Things to do if you are depressed
Here are some thing to do when you are depressed.
You don't need to do all of them, just try one. Push yourself, but don't stress out about it too much.
Clean your room
Talk to an old friend
Visit a pet shop
Go into a fancy store, alone or with a friend, but don't buy anything. Just look around.
Read your favorite book
Go for a walk
Go for a run
Exercise
Play with your pets
Go to the grocery store
Browse good things on the internet
Read fluffy fanfiction
Go to a park, alone or with a friend, and take pictures that you will never show to anybody.
Talk to a favorite, and trusted family member
Talk to a trusted friend
Watch good things on YouTube
Talk about random things with a friend
Research about happy hormones
Hang out with friends
Hang out with family
Love your lover, of you have one. (And if you don't, you will find one, I promise <3)
Of course, you can do your own thing ♡♡♡ You don't have to do all of these at once. Do one at a time, maybe a few a week.
Try, and try again, to get better. Take your time, and do what is best for your situation and schedule.
Remember to eat, drink, sleep, and love yourself! <3
