Author's Note: Shout outs to Ughhhhhhhhhh21 and Hiimyourfriendmeep who looked at the list of the main story and pointed out a serious problem with one of the endings.
This lead to a cute story about a young Morro and (Y/N) to being longer and adapted to solve the problem :D

____The Past_____
Morro snuggled in closer between (Y/N) and his Sensei. It was so nice. It was exactly what he imagined having a mum and dad to comfort him when he had a nightmare would be like.
"Lloyd, settle down. It's still time to sleep, kid." (Y/N) mumbled still half asleep. Morro's mood soured.
'Who was this Lloyd?' Morro thought to himself becoming jealous at the thought of having to share (Y/N)'s attention with another little boy.
Morro knew he shouldn't do it but his curiosity and childish insecurity got the better of him and Morro shook (Y/N) awake as hard as he could.
(Y/N) awoke with a start, her head swiftly turning this way and that to figure out where she was.
Once (Y/N) caught sight of the little boy with the tell-tale strip of green in his hair looking up at her, she let out a huge sigh of relief.
"You were talking in your sleep about someone named Lloyd. Who is that? Are you ok? Are they a bad person?" Morro started to fire off questions far too early for someone whom just woken up to comprehend.
(Y/N) gave Morro a sad smile and hugged him closer to her. "I'm fine Morro, thank you for asking." (Y/N) said patting Morro on the head to silence him.
Morro gave her a questioning look he wasn't going to let this go. So (Y/N) relented and proceeded to tell Morro what he wanted to know.
"Lloyd was a little boy I meet that lived on the streets. He didn't have a family at that time so I promised him that I would look after him until he no longer needed me,"
"Then he found a family and he didn't need me anymore." (Y/N) informed Morro as she rubbed her eyes still filled with sleep glossing over some of the finer and more jarring details.
"So this L-loyd just abandoned you for this new family?" Morro questioned feeling a little bit of anger rise inside of himself at this Lloyd.
"He didn't need me anymore," (Y/N) shrugged not knowing how to explain the situation to a little boy. "Plus. His new brothers and sister really didn't like me."
"Who wouldn't like you?" Morro inquired tilting his head slightly, making him look extra cute.
It being so early (Y/N) grumbled the answer under her breath. "A girl who likes to play with hearts, A violent hothead, a love-struck inventer, an emotionally repressed dancer and a rather robotic fellow."
Morro being so young didn't quite understand what most of that meant but a certain young Sensei who was pretending to be asleep did.
"But the important thing is that Lloyd is happy with them and he doesn't need me anymore,"
"So our little verbal contract is fulfilled and I was able to resume looking for answers to where I came from." (Y/N) said ruffling Morro's hair trying to put an end to the uncomfortable conversation.
"Did you find you're home?" Morro questioned though his face fell as soon as he saw the pained look in (Y/N)'s eyes.
(Y/N) shook her head no. "Why not?" Morro asked his childish curiosity getting the better of him once more.
"Lloyd's new family..." (Y/N) struggled to find the right words to put this in for a child to understand. "Really enjoyed being mean to me and destroyed a book that could have told me how to get back home."
"That was really mean." Morro said hugging (Y/N). "It was." (Y/N) agreed, hugging Morro back.
Morro bit his lip "Um, (Y/N) can you please stay?" Morro requested afraid to look up and see a look of rejection on her face.
"I can't promise that little one." (Y/N) answered truthfully stroking Morro's hair. "Why not?" Morro pleaded about to cry again.
"I always keep my word so I never promise more then I'm 100% able to guarantee." (Y/N) explained to the little boy.
"But you promised that Lloyd that you'd stay with him, why can't you stay with me?!" Morro demanded tears threatening to leak down his face.
"I promised Lloyd that I would help look after him till he no longer needed me." (Y/N) corrected Morro trying to calm him.
"Then promises me that." Morro begged tears streaming down his red cheeks. (Y/N) paused for a moment.
"Did Morro even need her? He had Wu, however, Wu would fail him by not loving him as a son instead of seeing him as a weapon."
That thought stung a little that is what she was made for too just to be a weapon in someone else's war.
"Ok, Morro." (Y/N) replied wiping away his tears. "I'll promise you the same thing I promised Lloyd." (Y/N) announced hugging Morro tightly Morro, in turn, hugged her back.
"Thank you, (Y/N)." Morro stated look up at her with big soulful eyes. "So... Want to go hunting for breakfast?" (Y/N) proposed ruffling Morro's hair.
Morro nodded and followed after (Y/N) before quickly returning to tuck his Sensei into the bed also giving him a goodnight kiss on his forehead before leaving.
Wu smiled to himself as he heard the front gate close and Morro excitedly start asking (Y/N) questions and (Y/N)'s cute frustrated sigh.
Wu got up and headed to the kitchen and prepared his morning tea his mind wondering to the growing relationship formulating between the three of them.
Perhaps the wheels of destiny were already in the process of turning in an effort to make them have a more close relationship. And coincidently, just maybe deeper their emotions for each other... Maybe?
