Laid out in your bed with the sheets wrapped around her body, Esdeath slept soundly with a peaceful look on her face. As she rested on your bed completely at ease, the morning sun shined through the window above your bed and shined down upon her face. Feeling the warmth of the sun, her brow twitched a bit and slowly she began to open her eyes. Her blurry vision slowly began to clear as she felt the warm sensation of being wrapped in a blanket and laid in bed, and when she recognized this comforting feeling, she widened her eyes and shot up from the bed. The blanket that was wrapped around her fell from her upper body and revealed her to be in a different, larger button up shirt. She looked around in confusion of where she was, but when she saw a picture of you and Elizabeth on the night stand next to the bed, she realized she was in your home. As she calmed down a bit, Esdeath raised her arm to her chest, but when she felt the baggy sleeve on her hand, she looked down in surprise to see that she was in a change of clothing.

"Eh...? Eh?!" Esdeath gasped as she looked down at her barely buttoned shirt and looked under the sheets to see a pair of boxers upon her lower lady parts. "W-W-W-WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT!? NO WAY...IT CAN'T BE!" She thought to herself as she imagined the indecent image of you taking advantage of her while she was asleep in the bed. "NO NO NO NO NO! He wouldn't do anything like that! That's not in his character to do so! But...! A man and woman together in one house...and he could've been pent up recently...N-Not good!" Her face was absolutely red and her heart was racing as indecent thoughts flooded her mind.

Just then, the sound of the door knob turning caught her attention and she yelped while bringing the covers up to her body and you walked in and stopped when you saw she was awake. Seeing that you were still wearing the clothes that you wore from yesterday, the only remnants of that outfit were the white shirt, black pants and white socks. There was an awkward silence for a few moments before she spoke up in a nervous tone.

"U-Um...you took me home...?" She asked timidly.

"Yeah." You answered plainly.

"And I slept in your..." Esdeath trailed off while staring at your bed.

"Yeah." You answered again.

"Did you...?" She nervously looked at you with a heavy blush.

"Yeah." Was all you repeated as she went wide-eyed and grabbed a pillow.

"Y/N-san you pervert! Lecher! Womanizer!" Esdeath yelled as she threw the pillow at you, but with one hand you caught it and brought it down as you fully entered the room.

"Calm down, Shifuyu..." You said while tossing the pillow onto your bed as she reeled another pillow behind her head, ready to throw it in defense. "...Whatever indecent thoughts you were thinking, we didn't do any of that. I did however change you into some of my clothes, I washed and ironed your work clothes for today." You said as you lifted your other hand and she was slowly lowered down the pillow and looked to see you holding her work clothes, neatly folded and ironed in hand.

"A-Ah, thank you..." She said in a lower tone before realizing in a few moments, you had undressed her as she shifted around timidly in your bed. "D-Did you see...anything...?" She asked as you sighed while laying her clothes down on the bed for her.

"No, I left your undergarments for you to take care of. It's still pretty early, so if you take a shower and leave your undergarments for me to wash, it'll be done before we leave. You can use that shirt after you shower while I wash your undergarments. Elizabeth's underwear should be fine for you to use, but I'm not sure her bra's would be of any use for you." You said while walking over to your closet as Esdeath looked down at her decently sized chest and blushed even more while covering them and turning away.

"T-Thank you..." Esdeath said as you laid down some underwear for her and headed for the door.

"Once you've taken off your undergarments, put them on the chair here so I can grab them and wash them." You said while patting a chair next to the bathroom door. "You can use the hot water as much as you want also, I don't mind. Once you're done in there, come out, I'll have some breakfast ready." You said while walking out of the room.

