I'm not really sure if I can call these quirks or not but I think these are pretty accurate for their characters

Jacob: Jacob messes with his hair. all. the. time. even if it's fine he'll just mess with it.

Millard: Millard taps the table or the cover of a book while he reads. it's cute but can get annoying sometimes

Horace: Horace tends to fiddle with the buttons on his suit when he's nervous.

Hugh: Hugh will go into a complete daze when you're trying to have a conversation with him and he notices one of his bees flying around

Enoch: Enoch sticks his tongue out while he works on his projects, it's so cute because he doesn't notice that he does it and will argue that he doesn't do this if it's brought up.
