Both sides turn to find Hank and everyone else there after Y/N was catapulted into the sky.

As the investigators and ghouls reunite Y/N tries to walk away only to feel a tap on his shoulder and came face to face with the CCG Reaper Arima.

Arima: We're here for a meeting with the headmaster.......Hunter.

Arima: It's not hard to recognize the human that saved me many times.

Y/N backs away, scared as his girlfriends move in, a malicious aura surrounding them all as everyone backs away.

Later

The animosity in the room was almost suffocating as both sides stare at each other. Meanwhile Y/N was seen with 4 bumps to his head with Eto hugging him tightly from the side and all the other girls huddling around him, jealous at the affection Eto was displaying though they were quickly reassured by Y/N who spoke into their minds.

Hank: 'Poor Y/N.'

On one section of the room was Aogiri Tree while the other humans was CCG. Meanwhile at Ozpin's side, Beacon staff, Ironwood, Ozpin and the huntsman teams including Y/N and his friends were seen sitting in chairs.

Ozpin: Now that we've introduced ourselves, CCG, state your case.

Shinohara: I am Shinohara special class investigator of the CCG. As you may all know, the goal of the CCG is responsible for the extermination of all ghouls. Recently words have gone out that you conducted a raid on The Ghoul Restaurant is that right?

Ironwood: Precisely.

Shinohara: But to my knowledge, more than 90% of the ghouls were taken in alive while some.........ghouls are living here in Beacon. I am here to ask if you can hand over these ghouls to ensure the safety of everyon-

Ozpin/Y/N/Ironwood: Denied.

Shinohara: E-excuse me?

Ozpin: The safety of civilians and students are already insured.

Shinohara: But these.....ghouls are roaming around free!

Y/N: Even if they are to attack a student, chances are they will be subdued with a minute max due to the tight security here before the students even receive a single cut. Besides they're fine. Everyone's happy here.

Shinohara: It's a fact known that ghouls are incapable of feeling emotions.

Everyone on Beacon side: 'What a load of bullshit.'

Shinohara: It is completely illogical to let them roam free and give them the chance to stri-

Ozpin: It is completely logical. They wouldn't attack if they are to be fed well.

Shinohara: *disgusted* How do you feel ghouls then?

Ironwood: Recently my scientist Atlas team was able to develop synthetic human meat. It works and is easy to make and does taste well to ghouls *shiver*

Shinohara: Still-

Ozpin: Is there anything else?

Shinohara: T-the CCG is more equipped to dealing with ghouls! Ones like Jason!

Ironwood: Jason has shown no sign of malicious intent. You may have your quinques but we have the technology, aura, and semblances to handle them efficiently and replicate the technology you left out on the streets in a matter of days. And even then, cases of ghouls attacking are rare since we have the resources to not let that happen.

Y/N: So, is there anything else you would like to add?

Shinohara shuts up and moves back to his seat.

Y/N: Is there any way you can set up a meeting with your leader?

Shinohara: T-they busy as if the momen-

Arima: I can.

Shinohara: Arima I-

Arima: Stand down Shinohara. *stand up* Yes I believe I can set up one for a few days later.

Ozpin: Excellent. Is that all?

Arima: That is all.

Ozpin: This discussion will be postponed until our meeting with-

Arima: The Washuus. Now come along, our mission is done for now.

Shinohara: Yes sir.

One by one the CCG members got up and walk out the door. Arima was the last one to leave but just as he was about to head out he turns around to face the investigators living in Beacon.

Arima: Mados, Suzuya, Amon. Are you sure you want to stay here? The chairmen won't be happy.

Mado/Akira:........I'm content.

Suzuya: Yeah.

Now Amon was conflicted. After hearing of the CCG, he wanted to go back and continue his duties but looking forward, he couldn't help but wonder if everything they said was a lie. Ghouls are clearly capable of feeling emotions and he already built a friendship with Ryuoko and as much as he hates it he was like a big brother to Hinami. Looking back, he finally said his words.

Amon: *firm* I'll stay here.

Arima: Good luck then.

*THUD*

Ozpin: So now they're out of the way tell us about you all and what you're here for.

Tatara: My name is Tatara. First of all I just want to thank you for taking the time to talk to us......though you all probably know about us right?

Everyone: Yup.

Tatara: So uh...quick question.

Yamori: Why were there some dead ghouls?
