The first scene takes place in Asuza River, located near Hotaka Mountain in Nagano, Japan. There, a merchant wearing a straw hat is carrying 2 mobile storage cabinets tied to a bamboo stick at each side, walking next to the river. He monologues:

"My name is Masato Yamamoto, I'm a merchant, and right now my life is in danger. I was paid to deliver an important package to some rich guy who lives in the mountains. But, on top of that...

I was warned that because the merch is so important, there could be thiefs trying to steal it, and kill me in the process! So... I decided to pay for a bodyguard of the most renowned family in the area: THE INTOKU FAMILY CLAN!"

(Note: draw imagery showing how cool the clan is)

"They are said to be super strong and have psychic powers that make them Japan's highest elite. I've heard many weird things about them, but in the end, it seems you can trust them. Now, you may wonder, how could my life be in danger if I have one of those guys protecting me...well... the problem is...

(Show Morinosuke, a cute kid much smaller than Masato, walking in front of him)

THE BODYGUARD THEY GAVE ME IS A FREAKING KIIIIIIIID!

Enter a flashback, where Masato is at the entrance of the Intoku Clan's Temple, bowing like a dogeza in front of Morinosuke and his father.

_Father: Of course! If you truly need an escort, we shall provide it for you.

_Masato: Yes! Thank you for your kindness!

_Father: Haha, don't worry, we understand that in this changing era, it's very hard for non-aura users to defend themselves from danger. It will be a pleasure to help you.

_Masato: Understood, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

_Father: Ok now...Morinosuke, please escort Yamamoto-san.

_Masato: (MAKES A COMEDIC AND STUPID FACE) HUH?

_Morinosuke: Yes, father!

(Morinosuke approaches, bows and smiles at a confused Yamamoto)

_Masato: Uhm...

(The father notices Masato's doubt)

_Father: Aside from me, my son is the strongest member of our clan. Your trip towards your client should become very easy from now on, so don't worry.

_Masato: Wait...this kid...he...he's the strongest?

_Morinosuke: Yes! So please believe in me, Yamamoto-san. (shoujo sparkles)

_Masato: (makes a stupid face)

(IS THIS A SCAM OR SOMETHING?! WHAT THE...)

_Masato: (Hmmn, well, so far nothing has happened. But, how exactly is this kid supposed to protect me? He's half my size...he looks too weak. He looks like a weasel! How is a weasel going to protect me?! Ugh, damn it, I feel I could die at any moment.)

When Masato says the last, make a low angle shot of them walking next to the river. Then lower the camera to show the river underwater. After a short pause, make a point of view of something starting to move really fast under the river. The transition goes from something underwater, to reaching the surface, to observing Masato and Morinosuke. Change to third person view and reveal from the back that what surged underwater was a thief, and how from his palm a fishing hook with wire is shot at high-speed.

MORINOSUKE INMEDIATELY REACTS

His aura activates, and an atom the size of a volleyball grows on his hand. THE HOOK HEADS TO MASATO'S NECK. MORINOSUKE LEADS FORWARD AND INTERCEPTS. The hook and the atom clash, with the hook being totally deflected. Masato falls to the ground with his boxes due to the clash's shockwave, and watches as Morinosuke stands firmly in front of him against the thief. A pause shows his design in detail, the thief dresses like a Shaman from the Siberian Islands.

(Masato react to the thief's evil presence, as his hook returns from the rocky walkway to the inside of his palm.)

_Thief: (Grin) Hahaha, so... it seems the Intoku Clan is pretty strong, after all. I guess then, that the only way to steal that package, is by killing you, little kid.

_Morinosuke: Then try it, cuz I won't let you hurt anyone while I'm alive, no matter what.

_Thief: Fufu, what a funny kid...

_Morinosuke: ...(Yikes, this dude is clearly an aura user. Not only he stayed underwater without me sensing his presence, but he also seems to have the power to freely stand and move through water surfaces...he's dangerous.)

(Poses with an exaggerated contrapposto and a hand on his waist)

_Morinosuke: Go away already. It's very clear your attacks are useless against me.

_Thief: Ha, don't underestimate me, kiddo. Wherever there is water, I will always be able to follow you. I'll find the perfect opportunity to strike you, and steal your cargo...

FOR I AM BARIAT, THE GREAT WATER SHAMAN! HEHAHAHAHAAA!

The thief submerges into the river, and fades from Morinosuke's sight.

_Morinosuke: ...(There's no doubt now, even though he went underwater in front of my very eyes, his aura and presence vanished... I don't know where he is now!)