Esdeath sat in silence as she was completely surprised at how calm and normal you were acting with her. Though, this interaction also made her a bit sad that you weren't even bashful, having a barely dressed woman in your bed at your home. Meanwhile, in the living room, you were leaned against your bedroom door with a pink tinge slightly covering your cheeks as you sighed and slid down the door. Truth be told, you were stunned by how beautiful Esdeath first looked when she sat in your bed, and the way the sun shined on her beautiful skin was absolutely astonishing. Your ears felt hot and your heart rate was beating faster than normal. Hearing some movement in your room followed by the bathroom door being shut, you assumed that she had done what you asked her, and stood up before opening your door. Looking inside, you saw that she was no longer in the room, and that her undergarments were indeed on the chair next to the bathroom door. Taking them and walking out to the small laundry room you had, you tossed them into the washer and left them to it while heading to the kitchen to prepare some food. Throwing on a pink apron, you turned on a stove to heat up a pan slowly while you dug around in your fridge, trying to think of what to make for breakfast.

"I'll have to buy some groceries a little sooner than usual..." You thought as you pulled out an assortment of ingredients needed for a traditional Japanese breakfast.

You pulled out a few more pans and pot of dashi broth, which you prepared for the week, running while pulling out some small bowls and plates and setting the table first. After setting everything up, you got some rice cooking in your rice cooker and remembered to pull some natto out from your fridge before putting them into two bowls for you and Esdeaeth. After that, you laid out two fairly sized portions of mackerel and nicely seasoned the two portions of fish before laying them skin side down in the pan. While shaking the pan to make sure the fish wouldn't stick, you lost track of time as you heard footsteps come from behind you and you turned your head back to see Esdeath standing in the doorway of your bedroom.

"U-Um, is there anything I can help with?" She asked as you raised a pan up in the air.

"Can you make the Tamagoyaki?" You asked as she smiled and came out to the living room, wearing the oversized shirt you leant her, it's bottom half covering to her mid thighs.

"Do you have...?" She cut herself off when you raised a pair of cooking chopsticks for her to use. "Thank you." She said as took them from you and grabbed a few eggs to crack into a bowl and scramble.

As she stood by your side, the sun began to shine into the apartment, and you took notice of how glistening her skin looked. When you glanced at her, the sunlight made her figure visible through your white shirt and a pink hue formed on your face as you suddenly undid the apron around you and held it in front of her as she stopped scrambling the eggs.

"Wear this..." You said as Esdeath stared at you in confusion before noticing that you were turned away, and she saw that your ears actually turned red.

"...R-Right, sorry." She smiled at seeing that you were actually flustered and apologized before taking the apron and covering herself with it. 

After scrambling and pouring the eggs into the pan, the two of you cooked in silence to focus on the dishes you were working on. The dashi you set out to warm up began to slightly simmer as you turned the mackerel's onto their other side to finish cooking. While they finished off in the pan, you moved to a chopping board where you had cut some tofu, wakame seaweed, chopped up leeks, and diced shittake mushrooms. You moved to the table and filled two small bowls with small handfuls of each ingredient. After filling them evenly, you returned to the stove and grabbed some miso paste to add into the broth as Esdeath finished up her Tamagoyaki and began to work on blanching some broccoli. Meanwhile, you walked over to your fridge and pulled out some pickled cucumbers in a jar and placed them into a small bowl on the table while Esdeath walked over and put her blanched broccoli on a small plate before pouring some sesame oil on them. You pulled the grilled mackerel from the pan and placed them on the main plates while she placed her Tamagoyaki on a long plate in the middle of the table. While you finished up the miso soup, she walked over to the rice cooker that finished cooking the rice as she filled two bowls and brought them to the table. She sat herself down and fixed the arrangements of plates as you came over and filled the bowls of diced ingredients and tofu with the miso soup. After finishing all the food, you sat down across from Esdeath and the two of you clapped your hands together before closing your eyes and bowing your heads.

"Itadakimasu." You both gave thanks to the food before picking up your chopsticks and digging in. 

