Chapter 3: First Mission as an S-Class
Bad and Zenko were heading to Saitama's apartment to meet up with said hero, both to thank him, and for Zenko to get his autograph. The Hero Association was pleased with Metal Bat and Zombieman for their success in their mission, and because of that they let Bad and Zenko go to Saitama's apartment not only to do what they came to do, but also to tell him his ranking as S-Class rank 16.
"I can't believe they didn't give him a high racking in the S-Class," Zanko stated, pouting cutely. "I mean, he may be the reason why you work there."
"Yea, but they were originally going to give him a ranking in the top 10 of S-Class, but people funding the Association threw a fit about it." Metal Bat replies.
Zenko pouted harder. "They just don't want to go through all the hassle of paperwork and last three years of his hard work to see who got his credit, and maybe who that want to go up in ranks for their own bank." Young Zenko may be, she wasn't an idiot, she was a really smart kid.
"Yea but with how he defeats monsters I think he will climb the rank in no time." Metal Bat said as he remembered how Saitama beat Carnage Kabuto with a single punch.
"You sure?" she asked, remembering two Tank Top Army members. ""Because I can think of a few heroes who'll call him out and say he's stealing or using others to gain favors, Do Tiger and Black Hole ring a bell?" That was a reason she didn't like a lot of heroes, besides her big brother, some just did it to put peopled down and be popular. Saitama and Bad were different in her eyes.
"That's the reason we had to get video evidence of his feats. Carnage Kabuto was at least demon in base form and Saitama beat it solo. That alone qualifies for S-Class. He also beat a Dragon level threat known as VaccineMan which solidified him as an S-Class and gained the favor of the majority of the people in City-A."
"And if they say it's falsified footage?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Then they have to go up against the whole Association since the videos were taken by the Association and members of the S-Class." Metal Bat says while smirking.
Zenko giggles. "True, and they may get demoted for their actions." They had made it to Saitama's apartment. "So... About be doing Saitama's workout myself...?" she asked again, after what her brother told her he did.
'Should have known.' "I doubt the workout is the reason for his power. Maybe it was through his will power? The need to get stronger?" Metal Bat questioned as he himself was confused on how Saitama could've got that power of his.
"You just don't want me to fight monster and get hurt..." she stated, with her pout. "That's the real reason."
"Exactly, he nearly died on multiple times before he obtained that power. You are not like me. I am able to keep fighting no matter how injured I am due to my fighting spirit." Metal Bat says trying to show his sister the faults in her thinking.
"... I-I just don't want to go through what happened when we met Saitama though...." Zenko stated, shaking a bit. "I-I was almost killed that day... I-I thought I-"
Bad realized that his sister was actually scared, but was hiding it all this time. "Don't worry Zenko. I'll protect you. That's what heroes like Saitama and myself are for."
"At least..." she started, looking up, determination in her eyes, and flashing a bit, "teach me how to fight to defend myself, let me train with Tank Top Girl and Captain Mizuki, and you teaching me how to swing properly."
"How about you do the 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and then run 5 kilometers every day. I'll also have Silver Fang teach you some martial arts."
"Fine, but I still want to train with those two girls in flexibility and strength," she said stubbornly, wanting to be trained with female heroes.
"Sure thing, but doesn't martial arts teach you both those things?"
"... I just want to train with good female heroes..." she pouted cutely, looking away with a blush. "And I can't really learn mental power, can I, even if the number two S-Class is?"
"Ok I'll have Mizuki help train you. Just don't go fighting monsters." he replies in defeat as they finally reach Saitama's door.
"No promises if they attack me," Zenko shot back, knowing life was random.
Metal Bat grumbled, muttering, "Why did she have to be so smart and headstrong..." he then knocked on the door.
They then heard Saitama shouted, saying something about not playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with some one. The two looked to one another confused. "The heck was that about?" the asked each other.
Bad knocked again and then Saitama opened the door, still in his night wear. "Oh, it's you again Bat," Saitama said. He then sees Zenko. "Oh, aren't you the girl I saved from vacomin mon or something?"
"Vaccine man." Metal Bat corrects. "Also we are here to thank you for saving us from him. That monster would have killed us if you didn't kill it."
"Okay," he said, shrugging. "You two want to come in? I just got up."
