I got another Draco stan situation... except it's slightly better because at least these guys aren't advocating for incest (thank you for that btw, it's the one decent thing you've done).

Anyways, I'm not gonna name them because I have a feeling you guys might report them or send them hate back and well, I just don't think it would be effective on them??? Plus, they're not plagiarizing or doing anything super harmful, just being hella annoying and unhelpful. I checked their profiles, and they look more like spam accounts too, they have no books, no libraries, no followers or follows, etc. etc. I feel like reporting them won't do much since they already have nothing...

So throughout the months, I've been getting some nice private (and not so private) messages about my writing 🙂 Telling me that they don't like my story or how I wrote some of the characters, and one person even told me to kill myself because of Essan??? It was starting to pile up, but I just dealt with it....

Until I got a lil more hate yesterday and I just kinda snapped and decided to write this.

Anyways, the recent hater is kind of like the Draco stan, except this bitch felt bold enough to publicly make their hate known by commenting on some chapters instead of doing something more private like sending me a message.

(Though I do applaud you for being smart enough to not comment on a paragraph where my Wattpad readers can easily see as they read along. Kudos to you for that, but that sort of just gave me the impression that you knew your comment would be nothing but hateful, so you commented somewhere other people are less likely to see it unless they actually scrolled through the entire comment section in order to avoid any backlash.)

Also, please don't tell me that these assholes meant it as constructive criticism. Constructive criticism is supposed to be helpful, you know? With actual advice and shit instead of just complaints??? None of their comments/messages were helpful, just "I hate how you do this this, I hate how you do that, I can't stand this, why did you write it like that" that's not at all helpful, darlings 😐

Anyways, what all of my haters have in common... IS THAT THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT SHIT THAT I ALREADY LEFT WARNINGS ABOUT?

I cannot believe I gotta repeat myself on this but:

- If any of you hate Essan with a burning passion, THEN STOP READING. I left warnings about how dark Essan was going to be, I EVEN MADE A WHOLE CHAPTER ABOUT DARK ROMANCE AND HOW ESSAN WAS GOING TO BE DARK. If you guys kept reading even after all that, then that's on you. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SHIT THAT I ALREADY LEFT WARNINGS ABOUT. I explicitly told you all to stop reading if that was something you were uncomfortable about or straight up hated.

If you didn't read any of those warnings, then that's still on you. I left those warnings to warn people but if you chose to ignore it, then that's not my fucking problem.

Now this goes to the spam account on Wattpad who PM-ed me and told me to "kill myself and get fucked" because I was "supporting toxic relationships", DID YOU NOT READ MY WARNINGS? I said I didn't condone their actions! I am writing this solely because I enjoy reading dark romances and I wanted to try writing out my own! You realize that's an actual fucking genre, right? Are you gonna go around accusing every dark romance author in the world of supporting toxic relationships?

ALSO uhhh... I won't say your name, but to the girl on Quotev who has an obsession with streams (for like a whole hour, I was so confused I thought you were talking about ACTUAL STREAMS WITH WATER omg 😂) and called me out for being an uncultured swine cuz I didn't have a tiktok (forgive me, cuz I still don't 😔🙏), I KNOW YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ESSAN (or Ethan actually, for obvious reasons), BUT YOUR COMMENTS ARE FINE! THE WAY YOU WRITE YOUR COMMENTS ARE A LOT DIFFERENT THAN THE HATE COMMENTS BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT DIRECTING YOUR HATE/ANGER ON ME BUT THE CHARACTER INSTEAD, SO YOU'RE GOOD!!!

- If any of you PASSIONATELY like Piper or Jasper/Jiper, THEN STOP READING. I had a whole fucking rant about that girl. I even stated multiple times that I was going to stick to writing her canon self with internalized misogyny, obsessions for a boy who was never hers to begin with, and all that jazz.

I will NOT be writing fanon!Piper where her real issues are nonexistent. I hate that girl and it's gonna show through my writing, which is something that I already stated for fucks sake.

