Aera looked outside the window and smirked when she noticed how the window had a broken piece of on the corner.

She tried to reach her tied hands towards the window. With much struggle, she carefully grabbed the piece of glass and kept it close to her.

"When I say go, we go inside." Donghyuck instructed. "Copy?"

"Copy." Minho nodded.

Donghyuck peeked over the wall and noticed two guards guarding the back door. He held up his fingers, and counted from three.

"3...2...1." He whispered and Mark silently shot both the guards right through their chests.

Donghyuck nodded, and motioned them to follow him. They silently stalked past the corridors, trying to find the room where aera might be. Funny how there was almost no security.

"So, I'm giving you two options, either you send your husband a message that you've been kidnapped, or I kill you." Hajoon said.

"The latter but it's the other way around." Aera shrugged.

"What? Your husband's gonna kill me?" He asked.

"No. But I am." She said and suddenly Hajoon felt a piercing pain on his abdomen.

He groaned, as she pulled out the glass piece and stabbed him again. He screamed for help, but she said, "You locked the door from inside, Hajoon. No one is going to come help you."

She withdrew the glass piece again, as he staggered and tried to get a grip on the wall. After a few seconds of laboured breathing, he painfully slid down against the wall.

Soon after, reality dawned upon her as she looked down at her hands covered with blood. They were trembling as she collapsed down on the chair.

She used the glass piece to cut off the rope tying her wrists and legs.

"This door's locked! I think she might be here!" She heard someone's voice yell outside and she immediately recognised the voice.

Hyunjin.

"Hyunjin!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, jogging up to the door.

She heard gunshots outside and got an idea of what was probably happening outside.

"I heard her voice!" Jeno grunted, taking cover behind a wall, as they shot a group of Hajoon's men.

"I'll go get her, the rest of you, cover up for me." Donghyuck said. The others nodded, as they continued shooting all the men.

Donghyuck tried to push the door open, "Aera?"

"Hyuck!" She cried out, unlocking the door as fast as she could.

As soon as she opened it, Hyuck shielded her from all the gunshots, and guided her to a corner before closing the door behind him.

"Aera..." He whispered, worried eyes trailing down her body and settling on the baby bump. "You alright, my love?"

She burst out crying loudly, as he embraced her, and his fingers through her hair.

"Shush...you're fine now." He whispered, kissing her forehead. She could see his eyes getting glossier too. "I'll be back real quick. I need to kill that son of a bitch, Hajoon."

"I...I think he's already dead." She sniffled, pointing behind Donghyuck.
