My eye lids flutter open and I try to sit up but a sharp pain in my stomach stops me from doing so.

"Hey easy there" Bellamy says rushing to my side."How are you feeling?" He asks

"Like shit" I says wincing at the pain

After I got stabbed last night Abby and Bellamy rushed back and brought me to Arkadia. Abby had to perform surgery to fix the damage and then she stitched me up.It was going to take a little while for my wounds to heal.

"I'm so sorry" Bellamy says apologizing for the one thousandth time.

"Bell, its not your fault.Stop apologizing" I groan

"If I hadn't have left you then this wouldn't have happened" He says 

"If you didn't leave then who knows you could have been blown up in that mountain too" I tell him

He just sighs 

"I've got to go do something but I'll be back soon" He says placing a kiss on my forehead before leaving.

I've been doing nothing for a few hours the only thing I have to keep me entertained is a few books that we took from mount weather.

"Hey,I'm here to check the stitches" Abby says as she walks in

I nod

She sits down next to my bed and rolls up my shirt to check my wound.The whole time she keeps glancing up at me as if she has something to tell me.

"What?" I ask her

"Did you hear what Bellamy did?" She asks

"No?" I say confused

"He quit the guard" She tells me

"What? why?" I ask

"He feels responsible for what happened at mount weather" Abby says,running her fingers over my stitches one last time before rolling down my shirt.

"Really" I groan "Hes gonna pull a Clarke and blame himself for something that's not even his fault"

Abby glares at me for mentioning her daughter

"Sorry" I mumble

"Well I was just hoping you could talk some sense into him" She says

"I can try but hes pretty stubborn" I say trying to sit up a bit but it still hurts to much

"Here" She says handing me two pills. "Take these and it should numb the pain for a bit.I'll come back in later and see if we can get you up and walking" she says before leaving the room

"Speak of the devil" I say as Bellamy strolls in the room right after Abby leaves

"You were talking about me?" He says with a smirk

"Yea about how you quit the guard" I say annoyed

"Don't start with me about this,I couldn't do it anymore.I was suppose to protect those people...I was suppose to protect you and I failed" He shouts

"Bellamy its not your fault" I shout back

"It is my fault,I trusted Echo and now all those people are dead" He shouts,Slamming his hand down on the small beside table knocking the glass of water I had onto the ground.

I hear the glass smash 

"Whats going on in here?"Kane says bursting through the door.I guess we were yelling pretty loud.

"Nothing" Bellamy says before storming out of the room.

"Are you alright?" Kane asks

I nod

"I'll try to talk some sense into him" He says,leaving to find Bellamy

A few hours later I'm dying of bordem. I'm out of books and have nothing to do,I've resorted to counting the amount of panels that make up the ceiling when Bellamy enters the room.

"Here" He says tossing a few new books on the bed. 

"Thanks" I mumble,still annoyed at his earlier outburst.

"I'm not going to apologize" He says with a shrug

"excuse me" I say sassily

"I was right with what I said,It is my fault for trusting a grounder but I'm not going to make that mistake again" He tells me

"What do you mean?" I ask confused

"There's a grounder army about a mile away that are supposedly here to protect us but I don't trust them and neither does Pike so were going to do something about it" He informs me

"Since when are you best friends with Pike? And how do you two plan on getting a whole army of grounders to leave" I chuckle

"He has a group of people who all think the same thing and he also has access to guns" Bellamy says

"Oh great so you're gonna pull a Finn and kill a bunch of grounders,That's a good way to piss them off" I say annoyed

"I'm doing this and there's no way you can talk me out of it" He says storming out for the second time that day

I prop myself up,it doesn't really hurt that much since I took the painkillers. 

I stand up and slowly walk to the door,opening in and leaning on the frame to stay balanced.

"Abby" I call,seeing her across the room

She rushes over to scold me "What are you doing out of bed?" 

"I think Bellamy's going to do something stupid" I tell her

"what are you talking about?" She asks

"Pike is talking him into doing something about the grounder army that's near here.Can you just make sure he doesn't do something that's going to get himself killed?" I ask her

"I'll let the guard know that we have a problem,thanks for telling me.Want some help getting back into bed?" She asks

"I'm so bored in there,Can I at least sit out here?" I ask,pouting

"Fine" She huffs

She helps me over to a small couch.

"Fox look after her" Abby says, to my best friend who was sitting at a table close by eating before leaving to inform the guard about Bellamy and Pike.

"How are you feeling?" Fox says,coming over to me.

"Peachy" I say sarcastically

She laughs before sitting on the couch next to me

We ended up talking for hours while Fox tries to teach me this game she learned called chess,I'm not very good at it.

A few minutes after giving up on chess I see Bellamy,Pike and about 10 other people being led by guards through the hall,The guards put them in a large room and then lock the door.

"What the hell" Fox says

"Whats happening?" I ask one of the guards.

"They were causing a disturbance" He tells me

I roll my eyes,Of course they were.I knew Bellamy was going to get himself in trouble.

Kane arrives and commands the guards to open the door.He walks in and starts to talk to pike but I can't hear what there saying.

After their short conversation Pike,Bellamy and the rest of the rebellious group is released from the room.

I stand up and slowly make my way over to Kane.

"Shouldn't you be in bed?" He asks

I ignore his question "What the hell was that?" I ask

"Pike is our new chancellor" He tells me

"Okay what the fuck do you mean?" I ask so confused

"Its what the people want" Kane says 

"You have to stop them,hes going to start a war" I plead

"Its too late" Kane says before walking away leaving me.

I have a feeling that mount weather exploding was just the beginning and that there will be many more deaths to come.
