Donghyuck groaned, as he forced himself to look through the blurry vision. The car was turned upside down, but Aera and Donghyuck were still in their seats, held by the seat belts.

He could make out Aera on her seat, her hands hanging as if they had no bones.

"Aera?" He called out, struggling to open the seat belt. He noticed how people had gathered around the car, calling 119, and trying to help. "Aera, please be alive."

But Aera didn't respond. Donghyuck usually never panicked, but right now he was.

"Fuck." He hissed in pain, trying to see her face, But her hair covered her face. "Aera?"

But he couldn't do it for long. His vision was getting even more blurry and soon it blacked out.

Donghyuck's eye fluttered open and he realised he was in a strange place. He tried to get up but he was pushed down again.

"Ow, fuck." He groaned in pain.

"Oh, shit, sorry." He recognised the voice.

"Mark, what the fuck?" He asked.

Mark said, "Rest your eyes, you had an eye surgery yesterday since you got a piece of glass in your eye. Who the fuck told you to drive at such a high speed, huh?"

"I wasn't driving at a high speed, someone was just blind enough to not see the red light and crash into the car." Donghyuck snapped. "Where's Aera?"

"In the next room. she woke up some time ago." Mark said.

Donghyuck got up, and tried to get up from the bed.

"Woah, dude, where do you think you're going?" Mark asked, pushing him back on the bed.

"To see her, obviously." Donghyuck said.

"You need rest." Mark said.

"No, I need to see her." Donghyuck said, and slowly got up and walked out of the room.

He limped to the next room, opening the door to see Hyunjin and Yuki sitting there with Aera sitting up.

She had a bandage on her forehead and some on her cheekbones.

"Are you okay?" He entered the room hurriedly, as Hyunjin got up and helped him in.

"Hyuck..." Aera started. "Your..."

"Just answer my question." He said, cupping her face. "Does it hurt?"

"You idiot, I should be the one asking you that!" Aera scolded, slapping his hands. "What happened to your eye?"

"Ah, nothing much, just a piece of glass." He said.

"Nothing much?!" She almost screamed. "Are you fucking out of your mind, you could get blind."

"Well, I don't think so-" He started.

"Oh, no, since Donghyuck just got a surgery, he's not allowed to remove the bandage for a few days, just change it every day, of course..." Hyunjin started. "And...um, you'll have to visit once again and once the doctor approves, the bandage will be removed and you'll probably get your vision back."

"Probably?" Aera glared.

"That's what the doctor said." Yuki said. "Thankfully, it wasn't a big piece. It was almost as small as glass dust, you know."

Aera sighed loudly.

"Seriously though, was that moron blind that he couldn't see the red light and literally crashed into our car." Donghyuck said, trying to change the topic.

"Hyuck...why do I have a feeling that someone did it intentionally..." She said and the next thing she could understand was Hyunjin and Donghyuck realising something, as Hyunjin ran out of the room.
