"You really should learn how to do makeup." Seokjin sighed as Hoseok entered their class, a large smile on his face as he sat in the seat next to him.
The two had rejoiced to know they would be in the same class again. Their personalities matched nicely, the two being named "the inferno duo" by most of their teachers because of how loud they got when they started one of their laughing fits.
Seokjin eyed Hoseok's neck, a small hickey visible on the side of it, making sure his stare was obvious.
Hoseok rolled his eyes
"It's fine, I think Jimin likes marking his territory" he said, making Seokjin fake a gag.
"Ew, nasty child." He said, taking his baby pink pencil case out of his bag.
Hoseok laughed.
"Not as nasty as your best friend, I swear that kid is more sexually active than I am." The younger said, not paying attention to their teacher coming in.
Seokjin chuckled, it was true that Jungkook was quite the lady killer, despite being so shy around them as a kid.
He felt like Jungkook slept with woman because it helped his self esteem, and also as little challenge against himself, to see how many woman he could sleep with.
Yet he had noticed the slight change in Jungkook's attitude lately.
He seemed to have lost interest in girls over the past few months, not talking about any new adds to his list.
Even when they were with the rest of the boys, he didn't join into the the conversation about the hot cheerleaders anymore, and when asked about any of them he would just shrug and seem a lot less interested than before.
And that, in Seokjin's eyes, could only mean one of two things.
Either Jungkook found out he wasn't actually that sexually attracted to girls, making him either gay or bisexual, or he had a crush.
Though now that he voiced it out in his head, Seokjin realised it could be both.
As their science teacher kept on blabbering about some laws of chemistry Seokjin couldn't bother to be interested in, his mind continued to wander.
He turned his head, looking at the second years having physical education in the field, then noticing it was Jungkook's class when he recognised the boy and Jimin chatting away before it was their turn to run.
Seokjin tried making a list of possible suspects who could be Jungkook's crush.
Jungkook was usually pretty open about his feelings to him, so if Jungkook hadn't told him it either ment it was someone with whom he couldn't be, or didn't want to be seen with.
A light bulb lit up in Seokjin's mind as he saw his younger best friend fool around with his classmate.
Could Jungkook have a crush on Jimin?
Seokjin looked over to Hoseok, who was innocently taking his notes.
It made sense in a way, Jungkook had a crush on Jimin and didn't want to say anything as to not hurt their group dynamic.
He looked back down at the two, before his eyebrows furrowed.
It was Jungkook's turn to run, alongside two of his classmates Seokjin didn't recognise.
Upon further inspection, he did recognise one of them, though he didn't know his name.
He had seen him in his apartment building a few times and also around the hallways.
The teacher wissled and the three took off, though Jungkook was quickly far further than his two classmates.
The kid had always been talented in sports, nothing out of the ordinary.
What was however, was seeing Jungkook stop dead in his tracks when the other kid tripped and fell to the floor.
Not that Jungkook was an asshole who wouldn't be worried for his friend, but it was out of character to see him halt completely (though he did seem to hesitate, which was even more suspicious) and turn to jog back to check on him as he slowly sat up.
Seokjin smirked.
He found it cute to see his friend, who usually prioritised himself, stop to help his classmate -crush- up and even inspecting his arm for injuries (there didn't seem to be any).
Jungkook, as much as Seokjin knew, had never been interested in anyone, so it was cute to see him care for someone.
The others probably didn't notice the change of character because he was seen generally seen as a nice and caring guy, but it was painfully obvious to Seokjin.
His smile grew, thinking about teasing his best friend about it, before deciding it would be better to just play sum for now, let Jungkook figure things out in his o-
"Kim Seokjin! Care to come up to the board to solve this problem or is it more interesting to stare out the window?!"

"Jungkook-ah? Are you free tomorrow night, my parents won't be home." Heulin said in her sickeningly sweet voice, her body pressed against Jungkook's as her finger traced his chest.
She looked up to him with a flirty gaze, biting her lip.
Jungkook gagged internally.
If it had been just three months earlier, he would have gladly fucked the sense out of her pretty head, but at the moment he couldn't help but feel revolted by her offer.
Her lips were too glossy, which he used to like, he used to like kissing lipstick off of girls lips. Her eyes were too flirty and her voice was too high pitches, which were also featured he used to like.
The only thing he was thinking of as this girl pressed her body to him, was soft and blotchy lips -mostly from biting at them-, deep and thick voice, unkempt hair, soft skin, the smell of fresh laundry and the sweet taste of honey.
As if on cue, Taehyung turned the corner to find Jungkook, pressed against a wall with a girl from their class playing with his uniform tie.
For some reason, Jungkook was suddenly swallowed by the feelings of guilt, his hands becoming slightly colder and clammy and his chest constricting.
It was like he had the urge to apologies to Taehyung and explain that Heulin was no one to him.
Why was that?
Was Taehyung someone to him?
They weren't dating, they didn't have any relationship going on if it weren't for their occasional -more and more frequent- hookups.
"Sorry Heulin, it was a one time thing." He said with a smile, pushing her off gently and walking inside the classroom after Taehyung.
He sat on his usual seat, waiting for Hoseok and Jimin, with whom he shared most of his classes, except math.
Taking out his things as students slowly piled into the room, Jungkook was soon completely immersed in a group of friends from the class and the one next door.
He had always been popular, mostly because he had many talents, and participated in a lot of after school activities.
His title of captain of the soccer team did help of course.
The chatters in the class were loud, students were catching up after the weekend and already fooling around before first period, talking amongst themselves and laughing along.
It filled the classroom with the sound of chairs being dragged to form small groups of friends, and loud teenagers talking about nothing and everything.
Through his conversation with the others and when the attention wasn't fully on him, Jungkook tried to steal a few glances to Taehyung.
It was almost amusing how extremely out of place he looked in the light hearted and social environment.
He had his books opened on his desk, writing down things that Jungkook couldn't possibly see from that far, earphones were plugged into us ears, but he didn't smile, he didn't hum and he didn't even bob his head to the music.
Taehyung wore his unbothered expression, simply working on whatever he was going.
Jungkook scooped his phone out of his pocket and sent a quick text to the other, before placing it back into the pocket of his uniform slacks, thankfully not catching anyone's attention.
The ding of his phone was heard softly, no one really paying attention to it except Jungkook, who looked at Taehyung as he took his phone out of his own pocket and checked the message.
He then placed it back into his pocket and stood up, not looking at Jungkook once as he left the classroom.
Jungkook smirked and followed him out a couple of seconds later, not without telling his friends he would be back in a few.
He joined Taehyung, who was waiting at the corner of the empty hallway, just like the text had said.
"Heulin doesn't mean anything to me." Jungkook said, cutting the chase as he tried to meet Taehyung's gaze.
The other rolled his eyes.
"I don't care if you fuck with other people." He mumbled. "That's none of my business."
He then proceeded to leave Jungkook alone and disappointed.
Had he wanted Taehyung to be jealous?
And if Taehyung was so okay with Jungkook fucking around with other people, did that mean that he did on his side?
