The Deal

It has been a few months since the fall of Akakabuto. Summer was now in full swing, the season of great heat and humidity often go hand in hand. People seeked out various ways to keep cool, from upgrading air conditioners or buying a lot of cold treats like popsicles or paying a visit to the community pools. Such was life in the summer in Japan.

But not all was peaceful in this sweltering time. Not everyone had ice cream and bikinis on the brain.

Especially not the Pro-heroes in the area. If anything, this season might as well be the season for villains to congregate and cause serious riots in the public, resulting in many Pros and their sidekicks working overtime to quell the violence.

On this particular day, however, proved to be one of the most disastrous if you were to ask an optimist.

It all started with a phone call from a distressed civilian.

There was not only a report of Overhaul being sighted, but a "giant white canine beast" was also on the scene and it had already slain multiple people who were being investigated as part of the Yakuza.

At a certain (demolished) Yakuza base

A man in a coat with purple furred hood lining and a plague doctor's mask continuously shot at the white beast that had suddenly stormed his headquarters.

He doesn't know of the monster's true intentions, but given how it went out of it's way to get to Eri and his other prisoners he can only guess what they were after.

And he's not going to let them have it.

He chased after the beast as he saw that not only did this monstrosity get Eri out of her room, and killed the people guarding her on top of that, the beast also got five other children he was holding captive.

Grabbing his precious Quirk erasing bullets he chased after the monster as it actively began destroying his fortress. None of the Eight Precepts stood a chance against this feral monster. Half of them didn't even get a chance to use their Quirks on it as they were quickly killed. Kendo Rappa, a former delinquent and street thug who loved to fight opponents bigger and stronger than himself, didn't even get the chance to enjoy a challenge as he was quickly dismembered with one flash of white fur and fangs.

As soon as he thought he cornered the beast as he came upon a dead end with the beast nowhere in sight, his bloodshot eyes became even more apparent as Overhaul began to use his Quirk to fuse himself with destroyed parts of the building and the one or two subordinates that were barely alive.

As he began to grow in size the beast suddenly appeared this time with no Eri or his other prisoners.

This made him even more angry if it were possible.

"WHERE IS SHE?! GIVE ME BACK ERI!"

The canine didn't even flinch at his expression nor his loud tone. If anything it looked rather unamused.

With an angry click of his tongue he loaded his pistol with his Quirk Erasing bullets before pointing it at the canine.

"Last chance. Where is my property?"

To his surprise they actually spoke and he was more surprised that the voice was feminine.

"Why should I tell you that, you filthy human?" And then began to run forward with her fangs bared.

As a germaphobe being called filthy was a serious insult to the Yakuza leader.

Angered at the insult he switched the safety off the gun and began firing at the huge canine as she ran up a massive pile of debris to attack him.

"Maybe once this filthy Quirk beast gets hit with one of these she'll be more forthcoming about where my property is..." He thought smugly as he saw a couple of the bullets hit her.

Only for his victory be short-lived as instead of transforming back into a human form, the canine was still running at him full speed.

Panicking he began to use his Quirk to make spears out of his fused body and throw them at her hoping that if he can't erase whatever Quirk she has, he could still kill her by staking her.

Only for it to be futile as the canine, as the canine not only sidestepped the oncoming projectiles, she demolished them by clamping her jaws around them and melted them with some sort of toxin she injected from her fangs.

Shocked he tried to fuse more deadlier parts of debris to himself as he tried to absorb her as well, hoping to tear it apart from within.

Only for it to fail, as try as much as he can, he couldn't seem to even rip her hide apart.

She effortlessly clawed her way through his "evolved" form before effectively ripping his body out of it, sending them both to the ground below them.

Astounded and angered, he tried to reach out and grab ahold of the beast, thinking that maybe direct contact will finish the job.

Only to fail miserably.

His eyes widened before he suddenly felt something sharp and painful clamp around his throat.

The last thing he saw were two bright gold eyes, full of determination and anger, before the canine squeezed her grip on his throat. With a painful dying scream, he knew no more.

3rd POV Switch No one's POV

The Pro Heroes that were called to action showed up just in time to see the beast tear out the Yakuza leader's throat out in front of them.

As soon as the life was drained away from the man's eyes, his eyes rolling back into his head, showing only the whites of his eyes to everyone present.

Eraserhead, who instantly recognized the canine, barely batted an eyelash as the huge dog dropped Overhaul's body unceremoniously to the unforgiving ground. Staring at the canine he wondered why it went of it's way to kill this man and his lackeys, as he and the other Pros saw their carcasses on the way in.

Only for him to put whatever thoughts and speculations on hold, as the dog suddenly turned to him and the other Heroes and police force assembled, assuming a defensive stance, baring their bloodstained fangs at them.

Just as some of them began to run at the canine, readying attacks, a small snow white blur ran out in front of them, standing between the Heroes and the dog.

Upon closer examination, the person standing in the way was a small snow-haired girl with a horn on the side of her forehead and was wearing a ratty looking hospital dress. What was more alarming was the amount of bandages on the girl's arms and legs.

What was more odd was the weird fur pelt that nearly swallowed her tiny frame.

After a moment of studying it, Eraserhead instantly recognized it as the hide of the demon bear Akakabuto, the bear that was killed not so long ago.

Her red eyes were full of fear yet determination as she tried to block the heroes from getting to the huge canine.

"L-leave her alone!" She yelled out, her voice as shaky as her entire body. "I-I won't let you hurt her! She saved me... w-when no one else would!"

At that moment, as of on cue, five more small figures appeared, all adorned in the same tattered hospital gowns and bandages on different parts of their bodies, and they stood alongside the snow haired girl, all of them giving such severe glares at the Pros and police that they have never seen children at that age give anyone.

