't think straight. Did he just kiss me? He did? W-What?

I looked up at him, "You must be crazy..."

"Yeah, I am. Nothing's wrong with that," he said and put out his hand to drag me up, but I rejected.

"I'm not gonna touch you," I said and got up on my own feet. My cheeks were still hot and my legs were shaking. I couldn't look at Taehyung.

I turned away from him and tried to make my way to the canteen, but I was stumbling because my mind was still blank. I still couldn't believe what just happened.

Taehyung slightly chuckled and walked towards me, wrapping his arm around my shoulder to support me. "Yah, you can't even walk properly now?" He asked me.

"Don't t-touch m-me," I stuttered.

"What's wrong with you," he said, his hand still wrapped around my shoulder as we walked down the staircase.

"Why did you k- I mean, do that to me, infront of Mina?" I questioned him.

"I don't know. I mean, you call her a bestfriend? You want a bestfriend to slap you everyday?" Taehyung said to me.

I awkwardly looked away and continued walking down the staircase.

We ended up eating together for break, since Mina wouldn't wanna sit with me, or him. Even so, I still couldn't look at Taehyung.

"Yah, why are you so quiet?" He asked me, but I ignored. He kicked my leg under the table and I got startled.

"Nothing, I'm just, I don't know what to do with Mina," I answered.

"You don't have to do anything. Just look at me."

I chuckled, "Look at you then what do I do next?"

"Then fall for me."

I looked at him and blushed. He's so weird today. We chatted for awhile and then went back to class together when the bell rang.

I sat down and took out my books for the next lesson. Suddenly, Taehyung came rushing to take the seat beside me before Seojun comes.

"Yah, you're really sitting here now?" I asked. He nodded.

Just then, Seojun entered the class. He rolled his eyes when he saw Taehyung sitting beside me, then he walked to the seat beside Jin. Taehyung smirked.

Lessons started as per normal but Taehyung continuously disturbed and distracted me. I don't really mind now, since it's Taehyung just being Taehyung. The only thing that's on my mind is how do I patch back up with Mina. Do I really have to? Or is our friendship permanently broken?

"Have some of this, eat well Hyejin ah," Mom said to me and put some vegetables in my bowl, and she smiled. I cringed at the sight of vegetables but ate up anyways. I didn't know why, but I was happy and I ate alot.

Suddenly, my phone rang. I swallowed my food and took out my phone. "Lee Hyejin, no using of phone while eating," Dad said to me.

But then, I felt urgent to pick up the phone because Taehyung's calling. "Uhh, excuse me for a moment. I need to answer a call," I said and ran to my room. I closed the door and finally answered the call.

"What do you want?" I said on the phone.
"Are you free right now?" Taehyung asked.

"I'm eating with my parents. Why?"
"I have no one to eat with so can you eat dinner with me?"

I gulped, "Now? But how? My parents will not let me out in this hour."

"Look out of your window."

I walked to my window and looked outside. I saw Taehyung below my house, waving at me. My eyes widened.

"Yah! What are you doing there? What if my parents see you?!"
"Quickly jump out of your window and come eat dinner with me," he said.

I rolled my eyes and hung up the phone. What am I supposed to do? I grabbed my jacket and took a deep breath before I walked to the dining table where my parents were.

"Appa, eomma, I'm heading out for awhile. I'll be back real soon okay," I said quickly. Before they could say anything, I already rushed out of the house. I ran to find Taehyung but he wasn't seen anywhere. I sighed and slowly walked away.

"BOO!" he startled me and I almost fell.

"Yah! You crazy idiot," I said and smacked his chest. "Where are we going?"

"To eat dinner. You're paying," he said and put his arm on my shoulder. I rolled my eyes and elbowed him. He chuckled and we went off.
