You know when you meet new people, you just basically found another person for your mind to use in your dreams?

I have a movie prompt for that

What if

One day a man/women who loved books very much goes to bed and they have a dream about a monster, the monster tells them to go recruit people to fight it or else they will die

How do they recruit people? By simply getting to know them

They have a limited amount of time to do it and  they panick

They live in the countryside by their self and are a big introvert so this will be hard for them

They end up going to a nearby city and recruiting a retired navy soldier, a cute nurse, a wise old man, and end up making lots of friends

The man trains for battle and ends up with an idea

If he gets to know people to bring them into his Dream, maybe if he studies armor, he can wear it during battle

He goes to museums and studies different kinds of weapons and armor

When the day comes, everyone is there as well as the monster

I have two endings for this

Ending no.1:

They defeat the monster and the guy learns that making friends isn't so bad

Or

The monster ends up killing him and everyone else and he panicks thinking that he's dead

Then he wakes up in his bed and it turns out the whole thing, him making friends and everything was just all a big dream, the people they met turns out to just be characters from their storybooks, but they learn that making friends isn't so bad so they go out more and slowly shift from introvert to extrovert
