Your POV
I woke up without Jai next to me. He probably went to go workout or something. I got out of bed and walked over to Luna's crib. Her eyes were open and she was smiling.
"Hi baby." I said as I picked her up.
I walked down to the stairs and into the kitchen to fix Luna's bottle.
I sat Luna in her chair and walked over to the cabinet. As I got the bottle out I heard the door open and then shut. I turned to see Jai rubbing Luna's cheek. He wasn't wearing any gym clothes, so he hadn't gone to the gym.
"Where have you been?" I said in a sassy tone.
"I was talking to your parents." He said almost to the point where I couldn't hear him.
"What?!" I yelled as I slammed the bottle down in the counter, making Luna cry.
"Calm down. I..." He started to say but I interrupted him.
"Clam down?! You went and talked to those people that kicked me out because I was having YOUR baby! You didn't even ask me if it was okay! You have no right to go over there! Why would you even want to? They don't consider me their daughter anymore because I had YOUR baby! Doesn't that bother you?" I yelled. Luna screamed with tears running down her face.
"You're scaring Luna. Stop yelling and let me explain." He said as he he picked Luna up and held her close to his body, trying to comfort her.
"Why were you over there!?" I repeated.
"I asked them to come to the wedding."
"You did what?!" I screamed even louder than before.
""I don't want them there!" I added.
What is with all the yelling?" Luke asked as he came into the kitchen.
"Take Luna and go back upstairs." Jai said while handing him Luna.
"No, let me just tell you what your dumbass of a brother did." I lowered my voice.
"Okay..." He said.
"He invited those people that raised me to our wedding and expects me to be okay with it!" I yelled.
"They're your parents!" Jai yelled. Which made me jump.
"No they're not! My mom and dad died along time ago!" I yelled back.
"They what?" Jai said in a soft tone.
"I'll be upstairs." Luke said.
"My mom died having me and my father killed himself after  she died. I never knew my parents. My aunt and uncle raised me. They've always been very Christian like and stuck in their ways. They forget that they're not my parents and so do I. My uncle treated me as if I was his own, but my aunt was different. She never accepted me. She never wanted me. Ever noticed that I didn't have siblings. It's because she never wanted kids. But after my parents passed I guess she felt sorry for me or something." I explained with tears rolling down my face.
"I...uh...I'm sorry." Jai said as he walked over and wrapped his arms around me.
"They don't have to come and you were right it wasn't my right to do that without asking you. I just thought you would regret it if they didn't come." He added.
"Thank you for looking out for me, but I don't want those people there on what's supposed to be the happiest day of my life." I said through the tears.
"I always look out for you." He said before kissing me.
"Is it safe to come back down?" Luke yelled from upstairs.
"Yeah!" Jai yelled back breaking our kiss, but began to kiss me again.
"You said it was safe." Luke said when he say us kissing.
"It is." I said, breaking our kiss.
"Can you just fix Luna's bottle." He said as he sat her down in her chair.
