Jeff: Sup everyone. Glad to be here and I am gald to be working with ma friend Xarazechi to bring you this story.

This story was based off an idea that was given by... Who was it again, and what story was it?

Jeff: The truth of a c-class hero I think it was

Oh, no, found it, it was The Unsung Hero.

Jeff: Ok great.

Anyways the idea for this came from a comment, that happens in the first episode and change a bit at the start of who the girl Saitama saved.

Jeff: Add "This story is a result of the thought of 'what if the girl Saitama saved from Vaccine Man was Metal Bat's sister'"

Hey, trying not to spoil things... Anyways, you want to do the disclaimer?

Jeff: Sure I already got one. Disclaimer: We own nothing. One Punch Man and any pics used in this fanfic belongs to their respective owners. Hows that for a disclaimer be that is the disclaimer I usually use for fics.

It's fine. Now onto the story.

Chapter 1: A Chance Encounter

(Metal Bat POV)

'How did she convince me to go shopping with her this time...?' I asked myself in my head while I was walking with my little sister.

(Flashback)

"Finally, some time off from bashing some monsters," I stated to myself, sitting in my recliner

"Go shopping with me!" my sister, Zenko, said as she appeared outta nowhere and began to drag me off.

(Flashback End)

'Well now that I think about it she didn't convince me,' I thought to myself with a sweatdrop, 'she dragged me here. Well, at least she is more focused on everything else instead of what I'm doing. I love my sister, I do, but I do need time to myself from time to time~' I smirked, then starts to doze off in a chair not far from where his sister was shopping. I was then started awake when there was a loud "BOOOM", and almost being blown away. "W-What the hell!?" I see that most of the city was blown leaving a creator.

Just then my phone rang and I picked up. I saw it was the association and answered. "This is Metal Bat, what's going on!?"

"We have a monster," a female office worker reported. "We had Lightning Max and Smile Man sent, but they may need your help."

I scratch my head with my free hand in annoyance, "Gah, and on my day off! I'm near where the explosions are happening," I ran in to where my sister was to get her to safety. "I just need to maker sure my sister is-" I then froze in fear, my sister was missing. 'D-Did she get blown away from the explosions...?'

"Metal Bat, come in, what's wrong?" the woman asked me.

"M-My sister is missing, I fear she might have been blown somewhere else," I stated. "I'll head to stop the monster, tell me if you find her."

"We'll keep an eye out fo-" she told me before she stopped. "METAL BAT YOU NEED TO GET THERE NOW!"

"W-What's wrong?" I asked, fearing the answer.

"YOUR SISTER IS NEAR THE MONSTER!" she shouted, making my heart drop into my stomach and my blood turn cold.

I ran out of the broken store, shouting, "GIVE ME THE LOCATION NOW!!!"

(With the Monster and Zenko)

(Third Person POV)

Zenko was looking everywhere, franticly, after she got blown away. She wasn't too hurt, but she was getting a bit panicky. "B-Big bro! Where are you!"

Metal Bat then turned a corner to where he need to go, and his eyes widened in horror. "ZENKO! GET OUT OF THERE NOW!"

She saw her brother and saw the look of fear on his face, she knew she shouldn't, but she turned around and saw the humanoid monster, it's hand mutated into a missive thing to crush her into mush. Her eyes widened in horror.

"ZENKO!" Metal Bat shouted, knowing he wouldn't make it in time. He reached his hand out in a vain attempt to save her.

The monster then closed his gaint hand, but there was movement that was faster then the eye could see, saving Zenko. Metal Bat's breath hitched, hoping he was seeing that his sister was saved. The monster and Metal Bat turned to see the person that saved her.

Zenko was still awake, and saw a bald hero that had a serious look on his face. She could tell he radiated power, like her brother, but more.

Metal Bat let go of the breath he didn't know he was holding, but had a single tear down his eye, happy his sister was alive thanks to whoever this guy was.

"You're a fast one," the monster stated. "Who are you?"

The man turned towards the two smiling. He put Zenko down, and then looked like he was board. 'Whoa, he went from cool and serious to dopy and board in a second," the two siblings thought in surprise.

The man then spoke to the monster's question, "Just a guy who's a hero for fun."

"Did he just say... hero for fun?" Bad asked on the verge of passing out. "We're doomed. Zenko.... I'm sorry."

"He ... saved me." Zenko whispers to herself. "You can do it Mr. Hero!" Zenko says before realizing her brother was hurt before rushing to him checking on him. " Are you ok? Don't worry Mr. Hero will save us... I hope. Pleasebeokbigbrother!" Zenko said as she quickly bombarded her brother with question after question.