"Yes, and sorry for bothering you. Glad that you accepted the Association offer of joining." Metal Bat said as he and his sister walked in.
Saitama shrugged, and turned on the television which was on the news. "Eh, I just wanted to discount," He told him, going to brush his teeth. "I got to have fans already, or something."
Bad scratched the back of his head. "Eh, not really," he tell the hero, who looks at him. "You see, you are rank 16 in the S-Class."
"Would have been top ten if some of the suits weren't so stringy about going over records," Zenko added, confusing Saitama.
"Yeah, well anyways, a lot of your deeds have been taken credited by other heroes of the Association," Bad told him, shocking Saitama.
"Wait, what do you mean?" he asked.
"Sense you weren't with the Hero Association for the last three years, the nearest hero got all the credit," Bad told him, sighing. "If we had know sooner, we'd have brought you in. But luckily, we have some other workers looking though past three years to see if any match what you could do."
"So... All my hard work went to someone else...?" Saitama asked, dropping his toothbrush.
"Sorry to drop it on you like this man," Metal Bat apologized, Saitama looked depressed, with a gloomy aura over him.
Zenko then looked at the tv and was shocked. "Uh, Bro, Mr. Saitama, you might want to see this...." Zenko called, pointing to the TV.
The two looked and saw what was going on. "The terrorist group responsible for the riots call themselves the Paradisers," The female reporter explained. "They've destroyed a high-rise building in City-F and the situation seems to be spiraling out of control. I'm receiving word that we've just learned the identity of their leader." The three where then showed a bald looking man that was smiling menacingly, and a scar across his nose. "This is Hammer Head, a B-Class Criminal who's been involved in several violent incidents in the past. He's a man of large stature, standing six feet six inches and weighing 462 pounds. According to one eyewitness repot he fought 20 men in a street brawl and sent each of them to the hospital. The Paradisers sent the following message directly to this TV station. "We will continue to riot until food, clothing and shelter are provided free of charge to those who do not work."
"Sounds boring," Saitama stated. "No need for me to get involved."
Zenko grabbed his face and turned it back to the TV. "It's not done, look."
"Reports indicate that they all have shaven heads, making them not only uniformed in appearance, but quite intimidating." Saitama's face stated to fall, seeing that all the group where indeed shaven bald. "It is advised that those who encounter any shaven-headed men on the street should leave the area immediately."
"... What...?" Saitama asked, worry and shock on his face
"Bro..." Zenko called out to Bad. "How bad would Saitama's reputation be hit, if people think he's apart of them?"
"In City-A not hard due to footage of him beating Vaccine man was released, but in every other city... pretty hard."
"Bastards!" Saitama roars, getting his hero costume on. "Those thieves! They stole my look! I spent all this time trying to be a hero, but if they keep acting like jackasses I'll be treated like a villain!" He punched his fists together, pissed off. "No, they will pay."
"He seems mad," Zenko stated.
"Well his reputation is on the line," Bad stated. He then walked to Saitama. "I'll go with you. Having me by your side would help you, being an S-Class and all."
"Thanks." Saitama simply replies.
"Zenko you stay here." Metal Bat says as they quickly suit up and leave to track down Hammerhead, which wasn't much, sense it was what he was wearing.
Zenko looked around, and though to herself. 'Guess I can work out until they get back. Good time to start.' She then started to do pushups.

(Minutes later: City-F)
Saitama and Bad had made it to City-F to find the The Paradisers. "Where should we look?" Saitama asked.
"I'm getting word on where they were heading," Metal Bat told him. "They don't want your name dragged in the mud as well."
"Ah! It's a terrorist!" a man shouted, pointing at Saitama who was shocked at being called such a thing.
"No I'm not, chill out!" Saitama told the man.
"I can vouch for him," Metal Bat told them. "He's are newest S-Class hero."
"A new S-Class hero." "Wait, isn't that the guy who beat that threat level dragon that attacked City-A?" "It is him!" Was the multitude of responses Metal Bat gotten from the citizens.
"Thank you Bat." Saitama thanked as he expressed his gratitude for Metal Bat stopping the citizens from jumping to conclusion.
"No problem, now we need to-" Metal Bat started, but was stopped when they head crashing, and saw that the top of a skyscraper was him.