You and Shifuyu both began to indulge yourselves of the food you both cooked up as you picked up the remote you set aside at your seat and turned on the TV across the room to show the news and weather casts. While listening to the news caster, a knock came from the door and caught both of your attentions. You put your chopsticks aside and stood up to get the door while Esdeath put a piece of mackerel in her mouth, but as she closed her lips around the piece of food and the ends of her chopsticks, she just noticed the flow of her situation.

"W-W-WHAT AM I DOING!??!" She thought in complete shock and disbelief as her entire face turned red. "This feeling...This situation...IT'S LIKE WE'RE A MARRIED COUPLE!!!!" She began to frantically turn her head trying to calm down as the sound of a door closing as you walked in with a closeable clipboard in hand.

"Sorry, my neighbor's just handed over the Circular to me for this week." You said as you set it aside and returned to your seat where you began to eat away at your mackerel while watching the weather.

"I see..." Esdeath said in a low tone as she tried her hardest to act normally and respectfully.

"Your undergarments were done in the washer so I have them going in my dryer." You said as you returned to taking bites out of your mackerel.

"Thank you...I'm sorry..." She apologized as you looked over at her in confusion as she turned her head away. "I'm causing you trouble again..." She said as you stared at her for a moment before turning towards the TV.

"...You always worry too much." You said as she now had a confused look turned towards you. "We've known each other for so many years, we work together, and you were one of Elizabeth's closest friends. Your an important friend, of course I'd lend my hand to you whenever you need it." You said as Shifuyu was beyond ecstatic upon hearing your words before smiling and putting a piece of tamagoyaki in her mouth. "Now then, we better hurry up. I need to shower and get myself ready, so we can make it to the station before morning rush." You said as you began to eat more and more of your food.

"Right." Esdeath said as she as well gorged herself to the food.

After finishing up breakfast and putting everything in the sink and whatever was left out in their place, you handed over Shifuyu's now finished undergarments as she took her clothes that were left in the room and brought them out to the living room to change there. Meanwhile, you grabbed your usual set of clothing and headed back into your room to take your turn in the shower. Esdeath was quick to change into her own undergarments and quickly get into her clean clothes as she took the borrowed panties she had and put them into your laundry room. As she was fixing her hair and threw on her blazer, the sound of running water now fell silent as she turned towards your door and saw that it was cracked open actually. When she saw this, countless inappropriate thoughts filled her head as she blushed deep red and felt flustered, but despite how indecent she was thinking, she still moved towards the door and took a peek into the room. Her eye that looked around frantically through the door soon stopped when you had walked into view with nothing but a towel wrapped around your waist. You stood next to your bed and held a small towel to your head as you dried your hair, and the sight before Shifuyu was something that she thought could only be seen in heaven. The way the light that was entering the room made your skin almost sparkle with the droplets of water that were still on your body. Your lean, slender build and the way your damp hair was messed about made her heart rate skyrocket, and she felt her face heating up incredibly. Her breath hitched and was shaky as and her eye was as wide it could open and it almost popped out of her eye socket when she saw you reach for the towel around your waist. Time almost seemed to move slowly around her as your hand slowly clasped the hem of the towel you wore and began to loosen. Her heart was racing and her head was pounding and just as you were about to lose the towel, without realizing it, she had leaned toward the door and with the door not locked or closed, she yelped as she fell through the doorway and landed on the floor in your room. You looked down in shock as you had caught the towel in time before it came loose and wrapped it around your waist again. Shifuyu looked up with a complete look of shock as the two of you stared at each other in silence for a moment before she turned beet red.

"Pervert." You said in a monotone voice as she scrambled about before turning to the door.

"S-S-Sorry!" She cried out before crawling out the door and shutting it behind her as you just sighed and dropped the towel around your waist. 

"I instinctively caught the towel to cover up even though I have boxer briefs on..." You thought as you looked down at your boxer briefs that you put on before walking out the bathroom.

