cupid, probably cheated her way into heaven bc her intentions are never pure of heart. She only shoots people who absolutely hate each other, aka 'rivals to lovers', just to prove she can

- tbh a little shit, cocky and snarky but fairly likable, especially upon first impression
- laid back when she's in control, which is the majority of the time
- punk's not dead,,  w a i t [v emo]
- doesn't take others' feelings into account, a bit selfish, very obsessive when it comes to her ambitions
- inferiority/superiority complex, extremely passionate about beating her rivals
- sore loser that almost always wins
- loves her boots and leather jacket and will wear them regardless of situation

Bio:
Rlly does depend on whether or not Arlo was originally a human or born an angel. If the former, Luda was his greatest rival and they knew each other for many years, and she ended up dying around the same time as him, probably from the same cause. She somehow managed to get into heaven on the grounds that she'd always had a soft spot for being a big sister figure and helping others with relationships, one of her few genuinely sweet qualities

When she arrived, she became an even bigger rival of his, trying constantly to one up him by making more people fall in love, and by selecting people that are difficult to make fall in love, even when it went against any protocol

If Arlo was always an angel, she probably was too, and their whole history played out the same way in heaven, minus the dying part of course. Their dynamic has always been one where Luda made everything a competition and Arlo, despite not rlly caring or wanting to participate, would end up just barely overcoming her, seemingly without much effort. She stubbornly refuses to quit. People sometimes assume they bicker out of love, but needless to say she's not interested, in him or anyone else