"You're kidding..." the monster said, looking irritated at the bald hero. "What kind of half-assed backstory is that...!? Mine's far superior! I was formed from the pollution mankind rod upon the Earth!" The monster looked irritated. "I am Vaccine Man!" The bald hero didn't look that interested, he even looked board. "The Earth is a single living organism... You filthy humans are nothing but a disease causing bacteria eating away at her precious life force... In order to wipe out humanity and the evil civilization built on her surface...!" Just then, the monster started transforming, it's voice warping, and it's body growing bigger, making Metal Bat and Zenko's eyes widen in shock. "THE EARTH AND HER INFINITE WISDOM HAS GIVEN BIRTH!!! TO!!! ME!!!" The monster was not towering over over the bald hero, almost five times bigger them him. "YOU SAY YOU DO THID FOR FUN!!! FOR FUN!!!??? HOW DARE YOU CONFRONT MOTHER EART'S APOSLTE FOR SUCH AMINDLESS REASON!!!"

"Get out of there!" Metal Bat shouted at the wannabe hero, think he was way over his head.

The Monster was now going to attack the bald hero. "YET WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED FROM A HUMA-!!!???" He didn't get to finish when the hero then attacked. It was just a punch, but it killed it, like it wasn't even that strong, not only that, the punch made the smoke clouds dissipate, making the sky clear.

Metal Bat's jaw dropped opened, and his eyes were wide in disbelief. "Did he just... defeat that monster in one punch?" Bat ask as Zenko quickly ran up to the mysterious hero for fun and began thanking him while being sure to mention how awesome he was.

"You two are injured. I'll take you to a hospital." The hero said as he slung Bad over his shoulder before the S-class hero can protest, and then picked Zonko up before running off to the hospital. "We're here."

"The fuck!" Bad answered confused on how the hero had gotten him to a hospital in less than a few minutes.

Zenko looked in awe, and turned to the hero, but saw his sad face. "Are you okay, Mr. Hero?" she asked, wondering what was wrong.

The hero sighed. "I beat that monster, with just one punch..." he answered, not looking happy at all.

"But isn't that good?" Zenko asked confused.

"It is good at first but when you have face countless monster like I have and all of them fall with one punch, it tends to get old." The hero replied going back to his bored expression.

"Wait what do you mean you have faced countless monsters!" Bad yelled from surprise due to hearing the mysterious hero had faced countless monsters and his existence is still unknown.

The hero looked confused. "Yeah, I've been doing this for almost three years now," he answered, looking at Bad. "I should be know by now for all my work I've done."

'He has been doing this for almost three years. That is as long as the Hero Association has existed. Wait didn't someone save Mr. Agoni's grandson which lead to the creation of the Hero... Association.' "Hey, have you perhaps heard of the Hero Association?"

"The what?" The hero asked with a confused face.

"The-" Bad managed to get out before being cut off.

" Oh shit there is a sale about to happen!" The hero exclaimed before disappearing with a dust cloud following hind him being the only indication he was there.

"Hey! Wait! You didn't even give us your name!" Bad shouted, trying to stop the hero.

"Ah, I wanted to get his autograph..." Zenko pouted cutely.

"I guess I'll have to report this to the Hero Association. Maybe they can find out who he is." Bad said as he was thinking of how to repay the hero.

(Later on: At the Hero Association)

Metal Bat had given his report to the Hero Association and the S-Class Heroes. He also brought his sister for her to testify as well.

"... and that's myt Report," Bad finished.

'Could this be the person that Mr. Agoni was searching for. Makes sense why Mr. Agoni couldn't find him since he cut his hair.' "I'll have Zombieman search for this person. Whoever he is, he destoryed a dragon level threat with a single punch and deserves to be either in S-class or at least high A-class."

"Why should we?" the No. 2 her, Tatsumaki, A.K.A. Tornado of Terror, questioned. "Why should we believe this idiot?"

"That is why we took extensive look at all cameras in the area and found video evidence. Here why. Don't you take a look?" Sitch replies calmly.

She looked at the video, expecting something boring. What she saw shocked her, even tho she didn't show it. On screen it showed the mysterious hero punching the monster and it exploding. What shocked her even more was him imploring that this monster wasn't the only one.

"And that's just seeing the monster," Bad added. "He even cleared the sky a second later after that punch was thrown. Now do ya believe me shrimp?"

She them humf, and looked away from him. "I admit he is strong, but I can do better. At least he is more worthy of being an S-class than the rest of you weakling."

"Hey!" Zenko shouted at her. "My brother is worthy of it, unlike a spoiled child like you!"

"Ha that weakling like the rest of the S-class excluding King and Blast are not worthy of S-class and should start over from C-class."

Tank Top Master leaned over to the S-Class next to him, Flashy Flash, and wispered, "I'm surprised she hasn't gotten mad at the shrimp comment or being called a kid."

"She must be surprised with the information that someone like this has existed for years right under our noses. I want to test this guy and see just how strong he is." Flashy Flash replied while in deep thought.

"Might be, I want to know how he got like that," Tank Top Master said, wondering if he could get his workout, if it was a workout.