After changing into your daily clothing and grabbing the things you needed for the day, you locked up your home and headed out of your complex to the street as you and an embarrassed Esdeath walked side by side to the station. The morning was still fairly calm and the streets and sidewalks were still fairly empty, with only a few pedestrians passing by every once in a while. Walking side by side and waiting a the last stop light before the station, you stuck a cigarette between your lips and brought out your lighter, but before lighting up, you turned towards Esdeath.

"You okay if I smoke?" You asked as she just smiled.

"No, it's fine. Go ahead." Shifuyu said before turning back to the road and waiting for the crosswalk as you stared at her for a few moments before taking the cigarette out of your mouth and stuffing it into your jacket pocket as she noticed and was confused. "Huh? Why?" She asked as you adjusted your bag around your body and stuffed your hands into your pockets.

"Sorry, I should've remembered instantly..." You said as she looked at you in confusion. "...You have asthma." You said as the cross light turned green and the two of you began to cross.

"Ah, right." Esdeath said as if she had just remembered as well.

"Ngh, don't tell me you forgot yourself." You said as she just nervously laughed at the moment.

"Please wait!!!!" A feminine voice called out from behind the two of you as you both glanced back at the cross walk. "Don't turn red!!!!!" The voice called out as the two of you went wide-eyed at seeing who it was.

Down the sidewalk on the other side of the cross walk was Erika, Takuya, and Momo all running down the sidewalk to try and beat the cross walk. They were huffing and running as fast as they could as they made it to the cross walk, got to the middle of the street, and before the cross light turned red, made it to the other side before stopping in front of you two with their hands on their knees and trying to catch their breath. 

"Hah...Hah...Made it..." Erika huffed as her chest puffed in and out with deep breaths.

"Jeez...why did you make us run...? The train app said...this train...was still a few minutes...out...!" Momo complained in a tired tone.

"It's too early...for this..." Takuya groaned as he leaned his whole body back to try and stretch himself out, but when he looked forward, he was surprised to see you two. "Huh? L/N-sensei? Esdeath-sensei?" He said in surprise of seeing you two.

"Huh?" Erika and Momo both said in unison as they looked up to see you two staring at them, Shifuyu having a nervous smile while you just looked at the plainly.

"G-Good morning..." Esdeath waved at the young teens.

"Making a ruckus this early in the morning, well why am I not surprised, Fujoshi-san." You said as Erika shot up in a defensive stance.

"I-I wasn't doing anything like that! Even so, why aren't you surprised? It's not a regular thing I mean to do! Jeez!" She puffed her cheeks and pouted while crossing her arms as you sighed.

"But, why is Esdeath-sensei here? We never see her on our way to the station, and we always take this route." Momo asked as this instigated wonder among the teens as they looked towards her and Esdeath grew a blush.

"U-Um, well, you see...uh..." Shifuyu shifted around where she stood as the three teens leaned towards her in an attempt to pressure an answer out of her. "...Um, well, I was just..." She couldn't find the right words, and as she struggled, Erika had an idea pop into her head.

"Ah! Esdeath-sensei! It can't be! Were you with L/N-sensei last night?!" Erika proposed as this assumption made Esdeath turned beet red as they hit the nail right on the head.

"Huh!?" Momo gasped.

"No way!" Takuya said in amazement.

"I-It's not really what you think it is...! Eek!" Esdeath yelped as Erika and Momo who had stars in their eyes wrapped their arms around hers and pinned her in between them.

"Details! Now!" The two girls said in excitement as Takuya pushed them towards the station in a hasty manner.

"Huh!?!??!?!" Shifuyu's voice grew farther and farther as you just sighed and shook your head while walking to the station in a normal pace.

"This morning is quite noisy..." You said as you looked ahead and saw the fun look your students had on their faces as they question a flustered Esdeath in their grasp. "...but I guess it isn't all that bad..." You smiled as you continued forward to experience another day with those who would be around you for a long time to come.
