After Eto tells everything about V and the Washuus, Ozpin, Ironwood, and Vale are in high alert about the CCG sabotaging their operations as it concerns the safety of citizens sheltering ghouls and preventing them from doing anything until the meeting with Arima's help. Unfortunately this gives enough time for the Washuus and remnants of V to carry out their Dragon plan. Let's see what happens on the very day?

Day of Meeting

Ozpin: We are heading out now. Stay here unless necessary.

Ironwood: Make sure to stay safe everyone.

Ozpin and Ironwood got onto the bullhead and flew away.

A sudden gas spreads across the alleyway to which she panics when she feels her body weakening.

She tries to use her remaining strength to jump onto the roof when a club smacks her straight into the wall.

She clutches her arm stump in pain as she looks up to find Shinohara standing there.

Shinohara: I finally meet the one eyed Owl. I should kill you right here but your kagunes can be harvested.

*STOMP*

He stomps her head into the wall knocking her unconscious. Done with his part, he then grabs an ear piece and speaks into it.

Shinohara: One-eyed-Owl has been captured surprisingly. The RC gas is much faster with dust.

???: Excellent. Bring her to the transport vehicle. You may go back to headquarters if you would like.

Shinohara: Yes sir.

Tsuneyoshi: Ozpin was it?

Ozpin: Certainly Tsuneyoshi. And Yoshitoki?

Yoshitoki: Why yes. Our names are about everywhere after all. And I can conclude that you are Ironwood, general of Atlas.

Y/N was about to blurt out something when Ozpin stops him.

Ozpin: He's our most trusted ally and part time student of Beacon.

Ozpin: Let's start off. Just a few weeks ago the concept of ghouls is almost foreign to us as well as CCG. May you please inform us so we can safely inform the civilians of Vale?

Just then a power point presentation was projected onto the screen.

Well unfortunately questions were not on Y/N, Ironwood, and Ozpin's minds during what they were about to do.

Ironwood immediately shoots Tsuneyoshi with his weapon sending him flying into a wall. Ozpin blocks off the exit as shouts of nearby investigators can be heard behind them.

Toshitoki: *stand up* WHAT ARE YO-

*CHOKE*

Y/N was already behind him and grabbed his neck in a chokehold, hitting a pressure point on Toshitoki, revealing his kakugan. Ironically though, the banging ceases.

Y/N/Ironwood/Ozpin: Why should we trust ghouls like you?

Toshitoki: *choke* So what? There are investigators on the other side of this door. If they come in it'll be like you attacked us with no warnin-

Y/N: Hey.

To his horror, Y/N turns his head around to face a camera or rather, a live camera picturing everything that's happening.

Y/N: This.....is the truth of the Washuu clan. They're all ghouls just conspiring to stay at the top of this world by being the heads of the CCG and conspiring with another ghoul organization called V. If you don't believe my friend already has sent multiple copies of these files to you but if not well, have a look.

And Y/N proceeds to show documents and files of the Washuu clan containing their statuses and illegal activities as well as their corrupt dealings with V. All the while Toshitoki couldn't do anything but stare at the scene as his kagune was already restricted by a stray RC grenade thrown from a nearby building. Tsuneyoshi was knocked out, embedded on the wall while handcuffed by Ironwood. Y/N went on to explain the concept of ghouls and what they actually are as everyone listens before nodding his head.

Y/N: You can take your time to make a decision if you want.

Councilman: Of course. We will look into it.

*BEEP*

Hank cuts off the recording for the civilians leaving only Beacon, CCG, and Aogiri Tree viewing these events from the camera.

Y/N: Now Ozpin, I would like you t-

*STATIC*

The TV suddenly buzzes before all of a sudden, Furata's face appears, grinning. His face shows that he was happy with what he was about to say and Y/N got a bad feeling about that.

Furata: *grin* Hello hello! If you got this video looks like you've been caught! Oh now I don't really care about Washuus even though I'm one of them. But look, we got the one-eyed Owl!

To Y/N's horror, Eto was seen tied to a chair bloodied and injured. Scars and fresh cuts adorn her body as she weakly breathes.

Furata: Say hi to the camera Eto!

Eto: Fuck you...asshole.

*CUT*

Eto: AAHHH!

A nearby agent stabs into her torso while the other cuts off her toes.

Furata: Oh please quiet down! You see we were having this little project called Dragon behind your back. I know this seems far fetched but with this we can finally turn everyone in this city to ghouls! Isn't that fun! Now we can finally rule the world!

He then turns around to swiftly kick Eto across the room as the agents beat her down.

Furata: By the way, once you get this message the CCG should capture you already. But oh well, who cares. You all are too late to stop us.*laugh* Me and V will finally rule this world at the top of the food chain! Before I close this video, any last words?

He stops the agents from beating onto her as he leans the camera to her.

Furata: Y/N? Ah what a shame. You gone too soft it seems. Well at least he's not a monster like us. Just a mere pathetic human.

They turn around only to find Y/N's fingers breaking the table, his hands shaking and sweating as they suddenly realize what's happening.

He opens a portal before stepping through, revealing the outside of the entire facility. Strangely though, the TV in the dorms still pictures him walking aimlessly out....alone.......

Y/N: I promised.......nothing will ever happen to those I care for......

Ruby: *nauseous* H-He killed him?!

???: W-Wait! W-We'll leave-

Y/N was looking down the whole time....and raises his head to reveal pitch black eyes.....black, soulless eyes.
