I know that feeling.

The feeling of being depressed.

That moment when you just don't have any motivating to get out of bed in the morning, or even move at all...

You loose interest in the things you love. You don't even have the energy to walk up and down the stairs, half the time.

You would rather just die than be in this world. You have an everlasting existential crisis, not knowing what to do...

You are stuck. Stuck inside this blackhole called depression.

Nobody can save you. Nobody notices. Nothing can get you out.

You feel worthless. Nobody is going to save you. You. Are. Stuck.




But you need to save yourself. Have confidence. You need to try. Try and do the things you love...

Go out with friends or family. Talk to people. Exercise. Do anything to take your mind off depression.

It seems impossible. You don't have the energy, or the motivation. But you need to try. You need to push yourself to a healthy limit.

Don't stress yourself out about it- just try. Try your best. That's all I can ask for.

Go for a walk. Visit a pet shop. Sit by a lake. Get a haircut. Clean your room. Hang out with family and friends. Learn something new. Have a random conversation with your best friend, or favorite relative.

You don't need to do all of these things. Don't feel like you must master it. Just pick one at a time, and try it. Even calling an old friend can help.

Talk to a therapist. Talk to a friend. Hell, call a depression hotline, if you want to!

You are not worthless, and that is final. You are so, so strong, for getting through this. I promise you, that you can make it. You are strong.

You are trying, and that's all I can ask from you...
