Lloyd POV:

After spending time looking for Kai, all of us were sitting in the common room..looking dejected. Dejected because we still don't have a lead towards his location. 

"This is more difficult than we thought." Jay said.

"You can say that again. Every enemy has gone into hiding and all the small enemies aren't talking." Cole said.

"We can't give up hope. Kai is counting on us to rescue him." Nya said.

I wouldn't count on that.

"Who said that?" I asked.

Aww...Isn't that cute. It's only been a couple of weeks since we parted ways and you already forgot about me.

"No...We destroyed you." I said.

"Who is it..Lloyd?" Cole asked.

"M..Morro." I whispered.

Exactly.

When Morro said that, he suddenly appeared in the commons room with a smug look on his face. The look caused all of us to feel dread creeping up on our very souls.

"What are you doing here?" I asked with venom.

"Can't a old friend just talk." Morro said in a mocking kind of way.

"Friends? We were never friends. You possessed Lloyd and tried to curse the 16 realms." Jay said.

"Oh forget about the past...we should be focusing on the future." Morro said.

"Our future?" Zane asked.

"Yes. Especially the one that your friend and I are going to share together." Morro said.

"What?!" We yelled.

"Y..You know where Kai is." I asked.

"Yes..because I'm the one who took him in the first place." Morro said.

"If you touched my brother...I'll.." Nya started, but stopped once Morro started to laugh.

"You'll what...You never noticed his distress until your sensei pointed it out. He tried to tell you that I was watching him, but you all ignored it." Morro said. As he said that, we all (sans Nya) found the floor entertaining while Nya just grew angry.

"Where is my brother?" Nya said. 

"Your brother...He's perfectly safe for now." Morro said.

"What do you gain from talking to us about him? Are you trying to make us give up control of Ninjago or are you trying to take me again?" I asked.

"None of the above. I'm just here to watch you all suffer...and taking your friend will cause you all to suffer." Morro said.

"What did you do to him?" Cole asked.

"Nothing. If you count...violating his body numerous times." Morro said with a smirk. When he said that..all of us froze except for Nya who grabbed a nearby weapon and tried to kill Morro.

"I'LL KILL YOU." Nya said. As she got closer..Morro sent out some wind that knocked her into the table near the TV. 

"Nya!!" We yelled.

"Well this chat was fun...too bad I have to cut it short. Kai is alone and It's time for our play time." He said.

"Morro..We will find Kai and bring him home. And when we do..We'll destroy permanently." I said. 

"I'm counting on it." He said before he disappeared. Leaving us with an injured Nya and broken hearts. Enjoy your freedom Morro because we are coming for you and we will destroy you...