"Uh, may I ask something?" Bad asked Sitch. "Is it okay if me and my sister go with Zombieman?"

"Not sure. Zombieman is the best we have for covert operations. How about when Zombieman finds him or if Child Emperor finds out his identity we tell you where he lives. We will even let you give him this S-class certificate if he agrees to join the Hero Association." Sitch say as he hands a S-class certificate to him.

"... Do we really need a covert operations...?" Bad asked, an anime swaetdrop forming on huis head.

"Zombieman is the best for tracking down things whether it be monsters, or humans with potential to be heroes."

"... Okay, point," Bad agreed, but grumbled it. Just then alarms went off. "What now...?"

"Attention," a female voice called out. "A gaint... titan... monster has appeared and is attacking the city!"

"We have live footage on the monster just encase he shows up." Bispecticaled worker said as he came rushing in.

"Zombieman I want you to go to the location if he appears we will tell you and send you to his location." Sitch said as everyone except Zombieman watched the screen.

"Location is City B," the woman stated.

"Has anyone retained a visual on a bald man in a yellow jumpsuit in the area?" Sitch asked

"He's shopping at a store in that location," the woman said. "And the store got stepped on just now."

"Tell the heroes in the surrounding area to not engage the monster, but instead help civilians get to a safe location."

The woman nods, sending out the order.

"Should Tornado go?" Bispecticaled worker asked. "She's the fastest, in the air that is."

"No we will let this mysterious hero deal with the monster. The A and B-class heroes in the area can deal with evacuating the citizens." We need to have more feats of his strength that way when we put him in S-class people will not throw an uproar."

"H-Half of City B has been wiped out!" the woman shouted.

"Contact all heroes in the area, and order them to help with he evacuation. We need to minimize the causalities. Up the threat level to demon. If the monster deals anymore significant damage I want you to up the threat level to dragon."

"The Hero is on the monster now," the woman stated, sending the new order out. "He's on it's left shoulder."

"Is he engaging the monster in combat?" Sitch asked as the heroes in the room started to pay attention.

"He appears to be talking to it. Possibly trying to reason with it." The woman answered. She then saw that there was someone else on the other shoulder. "Wait, there's someone else."

"Is it another hero?"

"No, we have deduced that other person is most likely it's creator. ... Wait! The monster just killed the other human and is going on a rampage. The bald hero in the jumpsuit has just disappeared." Just then, the next ting she saw, her jaw dropped to the floor. "H-He just jumped and punched the then in the face, a-and beat it..."

"Appears his power isn't a fluke. Have drones follow the bald hero from a distance I want any and all video of him defeating monsters. I also want his home and name discovered as soon as possible. Run his face through facial recognition, and have Child Emperor help with discovering his identity and location of living." Sitch said with a relieved look.

"That's if he hasn't already left from his speed," Bad stated.

"Luckily for us he doesn't seem to be in a hurry." Sitch said as he pointed to a screen displaying the hero calmly walking into what appears to be a store.

"Uh... Sir... I think I know why we've never knew about him..." the woman said, both scared, and feeling the need to facepalm, hard.

"Why is that?"

"He has defeated even dragon level threats with only one punch, and after defeating then he just imidiantly leaves leaving no time for someone to see him so his accomplishments will go to the heroes nearby." The woman said.

"You're right." Sitch said flabbergasted. 'How many heroes benefitted from his accomplishments? We really need to consider putting him on the higher end of S-class if possible.'

"The other reason... Is that he lives in City-Z..." she added, showing that they had reached his home town.

"I see the reason why we haven't found him is that he lives in the abandoned portion of city-Z. Could he be the rumored monster of city-Z that is credited with killing hundreds of demon and dragon level monsters that appear in city-Z"

Bad facepalmed and dragged his hand down his face. "At this point, let's just get records of all attacks from the last three years, and see if we've been giving credit to people who've been taking all his credit..."

King stiffened, and his heart, oh sorry I mean his "King's Drive", started pounding. The others noticed this.

"King, is there something wrong?"

"Nothing, I was just deep in thought." King replied with his poker face. His mind was anything but. 'CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAP! THEY MIGHT FIND OUT ABOUT ME!"

"I see. Well, Metal Bat if you go now you should be able to give him the S-class certificate. Zombieman will meet you there." Sitch said now happy that this hero will be able to help them with greater threats.

"And my sister?" he asked. "She and I both want to thank him."

Zenko nodded in agreement. "I also wanted to get an autograph..." she added, blushing in embarrassment.

"She can come and thank him at a later date. Right now we need you and Zombieman to follow him and gain footage of him killing a few more monsters. Once that is done give him the certificate."

Zenko pouted. "Fine... I'll wait..."

"I'll get it for ya sis," Bad told her, getting her to nod. He then turned to Zombieman. "Let's head out."