Both heroes looked to one another and stated, "Found them." They then ran to where whatever was thrown.
"That looked like it was thrown from the park area of City-F," Bad stated.
"Yea, let's teach them a lesson about not stealing someone style!" Saitama yelled as he took off in the direction with Metal Bat following after him.
'Never seen him this fired up and angry before if I don't include how fired up he is about discounts. Man I feel sorry for that poor fellow that faces this Saitama.' Metal Bat thought.
______________________________________________________________________________
(Minutes later: City-F Park)
The two heroes were walking through the park, looking for the The Paradisers.
"Are you sure whatever was thrown was around here?" Saitama asked, looking around.
"I'm sure it was," Metal stated, looking as well.
Just then, the leader, Hammer Head, appeared right next to them. "Oh, there you are," Saitama stated, bordly.
"So what's you two's deal," Hammer Head asked. "Did you come out here to sign up with the The Paradisers?"
"Not at all," Saitama stated. "Actually, I'm just a guy who's a hero for fun. For personal reasons, I'm out here to smash all your heads in."
"Yeah," Bad agreed. "He's the newest S-Class, and you almost ruined his reputation with your actions," Bat stated. "If it wasn't for me, you'd have done harm to his rep."
The two then noticed something. "So... uh... where are your followers?" Saitama asked.
"That's a good question," Bad agreed, getting a bad feeling about this.
"Then die!" Hammer Head shouted, going to punch the two Heroes. The hit landed, and made a giant dust cloud, and blew most of the trees away. "Alight, enough, I better get out of here." He was then shock to see that the two heroes were still standing, not even hurt. 'How... I though I punched them.'
"Ah, what a letdown," Saitama stated, sadly. "I was pretty excited to see the battle suits I've been hearing about, but the design's pretty lame and all they do is give you superhuman strength."
"I gotta agree with ya on that," Metal Bat stated, dusting himself off and pulling a comb to fix his pompadour. "Silver Fang can hit way harder then this hunk of metal and Metal Knight and Child Emperor could make something ten times better and have more then just superhuman strength, even make it look cooler."
This made Hammer Head angrier. "You have no idea how hard it was to get a hold of these things!" he shouted at them. "How could two insignificant nats like you KNOW THERE TRUE VALUE, HUH!?" Just then the flame part of the suit glowed, and the suit bulked up like muscles. "TODAY IS YOUR LUCKY DAY!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING TO TEST THE FULL POWER OF THIS SUIT ON SOMEONE!" His arms then started spinning at hi speed. "SPIN ATTACK!" Saitama then cough it like it was nothing. "No! Impossible!"
"Hey, Bat, you want to bat him out of the suit, or should I punch him out?" Saitama asked Bad.
"It is all your call since he almost ruined your reputation." Metal Bat replies.
"Ok." Saitama says before quickly punching Hammerhead destroying the suit, but leaving Hammerhead naked and unharmed.
Hammer Head then looked was in shock and shouted in a high pitched voice, while backing away from the two, "GAAHAHAHA! WAIT! HOLD ON! I JUST- I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT WORKING WAS ALL!"
Hammer Head put his hand up in surrender, but then flinched when Saitama put his fist down. "Don't be bad anymore, okay." Saitama ordered the now ex criminal.
"What?" Hammer Head asked, looking confused. "Wait, you mean? Your not gonna kill me?"
"Get lost," Saitama ordered.
"Right!" Hammer Head shouted, getting the hell outta dodge. "You got it!" He was screaming his lungs out, scared.
"That's that," Saitama state.
"Wonder what he was talkin' about," Bad said, putting his bat on his shoulder. "Why would we kill him?"
"He probably was freaking out because he didn't think he would get beat." Saitama said in a bored tone.
"Idiot really thought that suit would make him unbeatable. People nowadays."
"Where did Hammer Head wander off to?" asked a new voice that made the two turn to see, a ninja of all things.
'Why does this guy look familiar...?" Bat asked in his head.
"There's no one left here but you two," the ninja stated.
Saitama pointed to where Hammer Head ran off to. "He was heading in that direction screaming and yelling, buck naked." He then grabbed a shuriken that was thrown at him. "What's this thing?" Just then, the ninja went to stab Saitama in the head with his Sword, but was stopped when he grabbed it with his hand, shocking the ninja.
