Movies (Chapter 29)~Garroth.
A/N: Frankly, I don't have an excuse for the last of updates. I've been role playing and doing school work; not paying attention to many books. I apologize for this, apologizing like always. I'm sorry.
Enjoy the chapter! ~Car

Garroth and I sat down, my lips pursing uncomfortably. I had to tell him this.. Right? Garroth had his usual cheery smile plastered on his face, his eyes bright and full of life. I'll be destroying that happiness.. won't I?
"What is it, baby brother?" Garroth asks as we sit down, "What do we need to talk about?"
A nervous breath leaves my chapped lips, "Laurance, well... He.." Garroth seems to be on the edge of his seat, "He doesn't love you."
Garroth seems shell shocked, not knowing how to react. His mouth is hanging open, him completely speechless, "You-You're lying." He says, in denial.
I shake my head, "I'm sorry Garroth," A small pause interrupts my sentence, "I wish I was lying... I'm not." Despite my pessimistic and mean demeanor, I'm not going to be cold towards Garroth when tears are swelling up in his eyes.
His teal orbs grew glossy, his gaze distant. His eyes were rested on me, yet he seemed to be in a different place.
The blonde stands up abruptly, "Hey, babe." Laurance greets. Garroth twists his heel hastily, "Don't call me babe." He snarls harshly, leaving. Anger was evidently bubbling in him.
Laurance sends me a blood chilling glare, "You told him!" Laurance roars, "Didn't you!?" Fury was bustling in his eyes.
I froze. My body stopped in place, my heart pounding in my ears. I could the fatal organ like a drump.
Thump-Thump, Thump-Thump, Thump-Thump.
The noise was endless. My eyes scanned the brunette, "Why does it matter to you?" I ask meanly, a rush of courage appearing inside of me, "You don't love him anyway." I quote.
Laurance was obviously a bit taken aback. I scoff snottily and walk off, the stuffiness of my expression fading as I got outside their four walls. I spotted my brother walking down the street, seeming to be in thought. I decided not to bother him and continued walking.
Garroth and I made swift eye contact for a moment, a look of gratitude and shame clouding his eyes. He looked away after a quick moment, him continuing to do whatever he was doing before.

I sigh annoyingly and dial Lucinda. She had shown me the thing she wanted to show me beforehand. I came here to complete something on my half of the bargain between her and I, but failed once I caught Zane spilling everything to Stutter King. Great.
"Hey!" Lucinda chirps, "Do you have what I need?" She asks. I shake my head, forgetting that she can't exactly see me. I quickly remember.
"I didn't..." I reply. She groans, "Laurance! But I tol--" I cut her off, "I'll get it soon, don't worry." I grin.

My mind was a jumbled mess. I thought Laurance loved me and to find out that he doesn't? What was this for? Some scheme to ruin Garroth's heart or something!?
I kick a rock harshly, it flying across the stiff road swiftly. Poor rock.
My mind went blank as my emotions overwhelmed me. My body took over and I went numb, becoming a near witness to my own actions.
My courage was off the charts, bravery rushing through my veins. I truly felt invincible.
And nothing could stop me.
Not Zane
Not Laurance
Not Dante
Not anybody.
