Vinnie exhaled, running a hand through his messy blonde hair before giving himself one last look in the mirror. His hoodie sat just right, oversized enough to hide the way his hands were shaking but not enough to drown him in fabric. This wasn't just another post or a casual hangout. This was the moment that would change everything.

Behind him, the door to their bedroom was slightly ajar, and through it, he could hear the soft hum of Coraline's voice as she scrolled through her phone. She was probably answering a text from her mom, or maybe Belly—her best friend who had been suspiciously persistent about why she had been so distant lately.

His heart softened as he turned to look at her. Coraline was sitting on the edge of the bed, her hands resting over the small but undeniable baby bump that had changed their world forever. It wasn't just about them anymore. It was about the tiny life growing inside of her, the one they had kept a secret for months—just theirs, just private. But now, it was time to let the people closest to them in.

"You okay?" he asked, stepping into the room.

She looked up, her hazel eyes meeting his with a mix of excitement and nerves. "Yeah," she nodded, but her fingers curled slightly over her stomach, betraying her emotions. "Just thinking about how crazy this is."

Vinnie smirked, sitting beside her and lacing his fingers with hers. "It is crazy," he admitted. "But in the best way."

She sighed, leaning her head against his shoulder. "What if they freak out?"

Vinnie let out a breathy chuckle. "Babe, have you met my friends? Jett's gonna lose his mind, and I guarantee Mia's gonna cry."

Coraline laughed softly, nudging him. "And your mom?"

His smile faltered just slightly, but it wasn't from fear. It was from the weight of it all. His mom had always been his rock—his biggest supporter, his anchor through the madness of social media fame. And now he was about to tell her that she was going to be a grandmother.

"She's gonna be happy," he said firmly. "I mean, she might give me that look at first, but once she sees you, sees them—" He placed his hand gently over hers on her stomach. "She's gonna love this baby so much."

Coraline swallowed, her eyes glistening. "I hope so."

Vinnie leaned down, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "I know so."

A knock on the front door made them both tense. The moment was here.

Coraline squeezed his hand. "Ready?"

Vinnie took one last deep breath, stood up, and pulled her to her feet. "With you? Always."

And with that, they stepped out of the room, ready to share their biggest secret with the people who mattered most.