_Masato: (Scared) Agh...what now, what are we gonna do, Intoku-kun?

_Morinosuke: Well, he's an aura user, like me, but he seems to be only a threat if we're near water. Therefore, we can no longer walk next to the river. He may attack again so...

(An idea sparkles in Morinosuke's head, leaving him immobile)

_Morinosuke: Wait...he's an aura user... an aura user... (turns to Masato).

WHY IS THERE AN AURA USER FOLLOWING YAMAMOTO-SAN?

_Masato: Eh? Why... why are you staring me like that?

_Morinosuke: ...Please let me open the boxes, there's something I need to check.

_Masato: Oh... ok, sure (this kid...he freaks me out).

(Next Scene)

Morinosuke and Masato are standing further to the grass, away from the river. One of the boxes is open, displaying many red diamonds on transparent cases. Make a panel shot of Morinosuke's hand grabbing one, emitting his aura around it. Suddenly, he feels the sensations of a beating heart COMING FROM THE DIAMOND (show this moment with a deadpan face of Morinosuke and the drawing of a real looking heart behind him.)

_Morinosuke: Indeed, no aura user would mind assaulting if it meant they could steal something so valuable as this.

_Masato: Oh whoa, I... I never noticed I was carrying diamonds this whole time.

_Morinosuke: Yamamoto-san, these aren't ordinary diamonds. Truth is, THEY WERE MADE IN THE BLACK MARKET, PEOPLE CALL THEM "BLOODY DIAMONDS".

_Masato: Whoa whoa WAIT, THESE ARE ILEGAL?!

_Morinosuke: (stares at Masato) ...Hmn? Say, your reaction... are you implying that you didn't know anything about this?

_Masato: No NO! Intoku-kun I'm just a merchant! People give me stuff to deliver and that's it, I just deliver! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE THE BLACK MARKET IS!

_Morinosuke: Hmn...you legit seem afraid.

_Masato: AND WHY SHOULDN'T I?! Oh crap, what did I get myself involved with? No wonder they gave me so much money for carrying this, aaaaargh!

_Morinosuke: Don't worry, if you didn't craft them, I have nothing against you. Now, if that wasn't the case...

_Masato: Why, how terrible is this?

_Morinosuke: You see...each one of these diamonds require about 20 adults worth of blood to craft.

_Masato: (wide open mouth with a surprised face) You...you can't be serious.

_Morinosuke: Well, that's what my father told me. Apparently, the black market produces these by kidnapping and assassinating innocent people. Then, they perform forbidden rituals to extract every single drop of blood from the human body and later synthesize it numerous times with other people's blood... until they create a color as pure as these.

_Masato: ...You're creeping me out, how does nothing of this scare you?

_Morinosuke: Oh right, I forgot to check the other box.

_Masato: EY DON'T IGNORE ME!

After a while, the second box is checked, this one has a tall cabinet, with a REAL SIZE SKULL MADE OF GEMSTONE. The stone is clear white, with many red impurities around it. When Morinosuke charges his aura and touches it, he feels the memory of someone being decapitated (make an abstract imagery for this).

_Morinosuke: Interesting... this skull was made with the bones and blood of someone who was decapitated. Sinister, but interesting...

_Masato: WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "INTERESTING"? THIS IS NOT OK!

_Morinosuke: Yeah, these jewels are illegal but... there's nothing I can do. These people are already dead, and my mission is just protecting you until you deliver this.

_Masato: No, you can't be serious. This is really bad stuff, we can't earn money from something like this. We have to get rid of these jewels!

_Morinosuke: ...Maybe... but this kind of thing is my father's responsibility. When this is over, I'll report everything, and father will have the final opinion about this situation.

_Masato: ...(Does this kid even realize what he's saying right now!?)

_Morinouske: (Starts packing back the jewelry into the boxes) Aaanyway, please stop worrying, the longer you carry this, the worse you will fell, so let's hurry, Yamamoto-san.

_Masato: ...Ugh, yeah... sure, whatever you think is right, Intoku-kun...

They go back to walking, now through the road.

_Morinosuke: Ok so... about that thief, Bariat. He's only a threat if he's around water, so from now on we'll have to walk only through the forest and avoid any water surface.

_Masato: Oh, that guy...Yes please, anything just to stay away from that freak.

_Morinosuke: The journey will last longer, by the way, maybe three extra hours, since we can no longer cross rivers, creeks, or ponds, to make shortcuts, but it's all for the sake of protecting you, Yamamoto-san.

_Masato: Sure, no problem. (Do I even have an option at this point? Damnit...)

_Morinosuke: Alright, then leeeet's go!
