Hey guys !!
Here after reading your comments I though of writing one more part and this time with an happy ending😅😅..

So after banging my head on *Google Ki Deewar* for several times I wrote this chapter... Hope you guys will like it.......

Swara sink on the floor clutching the letter near her heart...

Laksh came there and was numb to see the heart winching sight in front him.

For few seconds he wasn't able to think, but then he controlled his emotions and rushed to Sanskar body.

He start checking his pulse and then press his ear against Sanskar heart.

Laksh sighed in relief to hear Sanskar's faint heart beat.

He immediately called someone: Hello Dr. Laksh speaking get everything ready, m coming with an emergency case.

Laksh look at Swara after cutting the call.

He went to her and shook her by shoulder: Swara get up!!

But Swara was sitting like a statute.

Swara utter: Sanskar is gone ......he's gone.

Laksh cupped her face: No Swara he's still alive.... Your Sanskar is alive(though his heart bleed as those words left his mouth, but he was helpless).

Swara look at him with hopeful eyes: Really??.... M..My Sanskar is Alive.

Laksh nodded his head: But we need to take him to the hospital immediately.

Swara stood up and rush to Sanskar.

Then Sanskar was taken to the hospital.

As they reach the hospital Laksh rush to OT with Sanskar's body.

While Swara wait outside praying for him.

After 1 hours Laksh came out and look at Swara who was sitting on the floor with an expressionless face.

He slowly moves to her and sat beside her.

Then gently tapped on her shoulders.

Swara move her head to his side,
Laksh's heart ached to see her pale face with dry tears.

Swara in weak voice: howz he??.

Laksh with a genuine smile: he's out of danger Swara , he's fine.

Swara broke down and said between her sobs " Thank God.. Thank God...he's fine.."

Laksh rubbed her back in order to console her.

Swara look at Laksh: C..Can I meet him.

Laksh nodded his head : ya sure we are shifting him to ICU and after that you can meet him.

Laksh got a call and excused  himself.

Swara silently enter the room and  admired the guy who loved her more than himself lying there with a frown.

She gently put her head on his chest and cried, today she don't have any words to explain her pain.

Laksh happily entered the room, but as he saw the scene in front him, his smile flew away, but then he move towards swasan gulping his pain.

Laksh: Swara I have a good news for you.

Swara raised her head look at him.

Laksh happily: you remember I told about a doctor who had successfully treated some Alzheimer's disease patients.

Swara just nodded her head coz she was too weak both physically and mentally to utter anything.

Laksh : He's here and he agreed to treat Sanskar.

Swara was so happy that she couldn't control herself and hugged Laksh tightly but Laksh didn't hugged her back and just look at unconscious Sanskar and smiled with teary eyes.

After few hours.

Swalak were waiting for the doctor in Laksh's cabin.

After few seconds A guy entered who was looking dapper  in his casual suit. 

Guy: Hey guys !!

Laksh gave a confused look.

Guys understand his confusion and smiled showing his dimple.

Guy: Hi..am Abhay..Dr. Abhay Raichand for whom you guys are waiting.

As Swara heard this name, she happily turn towards Abhay "AR!!??"

Abhay in a same tone
" Shona??....my God.. I never thought am gonna meet you again "

By this Abhay gave a friendly hug to Swara.

While Laksh confusingly look at them.

Swara to Laksh : Laksh we used to be  neighbors when i was in Dehradun.

Laksh smiled at Abhay : Hi m Dr. Laksh.

Later..
Abhay & Swara were discussing about Sanskar's illnesses.

Abhay : Swara caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease at home is a difficult task and can become overwhelming at times.
Each day will brings new challenges as you'll have to cope with changing levels of ability and new patterns of behavior of Sanskar.

You need to keep telling him that how much you love him, keep encouraging him to fight.

Keep telling him about your sweet beautiful moments, always try to make him happy.

If he gets confuse about anything.. Just change the topic don't stress him.

Sometimes you may feel frustrated and depress...but need to be patient.

He may shout on you without any reason or.. for fraction of time he may also forget you .

Swara looked at him with sad eyes.

Abhay: Swara its gonna be hard for you...but I know you are a fighter...and whenever you will feel like giving up....just remember one that love has immersive power and it can fight against any kind of diseases...So be strong.

Swara nodded her head, she knew its not gonna be easy for her, but for Sanskar she can do anything.

Swara entered into Sanskar's room, look at Sanskar who was sleeping peacefully due to  effects of strong medication.

She sat on a tool beside the bed, and caressed his face.