Bad had his Bat at the ninja's head, and then asked. "The hell ya think you're doing pal?"
"Ah, I think I remember you, your one of Flash's cohorts, aren't you?" the ninja asked, seeing bat. "How's he doing these days?"
"He is doing good, but why the hell are you attacking my newest cohort!"
"Can't you tell by looking at him?" the ninja asked. "He's with The Paradisers."
"Hey," Saitama called out, getting the Ninja's attention. "You got it wrong." He then snapped and crushed the sword in two.
"What have I got wrong?" he asked.
"I know how this looks, but I'm not one of The Paradisers," Saitama told him.
"You're a terrible liar," the ninja stated, not believing him.
"He ain't lying ninja-boy," Bat stated.
"No, no, NO!" Saitama shouted, holding his hands up in a placating manner. "Don't be stupid! Look at me!"
"I don't really need to," the ninja stated, looking at Saitama's head. "With that bald head there's no denying it."
Bad facepalmmed. "Great, they made someone mistake Saitama for them, just great..."
"Come on..." Saitama said, looking frustrated. "Really, take a good look at me, I'm the guy out being a hero for fun! I'm not a-!"
"I've never heard of you," the ninja stated bluntly.
Bad facepalmmed harder. "And his three years being an indie hero comes back to bite us..." He groans out, then realized, "Wait, you must have heard of the newest S-Class that took out a dragon level threat in one punch?"
"Yes I have, but what does that have to do with him?" the ninja responds annoyed.
"He is the that S-Class that took down a dragon level threat with one punch!" Metal Bat says annoyed with the entire situation.
"Is that so? Too bad I can't let him live. He was able to keep up with my movements, and due to my ninja's price he must die!" the ninja yells.
'Please don't tell me he's about to-' both heroes thought.
"Born in a ninja village, I've been honing and perfecting my techniques sense my earliest years of childhood," the ninja stated monologuing about his past.
'And he's monologuing...' both though with deadpans.
"Yet, you saw right through them in an instant, this I cannot permit..."
Saitama looked at Bad and asked, "Hey, Metal, you know what he's talking about?"
"I'm guessing his pride," Bad answered.
"Indeed, my pride won't allow it, I don't care who you are, I can't let you simple walk away," the ninja stated, then flashed behind Saitama faster then the eye could see.
"Oh come on," Saitama stated, "you just want to try those honed and perfected moves on me on me. I can tell by that innocent smile of yours."
Bad sweatdropped, actually getting the feeling the smile was anything but. "Oh great, he just wants to fight... You sure about this Saitama? Not that I'm saying you'll lose, but... this guy seems off his rocker."
"Yeah, he just wants to test out his moves on me. I don't see any harm in it." Saitama says not catching on to what Metal Bat was telling him.
Metal Bat just sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. Just the ninja shot upwards, and then around Saitama at high speeds. "What do you think of this speed that breaks the sound barrier!?" he questioned out, still moving at hypersonic speeds. "Of these shockwaves!? Can you even see me!? How can you possibly keep up with me!?"
He then got behind Saitama, but he then turned to look at his and asked, "Uh, can I go home?"
Bad did an anime faceplant and though, 'Why does he act like this...?'
The ninja was shocked and started spinning in the air, saying, "Bastard." He then went to give an axe kick with a pressure under under it. "Wind Blade Kick!"
Saitama dodge it like it was slow, shocking the ninja even more. Saitama lifted his fist up, saying, "Check Mate." He didn't really think of where it was going to land.
Bad saw this when he looked up and his eyes widened in horror. "Oh, I feel sorry for him..."

(Minutes later: City-F Park, after the 'fight')
"Listen," The ninja told Saitama, who looked fine. "I've worked every job from assassin to bodyguard. I'm the deadly ninja, Speed of Sound: Sonic!" The now Sonic, introduced, but his voice was now starting to get shaky. "But for the time being, my work will be hold... now that I've found such a formidable opponent, I'm dedicating myself to training until we settle this...!" Saitama and Metal Bat mad blank looks on their faces. "Let me know your name...!"
"It's Saitama..." he answered blandly.
