6- Exchanging Numbers
Days quickly turned into the three weeks you and Ash had until school came around. It was also hard to hide Leo since well... your dad plus the guy he hires to clean the house and go grocery shopping. You and Leo were on the roof as Ash was asleep.
You both had a bottle of soda next to you as Leo took off his bandages. "So. Will I see you again? Or am I seeing you through that 'April O'Neil' girl?" You asked, sipping your soda, as Leo nodded. "You'll see me. I'll even visit if I can!"
You smiled. Three weeks in New York and you made possibly a better friend than your old neighbor's cat. "Actually, let me see your phone!" You passed Leo your phone and saw him pull out- "Is that a turtle phone!?" Leo chuckled and nodded as you groaned.
"Ok. I put my number in your phone and put your number in my phone!" You stood up as Leo gave you your phone back. Leo stood up before you saw him look into the distance. "Hey, everything ok?" You asked. "Y..Yeah. I think I see my brothers." Leo said.
"Good luck." You said, rubbing the back of your neck. "I think I'll need it." Leo turned to you and took a breath. "Hey. Thank you for saving me." You shrugged and kept on your smile. "It wasn't a big problem. Just don't get that hurt again." You and Leo fistpumped and made the 'explosion motion.
"LEO! YOU'RE OK!"
You suddenly bolted inside as Leo ran to his brothers. You stayed hidden as you saw the smallest, most likely Mikey, hug Leo. The turtle you thought was Donnie was checking his phone and Leo's phone for something as the last turtle seemed... mad?
You slowly went to Ash's room as the turtles left. Ash was sound asleep as you turned off his DS and put it on the charger. You closed the door on your way out and went to your room. You laid on your bed and sighed softly. "Is it... weird I miss him already?" You asked yourself as you went to bed.