Also, to my rude ass commenter (commentor?? idk, google said 'commenter' was more appropriate but it looks weird to me), I like how you talked about how Essan was a disturbing and fucked up ship, but then added: "I'm a Jasper fan so don't annoy me with your hate of Piper" like okay, sweetie, sure 💖 You can annoy me with hate directed to my ACTUAL HARD WORK, but I can't annoy you about your precious Jasper ship. Yeah okay, that's totally fair 💖

(Additionally, this just tells me that you read my Piper rant and continued to ignore every goddamn thing I wrote about her. You think Essan's fucked up? At least they both actually love each other and consented to their relationship whereas Jasper/Jiper was forced and based on the fake Mist memories that Piper continuously clung on to and manipulated Jason to do so as well, disregarding the fact that he had a life before his memories were taken away. Also, I explicitly stated that Essan will be written as a dark romance and it's been called out so many times by characters within the story, Jasper/Jiper was written as if they were fucking cute and totally not unhealthy at all despite ALL THE FUCKING RED FLAGS)

- If any of you don't like how I'm making the demigods stronger than the wizards, THEN STOP READING. Literally at the foreword of BOOK FUCKING ONE, I mentioned that I was gonna stick to the fact that demigods are strongly resistant against magic. If they couldn't be affected by a sleeping spell (albeit a weaker, stretched out spell) that was cast by a GOD, then I don't think mortal magic would do much, especially if the demigod was a child of the literal creation of magic. There's also the scene where Carter's magic didn't do anything to Percy, so yeah. I've been going off on all that.

I TALKED ABOUT THAT IN THE VERY FIRST CHAPTER OF THE VERY FIRST BOOK. IF YOU GUYS DON'T LIKE IT, THEN DON'T READ THROUGH ALL FIVE FUCKING BOOKS AND CHOOSE TO BITCH OVER IT NOW.

- If any of you don't like how Essie isn't as involved in Wizarding affairs, THEN... uh, idk. I don't really care tbh... This was one of the complaints the commenter actually had, but anyways, I think they were talking about how they didn't like how Essie cared more about demigod shit than the Voldemort shit going on? Idk about you, but I feel like world ending Titans and Primordials are a liiiiiitle more concerning than a mortal dark wizard??? Of course, Essie's still gonna get sucked into the wizarding war (I thought it was obvious 'cause I love torturing her so much, why wouldn't I throw a third war at her??? Lolol)

- If any of you don't like how mean Sirius is being, THEN... also stop reading I guess? Or at least stop bitching. I didn't really leave a warning about this (I figured it was canon for Sirius to act immature and incapable of raising a child cuz... uh, have you read the books? He definitely cares for Harry, but I wouldn't be so sure about raising him...) but one guy on Quotev messaged me saying that this was a bashing Sirius fic and that it was "the last fucking straw" because they already hated me for how Snape's been written and for the "bullshit" that was my Snape rant 😂 😂 😂

- (I also didn't leave a warning about this, but) If any of you guys HATE Ginny being gay, THEN... uhhhhh yeah, just stop reading I guess. Hinny has good potential, but the books and movies were, uh, well... their relationship was pretty sudden. Plus, their relationship wasn't a really major part of the books anyways, it wouldn't make much of a difference. Luna x Ginny is cute! Why do you hate it so much that you gotta DEMAND I get rid of it and do Hinny instead? If you want Ginny to be with Harry so much, then go and reread the canon books, don't bitch to me about it!

Look, if you guys don't like any of those things then either keep it to yourself or just stop reading if it annoys you that much. Some of these are kind of major parts of the book that can't and will not be changed, so just save yourself the pain and STOP READING or KEEP QUIET.

And some of these are things that I've already addressed and made multiple warnings of, uuuuuughhhhh.

Don't just read my warnings about 'Essan being dark' or 'Piper being written as the canon bitch she is', and then get angry when that actually happens. Like wtf, bitch, what were you expecting???

And again, if you guys ignored my many warnings, then that's your problem.

Why keep reading if you hate the books so much? At least keep your mouth shut and stop commenting and/or messaging unnecessary hate towards me, it's fucking annoying. I know I could just ignore it, but it's kinda hard when the notification slaps me in the face and I'm already registering the words you typed, smh.

OPINIONS ARE FINE. If there's something you don't like, then you can kindly express it. You DON'T have to bash me for the way I write my story. There's a difference between saying "I hate this" and "I hate how YOU wrote this"

And if you hate how I wrote something, then kindly tell me how I can do better! That's called constructive criticism, by the way! I'm open to that too! But straight up hate? No, no, no, I am so sick of having to go through that.
