The Encounter

It was a cold and blustery day when the Pro-heroes stumbled upon an amazing sight to behold.

A blizzard was in full swing, in even though it was well into the month of April. An odd weather situation for sure.

But not as odd as the sight they beheld when they arrived on the scene that was reported that the "demon bear" Akakabuto, or the Red Helmet, was sighted.

Several notable Pro-Heroes, including the famous sharpshooter Snipe, and even the underground hero Eraserhead had shown. Even the Number Two hero, Endeavor the Hellfire Hero, made an appearance, if only in hopes of single-handedly taking down the bear menace and get the glory for it.

Imagine the heroes' surprise when they saw a great multitude of canines ganging up on the bear. They stared in awe at how they worked together to bring down the monster bear. Their teamwork inspired a few of the up and coming heroes for their sidekicks in their agencies.

What's more, one of the Pro-hero's sidekicks yelled out, pointing to a human like figure running into the fray.

"Wait! Don't-!!!" They were stopped short when they saw the figure begin to transform into something more canine.

"A transformation Quirk?!" Many of the Pros and their sidekicks thought in stunned amazement as they morphed into a giant canine.

The behemoth ran through the various ranks of the humans trying to shoot down the bear, who foolishly tried to shoot the canine in turn. Only for it to be futile as it merely swatted them aside and kept advancing onto the demon bear.

Just as the bear was bringing it's massive paw down upon one of the Kai Brothers, Akatora, the transformed beast leapt upon the bear's back, sinking their fangs into one of it's ears making it rear back and roar in rage and agony.

Upon closing in on the bear, the humans noticed that while the canine was of an impressive size, the bear dwarfed it twice fold if not thrice. That didn't deter the canine however. Alongside a silver toga-ge dog with three vertical scars on it's head, they both used the Zetsu Tenrou Battouga to ultimately take down Akakabuto. While the silver bear hound took to slicing the bear's throat, the bigger white canine went straight through the bear's heart, both dogs coming out of the other side as the bear finally, after for who knows how long, finally dropped dead. The white canine panted with exhaustion, blood drenching its fur from its wounds it had already received beforehand.

Finally recovering from the shock of what they had witnessed, one of the members of the police force suddenly lifted his gun, aiming at the white canine. Before any of the Pros could stop him, he fired directly at the wolf-like creature.

Imagine their surprise when the dog literally took the bullet by using its strong fangs. Crunching down on the offending object, the dog spat it out onto the ground, growling menacingly at the one who dared to try shooting them.

The sidekick lifted his gun again but this time he was met with interference. A bunch of the dogs that were still standing during the standoff against Akakabuto suddenly surrounded the white canine, baring their fangs warningly at the humans who dared to try hurting the white dog.

Eraserhead gaped at this. In the years he had been a Pro, he had never seen anything this odd yet amazing. Teamwork and loyalty like this is not something you see every day after all. It was kinda inspiring if one were to think about it.

"Put your weapons down!!" A voice tore through the air making everyone, even the dogs in the vicinity pause as someone made their appearance onto the snowy battlefield. A short white creature standing on two legs and a scar on one of it's eyes made their way to front of the humans. This white creature, known as Nedzu, had been leading the case on Akakabuto as he suspected that the reason for the bear's reign of terror was due to its maltreatment by human hands and a mutation gone horribly wrong, given the bear's unusual size. While the Chimera animal was saddened that there was no redemption for the beast, he's glad that this beast won't be a problem anymore.

And it was thanks to this unusual white canine, and its cohorts. And the way the dogs stood protectively in front of the wolf-like creature made it more than clear that if a fight were to ensue, their would be more casualties on the humans' end than the canines. And they were outnumbered a hundred to one, not counting the dogs already wounded.

"There's no reason for you lot to be sticking around," the white bipedal creature lectured the humans. "The threat has been neutralized," he pointed a paw at the motionless body of Akakabuto. "And it's all thanks to these dogs. So why turn your gun on the one who more or less saved you lot from a fate worse than death? This is how you repay them? By trying to kill their leader?"

That made the ones who fired at the canine to hang their heads in shame.

"We'll discuss your actions once we reach civilization." Nedzu continued, making the guilty party stiffen. "For now, everyone withdraw and let it be known to the public that while the menace known as Akakabuto has been dealt with, everyone going into the woods excercise caution."

With that, all the Pro-Heroes and the police squads left, though a couple of the Heroes left with great reluctance, but Nedzu's word is not to be questioned.

Once they disappeared from view the creature known as Nedzu turned to the crowd of dogs who were eyeing him with caution.

"No need for that." The white chimera creature said to the dogs. "I'm just here to offer my thanks."

The dogs still stood before their leader not trusting the interloper in the slightest. A low growl was heard as they turned to the white canine who growled some more, as if communicating with them. After a moment of exchanging growls and short barks, the crowd of canines stepped back to allow Nedzu to advance. Though they kept an eye on the hybrid just to be safe.

"As I was saying," Nedzu continued jovially, seemingly unbothered by the snowstorm and the blood staining the white ground below them, "I would like to offer my thanks for taking down that menace and from what I heard on reports in the past month or so, their lackeys as well."

The white canine stared at the creature passively. Undeterred by the unnerving stare, Nedzu continued. "So as a reward, you and your canine compatriots claim this territory as your own. This will also be a protected area where hunters are prohibited from entering. This will be your paradise. The only thing I ask in return is that you don't make trouble for the ones living near and far from here. Sound fair?"

As an answer, the white canine nodded silently drawing a smile from Nedzu. "Splendid! Take care now!"

With that, Nedzu left, waving at them cheerfully before he disappeared into the treeline.

After a moment of silence, the canine spoke, her feminine voice authoritative.

"You lot! We won! Let us rejoice!"

Then she began to howl in victory, the other dogs picking up on the mood and joining her.

It was then after that the place where Akakabuto has fallen was known as the Paradise "Ohu". After their victory over the demon bear, Nedzu kept his word and had the territory declared off limits to any unauthorized humans and peace prevailed for the many canines residing in Ohu.

But this was only the beginning for our lupine heroine....
