"Mill where are we going" Y/n asked breathless as they ran outside to the tree.

"You'll see" he say as he dragged Y/n by their hand.

As you two got closer you could hear faint music, sounds like ballroom dancing, y/n thought.

As they rounded the corner of the tree Y/n lightly gasped as they saw a picnic set out and a record player propped onto a table.

"Moonlight picnic Darling, do you like it?" Millard asked confidently, he knew they would.

"I love it" Y/n said as they stepped closer to him "and I love you" Y/n lightly put her hands on Millards shoulder as she leaned in to kiss him.

Millard hummed softly into the kiss as if he was surprised by this. He deepened the kiss before pulling away slightly. putting his hands on her waist, he started to sway.

"What are you doing?" Y/n asked the invisible boy.

"Dancing" as he said this he slowly spun her around. "What else would I do?"

"Kiss me maybe" she said as she leaned back in slightly. He hummed again before meeting her half way.

"You know I'm a terrible dancer Mil" she softly laughed as he lead her

"That's why I'm leading babe. Don't worry I won't let you fall" He spun her around again as he said this.

They danced for a while, laughing and chatting while continuing the little dance they had on.

"I love you Y/n" Millard said after they had been quiet for some time.

"I love you too Millard" she said softly as she leaned her head on his chest.

"Good"