Tu aata hai seene mein
Jab jab saansein bharti hoon

Swara: Do you think my love in not so strong to fight against your disease??...do you think m not strong enough to bring you back??...if yes!!...then let me tell you Sanskar Maheswari.. I'm a fighter and I can tackle with any kinda problem to bring you back."

Swara in breaking voice : C..Cause.. I can't afford to lose you..I can't...

"This isn't the time to cry Swara." she cheered herself up.

She clutched his hand tightly between hers, and said in a determinant voice" No matter how difficult the challenge will be, I will fight against it...yes Sanskar I'll fight... I'll fight till my last breath..I can't let you go away from me....I can't. "

Next morning sun raise with a new hope..cause today once again love will be proved  powerful .. Powerful enough to make this fate surrender in front of it...Powerfule enough to make God rethink about his decisions.

Sanskar opened his eyes,   first thing he saw was Swara.

Sanskar think oh no she again saved me : Swara..

Swara just ignored him  whole day she didn't talk to him.

At evening she  made him sit and start feeding him.

Every time Sankar  opened his mouth  to say something, Swara used to pushed the spoon full of soup into his mouth.

At last Sanskar got frustrated and tightly hold swara's hand:what are you doing here??....Laskh must be waiting for you...he's your husband, you need to give him time..go Swara I'll manage myself.

Swara was fuming in anger, she control her urge to slap him, how could he push her like this!!.

Swara with a fake smile :snaskar right now you need rest ..

Sanskar :but...

Swara :just shut up!!!! and lie down

Sanskar pout and lay down and close his eyes.

After few days Sanskar was discharged but Swara didn't show up.

Sanskar was lil upset.

Other side swara asked the hospital authorities to escort him in a car , he was totally surprised but obviously he didn't think much of it.

Swara was smart enough to reach his house before his knowledge ,   she made all arrangements she thought were necessary and he deserved.

Tere dil ki galiyon se
Main har roz guzarti hoon

As he stepped inside the house a melody filled his heart and his heart started beating at an unimaginable pace.

As soon as he heard her voice , he was speechless , Swara was here for him. But would she stay? No he can't spoil her life, he have to Stay away from her.

Swara approached him in darkness and switched on the dim light, which made him admire her through the limit light.

Swara finally reached beside him and his face was clear to her now.

He had never looked more handsome , even though he'd come from the hospital just now.

Hawaa ke jaise chalta hai tu
Main ret jaisi udti hoon

She encircled her around his neck , He was so overwhelmed by her love that he immediately hold her waist tightly and pull her closer and place a long and passionate kiss on her soft glossy lips.

Ho ho….

This was the moment that time should've given up and let them dwell in the paradise of reunion. 

After breaking the kiss Swara switched on the light , Sanskar was shocked to see the sight .

Whole house was filled with swasan pictures.

Swara gently pressing his hand : I'll never let you forget anything, we will fight together  against this disease.

Kaun tujhe yun pyar karega
Jaise main karti hoon

Sanskar look at her with teary eyes: But what about you & Laksh...

Swara gritting her teeth: not again Sanskar.

She took a file from a nearby drawer and handover it to him.

Sanskar was shocked to see those papers : but..how cud he divorce you??..

Swara rolled her eyes: common Sanskar, even Laksh know that we love each other & by this decision three lives were going to be spoiled...and now no argument come let's have dinner.

After two weeks

Sanskar was struggling with his Shirt, he was unable to wear it properly.

Swara saw this she felt bad, but she need to be strong.

Meri nazar ka safar
Tujhpe hi aake ruke

She said in a joyful manner: Hey good morning jaan.
And start buttoning his shirt.

Sanskar fumbled:.. I..I don't why ..b..but I..can't wear it properly... I..tried.. B..but..

Swara shushed him: oho ...its happens... now leave all this and come with me breakfast is ready.
Kehne ko baaqi hai kya
Kehna tha jo keh chuke

Sanskar smiled and follow her.

After somedays.

As Swara  struggled with making breakfast her eyes turned to him and seeing him look at her so passionately she lowered her gaze.

He came forward and held her from behind. "Should I help?" he questioned and she turned around shaking her head pushing his naughty self backwards.

Sanskar again pulled her making her dash against his chest.

Sanskar in husky voice: m  hungry....

Swara nervously:.. Um..that's why m saying,let me go..

Sanskar adamantly: No...first kiss me.

Meri nigaahein hain
Teri nigahon pe
Tujhe khabar kya be-khabar

Swara : um..Sanskar I wanna say you something..

Sanskar : ya say Na..don't be shy just say it.

Swara move closer to his ears ..

