This is maybe the last part but let me know if it needs another

I woke up when the sun had started to rise and was shining in my eyes. I looked down and saw Y/n curled up on my chest, her hair covering her eyes from the new light. I pulled her closer to me and stayed like that for a while, just enjoying her presence and the sun rise.

Y/n started to stir and make a groaning sound before she moved her hair out of the way. She looked up and smiled.

"Hey" she said in a raspy morning voice.

"Hey" I said in a deeper morning voice.  We looked at eachother for a minute before her cheeks went red and she sat up.

"We should probably head home, everyone's probably worried about us" she said looking at where the fire had once been but now was gone.

I sat up on my elbows to look at her "you know we don't have to go back just yet, I'm sure Miss just thinks that we're sleeping in or playing outside" she looks at me "I mean we technically are" she laughs for a second before lightly hitting my stomach.

"Come on, don't wanna miss breakfast right?" Just as she said that my stomach growled.

"I guess, are you sure you want to go back though?" She stops for a second before nodding

"Gotta go back anyways might as well be now"

As we made our way back we were mostly quiet, we would say somethings about the scenary or remind eachother of something that once happened around here.

When I saw the house I stopped. I needed to say something.

"Y/n" I stated, she stopped before turning around. "You need to break up with him" she looked away.

"I know.... but it's hard" she whispered back.

I took a few steps forward, i was so close that I could feel her breath on my neck.

"Is it harder than having to endure being with him?" I asked a little harshly. "Is breaking up with him worse than staying with his hateful existence?"

She stood silent for a second. "You don't understand" it came out broken and all I wanted to do was hug her, but I needed to get her to see first.

"Try to make me understand Y/n, please"
I could feel the tears forming.

"He need me"

"No. He needs to control you, he doesn't care Y/n, why can't you see that?" I could feel the tear roll down my cheek and I could see all of hers do the same. "Why can't you leave him and find someone who cares?"

"You don't get it, he's the only one who does" she said in a sob "he's the only one who cares about me like that, he loves me"

"No he doesn't, he loves the power he has over you"

The look in her eyes told me that she knew this, she knew but she couldn't except. She went to push me away but I grabbed her hand.

"Why can't you see that I love you?" I whispered. She looked shocked, I was too, hadn't expected to say that to her. Oh well might as well go all in.

"I've always loved you Y/n" as I say this we both lean in, the gap starts to close and until I can feel her lips on mine. It's a short lived moment, but one I'll remember forever.

She pulls away. "I love you too" she's smiles and I feel the happiest I've been in at least a decade. Until her smile turns broken and she sobs out.

"but it's not that simple"