It was then shown that Sonic's body was shaking in pain, his legs crossed and his face blue from the pain. "Saitama...!!!" he shouted, not wanting to waver. "Next time we meet, it'll be your demise...!!!"
"Sure..." Saitama said blandly.
"Well, Sonic isn't going to have kids. Yo, Saitama! You gotta be careful where ya punch. Nobody wants to get hit in the chimmy-chongas."
"Hey, his momentum cared him into my fist," Saitama stated.
"I Speed of Sound: Sonic, the ultimate ninja... will not rest until I have brought you down!" Sonic shouted, still shaking, but determined.
"Go train hard." Saitana replied, his serious look on his face, and clinching his fist, before walking off with Metal Bat. Unknown to Saitama Metal Bat reported Saitama dealing with Hammerhead to the Association.
He was ten texted back, [Please both you and Saitama come in to tell us your report.]
"Hey, Saitama, the HS wants us to come in and report what happened," Metal Bat told him.
"Why?" Saitama questioned ina confused tone.
"Well, Sonic is a wanted criminal that requires an S-Class to defeat. Heck even an S-Class like Tank Top Matser is unable to defeat him. That's why they want a report on what happened." Metal Bat reaponded.
"Sure thing. Wanna come with?" Saitama asks.
Metal Bat shrugged. "Gotta give my part of the report as well, so I have ta."
______________________________________________________________________________
(Later at Hero Association HQ)
"So, what we currently have is that S-Class hero Saitama defeated criminals Hammerhead and Speed of Sound Sonic. We just need you to tell your side and have Metal Bat describe his side of the story." A Association worker told Saitama and Metal Bat.
"So what do you want to know first?" Saitama asked.
"Just a basic description of what happened."
"Well Bat and his Sister came over to give me information about my new job here and what happened to my credit for my last three years," Saitama stated, trying to keep this simple, but informative. "Then his sister pointed out what was happening on the news, and I was worried my reputation would get hit by them if they kept at it. Bat and I then went to City-F to try and find them. We went to the park, found their leader, told him to stop being bad after I punched him out of his suit. We both then went to leave until Sonic showed up, thinking I was one of them. He then wanted to test me after I stopped him twice. And then he-"
"He what?"
"You see I messed up my attack and accidentally made it where his momentum brought his um... important bits to be ... harmed, yes harmed and then he left after making a declaration."
"Metal Bat, what does he mean by that at the end?"
"Pfft he means," Metal Bat started, stifles his laughter, "he punch the guy in the nuts" Metal Bat finished as he beings to laugh hysterically.
"Hey!" Saitama shouted. "It was an accident, I thought he'd stop, or turn away...!"
"... Ok, well now we have all the we need, so now you can go. Have a great day." The worker said.
"That's it?" Saitama asked.
"Yep, due to the majority of the S-Class not being ones for paperwork, we changed a few things so they won't have to do much paperwork."
"Huh, but can't that cause problems, say that someone embellishes the report or leaves things out?" Saitama asked.
"Not at all. The S-class is a special group of heroes that are mainly to take out big threats. Strength is all the matters when it comes to being an S-Class so all you need to do is focus on killing monsters and then reporting that you killed them." The worker replied.
Saitama shrugged. "I guess, I'm still going to just do what I do, being a hero for fun. And beat monsters, no matter what they are."
"Sure thing, just be sure to use this to call in and report the monster and we will have a clean up team there to clean up the bodies." The worker said as they gave Saitama an Association phone that was strictly used for those in S-Class.
"... Where should I put this? I don't really have pockets on my costume, and my belt holster doesn't have that much space."
"Hm, we will have a new belt holster made for you soon. Return in a week and it will be done." The worker said.
Saitama shrugs. "Sure."
"Have a great day." The worker responded.
Both heroes started walking out.
"Nice guy," Saitama stated.
"Yeah, you got one of the nice ones," Bat stated.
"Really?" Saitama questioned.
"Yea some are only nice to the S-Class, as long as they aren't newbies like you." Metal Bat replied. "Not to mention some that want to have the other forces forces under their thumb and want the heroes the be the only force..." he added, thinking of a eye-patch wearing suit of the City-Z branch.
"So, they are corrupts?" Saitama asked.
