The king thinks that the israelites might join the enemies of egypt. Chris,Joy, and Gizmo heard this and Chris told the king about Joseph. But the king laughed at them and instead, ordered them to leave the palace. Gizmo was angry. The king made the israelites' life miserable by treating them badly. The king ordered Shiphrah and Puah, the two midwives who helped The Hebrew women, to kill the baby boy of a Hebrew woman they are helping. But if it is a girl, let them live. But The two were God-fearing so, they did not follow the king's order. So, the king ordered the egyptians to throw every baby boy at the nile river. But let the girls live. Chris,Joy, and Gizmo saw Amram, a man from the tribe of Levi. They followed Amram and told him about what the king of egypt had said. Amram was worried and sad. The four went to the house and saw Jochebed, Amram's wife taking care of the baby. Amram told Jochebed what the king of egypt had said. So, they started to hide The baby for three months. When Jochebed could not hide the baby boy anymore, she put him in a basket and placed it in the tall grass at the edge of the river. Miriam,Chris,Joy, and Gizmo was on guard. The king's daughter went to the nile river to take a bath. She noticed the basket. She opened it and saw The baby Boy. She took the baby boy and took care of him. She named the boy Moses. Chris,Joy, and Gizmo were brought back in the house and they continued to study. Then, Chris' mom, Ms. Phoebe told Chris that she bought a new dog and Uri is going to stay with them for 5 months. "Uri is coming? Oh my goodness! Nooo!"
