I'm about to go to a school event for a car parade and I just remembered this story-

I didn't go to the actual official comic-con, but one that a high-school in my area was doing.

So, I went to a comic-con, and it got weird really quickly. I was dressed as Doctor Who number 11 and my brother and I went to the school's library to look at the cool games the high-schoolers had made themselves. The one my brother and I played was almost like Star Wars but turf-wars. It was cool.

Anyway, there was a high-school boy who came and was talking to me, and I was being awkward going on and on about a Doctor Who episode, and we walked away and y mom said "I think that boy was chatting you up". I didn't know what she'd meant right away, but 5 seconds later I was freaking out. I am not in high-school. My mom said it was because I let her part my hair a certain way, but I'm not sure. My dad said the same thing and he said he was wondering if he and my mom should've said something.

I'm still freaking out about it. I told my friends and a couple didn't care, but others weren't happy a high-schooler was 'chatting me up'

Anyways.