"Yes, but there are some that want to do good like Mr. Agoni."
"I see, and I'm guessing some of the forces don't see heroes in a good light due to bad apples," Saitama stated.
"Yes especially when you realize how many heroes use there power to crush rising newbies to protect their rankings." Metal Bat replies thinking about how many tried to newbie crush him when he first started as a hero.
Saitama had a deadpan look. "And you don't think those guys shouldn't be punished for interfering with heroes doing their job...?"
"Most of those people find the Association. Without most of them we would be unable to have a Hero Association, so we are unable to do anything against them."
Saitama pinched the bridge of his nose. "Not even lowering their placing as punishment?"
"The main people running the Association are afraid of them pulling their support, which would lead to a collapse of the Association meaning there will be no way to properly organize heroes so that threats get dealt with."
"... Let's just change the subject..." Saitama stated, feeling his head hurting.
"Yea it gives me a headache too. .. Anyways what happened to that cyborg?"
"He told me he was getting repaired after yesterday," Saitama told him.
"Do you plan on doing anything with him since he became your disciple?"
"Sense he's part robot, my training won't be effective, unlike your sister," Saitama stated.
"Maybe give him advice instead of training him the traditional way. See what he does wrong and tell him a hint on how to fix it." Metal Bat replies.
"How am I supposed to do that?" Saitama says confused.
"For one, have him think everything through, and not go in guns blazing..." Bad stated, remembering what happened yesterday.
"Yea that would be better because if there was people in that building he would have killed them."
"And him being stubborn in fight Kabuto yesterday as well," Bad added.
"True, he kept getting hurt. His will is strong but his body can't match that will yet." Saitama replies
"You think the foundation has something that can help him? Or someone that can get strong and rare metals out of the earth to help him out?" Saitama asked.
"How about Silver Fang? Defence is what his martial art is best at. We could have him teach Genos his martial art." Metal Bat suggests.
"Silver who?" Saitama asked, confused.
Bad facepalm, forgetting Saitama doesn't know the other S-Class members. "Silver Fang is an S-Class hero. He is ranked 3rd among the S-Class. He is a defense specialist due to his martial arts being the ultimate defense martial art."
Saitama shrugs. "Could be useful for him."
"Yea, with Silver Fang's martial arts he would be extremely strong and hard to beat. It would also help with his defense weakness."
"True," Saitama agreed, thinking about it. "I guess it could work."
"Yea, but do you think Genos would be ok with it. If he isn't then how about we recommend him gaining a form with more armor and speed."
Saitama shrugs. "I'm still trying to get over I have a disciple. I've never done this before."
"Well, it your fault because you accepted him as a disciple before realizing he was asking to be your disciple."
"... Gee... Rub it in why don't ya..."
"So, what are we planning on doing today."
"Just head back home and have dinner, you're sister is still there."
"Ah, ok. Be sure not to forget to tell Genos what he needs to fix."
"I won't, you and your sister want to stay for dinner?"
"Sure, and to commemorate your first successful defeat of an enemies as a S-Class hero I'll buy you a group of groceries at the next store we go to." Metal Bat says getting Saitama to gain a very wide smile before Saitama quickly drags Metal Bat to his favorite store.
"Hey, you don't need to do that," Saitama stated, still going with him.
"Eh we I get a ton of money as a S-Class hero." Metal Bat replies.
"How much are we talking about?" Saitama asked.
"A small to mid fortune."
"I'm sorry, a what now?" Saitama asked, thinking he didn't hear right.
"A small to mid fortune. They pay us this much because it is cheaper to pay us that much than repair entire cities or the amount of destruction a monster could have caused if it wasn't stopped."
"... So.... Would you mind getting the good stuff like crab and lobster?"
"I'm fine with anything. What ever you want let's get it."
______________________________________________________________________________
(One Shopping Trip Later)
It was starting to get late, and Saitama had gotten tons off food he'd had only dreamed of getting, and bother their 30% discount helped make it cheep.
"This is so awesome," Saitama stated.
"Yea, we got some great food for an amazing price, and even got to bash some monster heads in on the way there." Metal Bat said with a grin.
"I'm more happy that I get to have all this good food," Saitama stated. "You never get this if it's a going out of business sale."
