"So, can we eat first?" Sam asked the guys, sitting in their room, on the bed with Remus.

"Yes!" the hungry boys answered.

Samantha grinned. "Good." she said. "Now how are we going to do this?"

"It's time." James whispered into Samantha's ear. She took Remus' hand, and followed the rest out of the Great Hall, over to the Prefect bathroom where they stored the fireworks.

Sirius took the package, and headed over to the empty entrance to the Hall.

Sirius bent down, centering it so it would fly straight in, while James took his wand out, ready to set it off.

"Ready?" Prongs asked.

"Ready." grinned Sirius.

Grinning, James said. "Incendio!"

A huge "boom" went off, and a red lion went soaring into the crowded Great Hall.

The Marauders stood in the entrance grinning at their prank.

Girls and boys... and teachers screamed as it roared and flew around.

As the last sparks went off, they soon realized they'd need to get out of there before they could get caught.

"Come on!" yelled Sam, grabbing Remus' hand, and heading over to one of the secret passages that led them up near the Gryffindor tower.

Back in the boys dorm, they laughed and talked about the prank. It was amazing! Their best yet.

"Dumbledore will know it's us..." Sam said.

Looking put down, James said. "I know. Who else would do such a great prank?" Everyone smiled and laughed.

"But, seriously." Sam said. "How much trouble do you think we'll get in.

Sirius shrugged. "Detention for a couple nights? Nothing too bad."

Heading down to the Common Room, where the noise was more than extremely loud, they found almost every Gryffindor talking about their prank.

When people saw them, they went over to them and asked if it was them, saying it was amazing. The best prank in years.

The Marauders looked at each other and grinned. Success!
