Umm... Yay. Crazy serial killer.

Originally this was meant to be just a super intense type of drawing if you catch my drift, and eventually it morphed into this evil girl with a creepy grin. Then I for some reason added the duct tape over her mouth but just left the corners of her smile poking out of the top. So pretty much it's like she just escaped from the insane asylum and is going on a blood-thirsty killing spree. I'mma go now that was weird.
