It's finally summer, so I can draw a lot more stuff!!!! So here's this character I made during the past few days when I wasn't playing Twilight Princess HD (I may or may not have already played over 10 hours this weekend and have a total of over a day). The way I got the splatter is taking the brush end of my marker and flicking it off of the lid, aimed at the paper of course. I really like the baggy design of his clothes for some reason, but yah.
