I was considering drawing some scenes from this book. Like Reader-Chan waking up in the classroom, seeing Ryuk, with the Death Note or one of those aura things. You know, Light's aura is red, L's is blue, I was thinking that Reader-Chan's could be purple :D

As I walked down the stairs, I could already hear Ryuk cackling to himself, no doubt that he was cackling at Light. I reached the hall and paused. I, (Y/n), was about to meet a real Shinigami. I closed my eyes, smiled and leaned into the doorway where the Yagami's were eating.

"I got my things, so I'll be going now!" I opened my eyes.

Boom. Shinigami

Ryuk is way creepier in real life... If you can class this as real life. But I always liked Ryuk, he was the reason why all this Death Note stuff happened, he dropped his Death Note in the human world and didn't really care about the consequences. Yeah, he didn't help anyone, but at least he didn't help Light.

Ryuk, Sayu and Light had their backs to me and Soichiro and Sachiko weren't looking at me, so I eyed the apple crazy death God. It was hard to believe that such a creature was right in front of me. Sayu turned to me and I averted my gaze from the invisible death God.

"Ok, (Y/n)! I'll see you soon!" She bounded over to me and bear hugged me. The others turned to me.

"Thank you for coming!"

"Have a nice evening."

"I'll see you  tomorrow (Y/n)."

I'll see you tomorrow Light, unlike the 23 criminals you'll kill...

*Timeskip to after school tomorrow, brought to you by me because I have writer's block :D*

"Woo! C'mon Light! You can do it!" Light waved at me and continued running. I was sitting on a bench on the side of a football pitch, watching Light play, Ryuk hovering behind me. I glanced at my watch, 4:59. It was pretty clever what Light had done, writing in the Death Note so a criminal dies every-

5:00

-hour, though it was kind of obvious that he knew that the police were suspecting a student, since the times of death. Light passed the ball to a teammate, who kicked it towards the goal and scored. Cheers burst throughout the small field and I stood up and clapped. Everyone had decided to call it a day and started to leave the pitch.

"Great job Light! Where to next?"

"Just let me get changed and we can grab something to eat." I gave him his backpack and stood up as be walked away to get changed.

*Timeskip to 59 minutes later*

"So, you already got some food?"

"Yeah, my mom made some for me, you wanna share?"

"Sure, what have you got?"

"A sandwich, an apple and a soda, what do you want?" I know what'll happen.

"I'll take the apple, we can share the soda." I took the apple from his outstretched hand, ignoring Ryuk, since he probably wanted the apple. I watched as he opened-

-the sandwich and began to eat it. I smirked and looked at the bored shinigami out of the corner of my eye as I took a bite of the apple.

"Hey Light, did you hear? Apparently this "Kira" person is killing less people. Do you think something's going to happen soon?" He looked up at me and shrugged.

"No idea, I just hope the person behind all this is brought to justice soon. It's scary to think that someone could just kill someone like that." Yeah, sure Light, it's not like you're the murderer or anything...

*Another 59 minute timeskip*

"I'm gonna go and get some things for me to eat tonight, I'll see you-

7:00

-later Light." I smiled.

"Ok (y/n). I've got cram school, so I won't be home until late, you probably won't hear from me until tomorrow."

"I don't mind, as long as you study hard!" We waved and parted ways. L would be talking to the police force at the moment about how he realised that the times of death had changed to hourly. I'd already been keeping track of that as the hours passed by.

I hadn't been walking for very long when I bumped right into a tall man, who was wearing a black trench coat. I fell backwards and almost landed when he caught me.

"Sorry about that, I wasn't looking where I was going." He said, putting me back on my feet.

"Th-that's okay, it was my fault really, b-but thank you for catching me." I stuttered as he smiled at me sympathetically.

"Just be more careful in the future. You take care now." He brushed past me and walked in the direction of the cafe Light and I were just at, He seemed... familiar. I wonder who he could b-

-OH MY GOSH, THAT WAS RAYE PENBER!

Oh yeah, this was the part where Raye spies on Light, but that meant that soon Ryuk would spot him and Light would eventually kill him, aw! Wait, this is why I'm here! I can change this, I can save Raye and if Raye's not dead, Naomi won't try to continue his work and die either! That's be nice, they could actually  get married. But how would I do that? I doubt an FBI agent would believe me, I could at least try to convince him or distract Light when he's about to kill Raye. That's probably the most I can do to save them, I don't want Light to realise that I know more than he thinks I know. This could be risky, but it's worth it.

Hey, tomorrow Light and that girl, what's her name?... Yuri, will go to some theme park on a bus that's going to be hijacked. Maybe I should third wheel on their "date". Who knows, I may bump into my new friend Raye too! And I do like theme parks and the risk of death on a daily basis.

This is going to be very interesting...

It took me about half an hour to find out her bloody name. Yuri's doesn't even have an official last name on the Wiki and her page is just describing that one episode she's in. She's that unimportant xD A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE DEATH NOTE CHIC WHO LITERALLY NO ONE CARES ABOUT xD REST IN PIECES, YURI. It doesn't even say if she survives Death Note or not xD I feel sooooo sorry for her :3

Sorry btw, this chapter was waaaay overdue! I should've updated ages ago!