And next moment she scream into his ears.

Sanskar immediately jerk back.

Swara found it hard to contain her laughter in anymore and was rolling on the floor laughing and Sanskar faked anger but soon was mesmerized by her.

Main tujhse hi chhup chhup kar

"I wish you keep smiling like this always Swara!" he said and she looked him deeply , with all the love she had and keeping her head on his shoulder spoke , "As long as you're with me , I'm the happiest.!"

Teri aankhen padhti hoon
Kaun tujhe yun pyaar karega
Jaise main karti hoon

After few days

Ho ho….

Swasan went to doctor for Sanskar checkup.

Suddenly he became agitated about having to wait longer than usual in a doctor’s waiting room. After a few moments he got up and stomped over to the receptionist and declared he wasn’t going to wait much longer.

Everyone there stared at him.

Swara tried to calm him down and after few attempts finally she was successful.

Tu jo mujhe aa mila
Sapne hue sirphire

At Night.

Swara immediately opened her eyes feeling the movement beside her , and found Sanskar moving restlessly.

Swara frowned : Sanskar ??...what happened do you want something??.

Sanskar fumbled: n..no.. Swara...its nothing...you go back to sleep.

Swara : Sanskar is there any problem??...is your head his paining baby.

She start caressing his head.

Sanskar hesitantly move away her hands : No..m fine ..you sleep..

Suddenly Swara look at the sweat beads on Sanskar's forehead and understand the problem, that he's thinking about  the morning incident..

Hathon mein aate nahi
Udte hain lamhe mere

Swara  cupped his face and made him face her only to see tears in his eyes and one drop falling on her palm.

Swara: Baby its okay..you no need to feel guilty.

Sanskar in a cracking voice: m sorry for making you suffer..for making your life hard...

Swara with teary eyes: what are you saying Sanskar??.... You are the reason for whom I'm breathing.. your the reason for which my heart beats...how cud say like that.

Meri hansi tujhse
Meri khushi tujhse
Tujhe khabar kya be-qadar

Next moment he hugged her tightly.

Sanskar couldn't thank god enough that he could still hold her in his arms , she could get anyone but she chose him.

He was the most special person because she wanted him!

No longer had he thought this ,he started crying hard.

Swara heard him almost shivering and tried to pull him away to wipe his tears but he didn't budge.

"I'm so sorry...please let me cry!" was all that came from his mouth and she didn't know why he was in so much pain , she just knew he couldn't bear it.

Then she put him to sleep.

"Come on baby sleep." she pestered him when she observed him keenly looking at her , she stroked his hair only to make him clutch her tighter.

Swara help him and both lay down  on the bed.

He kept holding her close and slept with a peaceful smile ,she kissed that smile and slept cuddling into his chest.
Jis din tujhko na dekhun
Pagal pagal phirti hoon

Waking up in the morning the first thing Sanskar saw was her face on his chest and he couldn't be a more happy man!.

After few months.

Abhay said that Sankar making  remarkable change, well positive changes..he was finding his own way to cope up with the his illness, which is giving more hope to save him.
And all the credit goes to Swara's love and care..And he assure her that sure Sanskar will be perfectly fine.

Swasan were sitting on the terrace in  cuddling position.

Sankar's arm was around her, her  head was resting on his chest.

Swara: Sanskar..

Sanskar: Hmmm...

Swara : you remember you always want me to move on.

Sanskar smiled at his stupidity and said : yes how can I forget that..

Swara: I wanna move on..

Sanskar look at her in shock is she really want to move on??..how cud she leave him, but then  it's her life and even he wanted her to do so..

Swara raised her head to see his expression and smirk knowing very well whats going in his mind.
 
Swara suppressing her laughter and said: I want to move on with you.

And that's when Sanskar realized that she was just teasing him.

Sanskar with fake anger : you..go m talking with you.

Swara giggled and hugged him tightly : I promise I'll never leave you till my last breath.

Sanskar melt and hugged her back securely : may be one day my brain will forget you, but you will be always there in my heart...

Sanskar   joined their foreheads and closed his eyes, Swara got worried if he was fine or not.

Sanskarn, baby? Are you alright? Should i call the doctor?" Swara asked in concern.

While he just pulled her closer and stopped her speaking my shushing her lips with his soft child like fingers.

They stood there holding onto each other , they reconnected with each other more.

Kaun tujhe yun pyaar karega
Jaise main karti hoon

"I love you!" Sanskar spoke and she breathed heavily , it was wonderful hearing him say so.

"I love you forever." Swara spoke going in to kiss him as if she was starving for this for so long........

Ho ho….
