Backstory: When Voldy "died" and Bella was sent to Azkaban, there was a group of Death Eaters who hid away in a house that nobody can find, and they took Ivory with them. When she started to speak out against their views and her father, they locked her in the dungeons and tortured her almost every day. Just before her thirteenth birthday, the death eaters got a letter from Voldy (while he was possessing someone) saying that Ivory was to attend Hogwarts that year.
