I based her a little off of the Rito tribe from LOZ Wind Waker, and her hair is woven from feathers shed from the birds who live in their province. They are descended from the birds, so their wings grow over time and are feathers of their own body. She is heir to the throne, symbolized by the green jewels and golden horns on the band that holds the woven feathers. Also, she controls nature and stuff, so that's a thing.

A shield with their crest I guess serves as her breastplate, and it holds some netting holding up a skirt.