"Ain't that the truth. Also I got to have you meet the rest of the S-Class. Even if they are mostly total shit bags." Metal Bat says but quietly muttering the last part.
Saitama looked confused. "What do you mean by that?"
"Eh just ignore what I said for the most part. I'll be sure to introduce you to the S-Class sooner or later."
Saitama shrugs. "Noted. Zombieman was a nice guy."
"Eh, anyways let's get back quickly and make dinner." Saitama replies as he and Metal Bat rush off at high speeds.
______________________________________________________________________
(Saitama's appartment: Late at night)
The two had made it back to Saitamam's apartment, when they saw Genos was waiting for them. They also saw that Zenko was laying down from her day of working out. Zenko took over cooking, not letting them, sense the last time her brother tried, and let's just say, it was bad beyond all description.
They told the two what had happened the whole day, with some tea that was made to drink, and Genos had to ask, "Speed of Sound Sonic? Who is that? What kind of person passes such a redundant name?"
"Not the most strangest name I've heard," Zenko stated, still cooking. "I've heard weirder from my brother."
"Don't know," Saitama stated. "He appeared out of nowhere, said we were rivals, and then took off."
"Wait, he wants to be your rival. Doesn't he realize how powerful you are?" Zenko questions as she begins to think of how dumb this Sonic guy was.
"That's why he made him his rival sis..." Bad stated in a deadpan tone.
"If he's bothering you, I will get rid of him," Genoes stated.
"You're not much better you know," Saitama stated to what Genos stated. "Actually, why are you here again?"
"Wait, you didn't invite him?" Zenko asked.
"I wish to move in to observe sensei in order to learn the secret of his strength." Genos replies.
"Go home, it's not like we're related," Saitama told Genos.
"Master, I must become stronger because-" Genoes started but was interupted.
"SHUT UP!!!" Saitama shouted, slamming his elbow on the table, but not breaking it.
"EPP!" Zenko squeaked, jumping in place.
"I think he's not happy," Bad said, scooting away.
"The incidents from today made me aware of a serious problem and I'm dealing from shock," Saitama stated, looking gloomy. "So I beg you Genos, just go home."
"A serious problem?" Genos questioned, looking a bit shocked. "For somebody as great as you are? But what could it possible be? Please tell me?"
Saitama was silent. "It's because no one knew who you were for the last three years, isn't it?" Metal Bat asked, think he knew.
"..." Silence. People didn't know who he was. He saved counted less lives and was never known. "DAAAMMMMMIIIIIIITTT!" Saitama screamed at the realization of why he wasn't known. He ended every monster with a single blow. Of course people wouldn't recognize him. Genos was now in complete shock. "It's been right around three years sense I first became a hero..." Saitama stated, looking dead(er) on the outside. "I've defeated a lot of monsters and evil organizations in that time, come to think of it, I've never heard any other heroes do as much as me, not even close."
Bad facepalmmed, hard. "Oh goody... We also have to look through old crime organizations as well..."
Zenko had a stern, but cut look on her face. "Brother, why didn't the HS look further into attack and not see if Hero's testaments stood up to what actually happen?"
"Laziness, also many of the monsters, and crime organizations in the past three years mysteriously disappear so I can say it was probably Saitama. Again laziness of the HA will probably not give him credit." Metal Bat says in an annoyed voice.
Saitama looked more gloomy at what the siblings were saying. "You know what he said to me?" he asked Genos. "Never heard of you, never. I know Bat told me that my past work would go to the other heroes that were there, but hearing it said outloud... On top of that, everyone in town almost thought I was a terrorist if Metal Bat wasn't with me to insure I wasn't..."
"That is sad. People shouldn't have judged you based on you not having hair." Zenko says frustratingly.
Saitama was still looking down, and asked, "So, is Genos registered or...?"
"No, should I be?" Genos asked. This surprised Saitama.
Bat facepalmed again. "They haven't come to talk to you yet...?" he asked.
"No. Should they have came and talked to me?"
"I think so. How about Metal Bat and I take to to the nearest registery and have you registered as a hero?" Saitama ask Genos. "I'll make you my office disciple."
"Sounds like a plan," Genos agree.
"That's for tomorrow," Zeko stated, bring a meal that looked for royalty. "Now is time to eat~"
To be continued
