Your Pov

I woke up with a blurry vision as I found myself on the ground as I blinked and held my aching head that was hurting. My eyes bulged to find myself back in Green Hills and that's when I remembered everything that happened. I looked around and saw Sonic on the ground unconscious laying there beaten up, dirty, and sad sight to see the poor blue hedgehog in pain after the fight.

"Sonic!" I ran over to him holding the blue hedgehog in my arms as he remained unconscious. 

I then saw Dr. Robotnik's ship enter from inside the portal as he let out an evil laugh as he parked the ship he was riding in front of us. My brother and Maddie arrived at the scene as I held Sonic in my arms protectively.

"Your an astonishing little creature. It'll be fun to take you back to the lab to have amazing exploratory procedures. Any last words?" He asked with a mischievous grin as I frowned.

"No. Sonic isn't going with you. He's my...friend." I said.

"Quack...I like that word." I heard Sonic muffled in a dry tone. 

"I don't have to tell you how many times that brain fuse which is made possible by an animal tester." Dr. Robotnik said as I looked behind him to see Tom dropping behind him trying to silently take him out. "You're being very selfish."  

"Going my way," Tom spoke up.

Dr. Robotnik was startled and exclaimed, "WHAT THE-" He was cut off when he got punched in the face again as I watch them strangling each other like its a cat and dog fight.

"Who the hell do you think you!?" Dr. Robotnik asked.

"I'm the Donut Lord you son of-" Dr. Robotnik cuts him off with a punch to send Tom off the ship and fall to the ground.

"TOM!" I shouted. "A-Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, Y/N." He said as Maddie went to help him up as Dr. Robotnik looks at us in concern.

"Why? Why would you throw your life away for this...THING?" He asked. "That's why I don't have friends."

"Sucks to be you," I muttered.

"Next thing you know your somebody's best man and want to have a way out of town like nobody has anything better to do. Anyway, where were we? Oh, yes...you were about to die." 

Dr. Robotnik was ready to end us when we heard Wayne and Crazy Carl come into the scene.

"That's our Sherriff your messing with," Wayne said aiming a pistol towards Dr. Robotnik.

"And our Blue Devil. See that everyone? He's a very real creature." Crazy Carl said holding a chainsaw and cranked up to make himself act like the Chainsaw Massacre.

"Carl just put it away," Wayne said gesturing him to put away the chainsaw.

"That was...awkward," I mumbled. 

I looked down sadly to see Sonic still had his face on my lap as I brush through his quills feeling tears prick up as they dripping down off my cheek and my eyes changed purple again as my ears flatten. 

"I don't mean to be indelicate here but someone should get some ice to keep the body fresh." Dr. Robotnik said. "He's just a silly little alien. He doesn't belong here!" 

"That 'little alien' who knew more about being a human than you ever will. His name is Sonic, this was his home...and he is our friend." Tom said.

Sonic Pov

I snapped my eyes open feeling my energetic blue waves flowing through my body for hearing the word that I have been waiting to hear for my whole life. I sat up from off Y/N's lap and sent a death glare at Dr. Eggman.

"He's all yours," Tom smirked as I nodded towards them and looked back at Y/N.

"Y/N...I'll take care of this. Go." I demanded as she nodded with a smile to run over to where Tom and Maddie were standing. "I think you have something that belongs to me." 

I sent an electric wave shock to connect with Dr. Eggman's ship since he had a piece of my quill in his control panel I absorbed all of the energy to form it right back into my body. 

"This is my power and I'm not using it to run away anymore. I'm using it to protect...my...friends." I claimed.

I was ready to end this fight once and for all against Dr. Eggman as he lifted himself point laser lights at me to try and destroy me for good. I wasn't going to let him do that. Instead, I had to go fast and end this crazy mad scientist myself. I got on one knee to prepare myself to run like I usually do as I looked up at Dr. Eggman with a grin on my face and that will be the last thing he'll see. When Dr. Eggman pushed the button to activate the missiles to launch at me I dodged every single one of them and headed straight for him. I curled myself into a ball to hit aside his ship each time I had to make contact with the side of the buildings to keep it stable for me. The more I go fast, the faster I use my speed to destroy Dr. Eggman's ship. As I stopped I can tell he already had enough and this was the final battle. 

"NOW YOU'VE DONE IT!" He shouted.

"Guess what Eggman? I'm not leaving earth. You are!" I proclaimed. "Donut Lord?"

Tom nodded in my direction as he had the bag of rings in his hands to start running down to where Dr. Eggman is. He threw the ring to open the portal to reveal the mushroom land that I was meant to go, but this time it was eggheads place to be there for good. Dr. Eggman raced down to where I was and I did the same as we were neck to neck which was perfect for me to curl into a ball and knocked him backward into the portal.

Tom paced over to me with a slight grin and said, "I told you got this." 

I smirked, "Hey, we got this."

Tom had his hand up in the air as I smiled and jumped up to give him a high five. 

"Here these belong to you." He handed me back the rings and I thanked him. "And no pushing people off the buildings." 

"You know I can't promise that," I said.

"You did pretty well today Sonic," Tom said.

"Same as you Donut Lord." I grinned.

Maddie walked over placing a hand on Tom's shoulder and Y/N paced over and hugged me.

"I'm glad your safe. You did the most awesomeness thing than I ever have seen!" She beamed.

"It's what I do to protect everyone around me." 

"You even made me smile..." She said with a wide smile on her face.

"It's the least I can do." 

"You are my blue hero." She said.

"I can kiss you right now..." I said as my eyes bulged realizing what I just said. "I-I mean I do want to kiss you-if that's fine with you-I can just..."

I was cut off by her kissing my lips as I blushed so hard and she did too. 

"I can kiss you right now too." She said.

"YES! My first kiss." I triumphed. 

"Was that on your bucket list too?" Tom asked.

"It sure was. I was depending on getting a kiss from Y/N in the first place." I grinned.

"Do you want another kiss?" Y/N asked fluttering her eyes at me playfully.

"Don't mind if I do kitty." I kissed her again as everyone applause for the safety of our home and my kiss with Y/N.