All of them, while they were dressed the same, they were quite different appearance wise.

(Here they are, I don't feel like going into a long narrative description rn...)

The one with green hair, who a few of the members of the police force recognized as the illegitimate kid of a wealthy conglomerate that have gone missing about a month or so ago, spoke, "You won't take Big Sis away from us!"

"Yeah!" The red head boy yelled out. "We owe Big Sis for coming here and saving us!"

Big Sis?! A good few of the Pros and police thought simultaneously at this.

"Big Sis cares about us!" The pink haired girl, whom a few Pros recognized from some advertisements on TV that went missing, spoke up. "We won't let you take her away from us!!"

"G-go away..." the blonde one stuttered, trying to hide his cherubic face for some reason, before adding, "you bunch of phonies..."

"Tch," the blue haired one, who looked the most mature appearance wise, scoffed at Pros giving them a critical look. "And you lot call yourselves heroes? Where were you when we got sold off by our own families? Where were you when we were being tortured by guys like him?" He pointed at the motionless body of the man who had put these innocent children through so much hell.

The canine then went into action. The Pros braced themselves for an attack; only to see the canine quickly gather up the children and then leap to a nearby high ledge, made from the damaged walls of the building she invaded to save these children.

The canine hoped that it was too high for any of the police and Heroes so that they cannot reach them.

Dropping down on her side, the canine swept her massive twin tails around the six children protectively, bringing them close to her side.

The canine's eyes were full of concern and adoration for these children as she looked them over for any fresh wounds.

The small white haired girl stepped over to her, burying her face into the dog's cheek, crying softly into her bloodstained fur. It made for an adorable scene (as indicated by Midnight as she suddenly had a bunch of moe flowers fly around her) if one could ignore the blood, corpses, and wreckage.

The moment evaporated when a familiar short bear/mouse/dog hybrid suddenly made an appearance. The canine, recognizing the scent looked up and then spotted Nedzu walking in, the crowd of police and heroes moving away like Moses parting the waters.

"Stand down, everyone," the white chimera ordered, making the police lower their weapons and have the full attention of the Pros on him.

Another man, who goes by the Hero name Sir Nighteye, then appeared, who was following behind Nedzu as he made his appearance be known. The bespectacled man eyed the corpse of Overhaul; the Pro hero was leading the investigation of this man and his group, the Shie Hassakai, for awhile now. Now, it seems there's no need for that anymore, given what just transpired moments ago.

"Now now," Nedzu brought everyone's attention to him, even the huge canine. "I'm sure we can resolve this issue without it coming to a violent end. Haven't enough blood been shed already?"

The white dog bared her fangs at him; as if challenging him in response as he casually sauntered forward below with that same smile on his face. She may be high up out of others reach, but she wasn't taking any chances at all.

Nedzu spoke, not losing his signature smile for even a moment. "Yes, yes, I understand."

If things couldn't get any weirder, they did. The giant dog legitimately laughed. Even if it was sarcastic. Even more shocking, most of the Pros and cops were shocked at the feminine voice of said laugh.

"What would you understand, rat?" She asked the white creature scathingly. "You've not even an inkling of what these pups have been through. While you and your puny weakling heroes were pussyfooting around with their thumbs up their butts, these younglings have been suffering, waiting for someone, anyone, to come save them from this hell. The second I smelled their innocent blood being spilled, I answered the call immediately. And where were you lot exactly? Being a bunch of celebrity show dogs for other mortals?"

Nighteye spoke up, breaking the tense silence. "I have been trying to expose that man-" he gestured to the lifeless body of the late Yakuza leader "-and put a stop to his inhumane deeds."

The female dog snorted derisively. "A bit too slow there, human, given that I dealt with the issue myself, all in one go."

Nighteye glared at her. "Hrrrr....." he grumbled.

All Might, one of the other Pros on the scene, decided to question her for killing the man. "Was killing the man really necessary? I mean, you could have let him live, if only to suffer the consequences of his actions. I see no reason to kill him. Who knows, maybe he could have turned over a new leaf."

"And that's probably the biggest laugh I heard in centuries." The female dog snorted at him. "Kuh. Fat chance. Where I'm from, people like him never change. It only gets worse.... especially with the ones that only care about power and getting more of it. That's the problem with you humans... give the enemy a chance and they stab you in the back the second they turn it. Greedy heartless bastards like him should be snuffed out. This pathetic excuse of a male had to be dealt with. He was way passed the point of any redemption. But worry not." Her grin became feral. "He'll suffer the consequences... in Hell that is."

Everyone shuddered at the dark expression on her muzzle. Except for Nedzu, that is. One would wonder if anything can faze him.

"And besides," she continued, "if I didn't do what I just did, whenever you heroes ever do show up, you would have suffered a few... losses on your end." She looked directly at Nighteye as she said this. Nighteye paled as an unpleasant shiver racked his body.

Eraserhead, who have been quietly listening, finally decided to speak up for a certain detail was bothering him. "You talk as if you aren't human. Why is that, gaki? And what do you mean by suffering from a few losses?"

"As for the first part of your question, that's because I'm not human. Three-fourths anyway. And I'm no more of a brat than you... Jiji." She replied with a bit of sass at the end, making Eraserhead glare at her, not that it fazed her. She's seen colder looks from Sesshomaru, and most of those times he's not even trying.

"Nani?!" Fatgum, another Pro assigned to this mission, asked in shock.

The dog then explained. "I'm an inuyokai. My father was known as the Great Dog Demon. He mated with a half demon, thus conceiving me as a result. I'm not sure but I'm at least a few millenia old. That's a rough guess though..."

Endeavor then decided to add his (negative) input. "Pah. You expect us all to believe that? Daughter of the Great Dog Demon, my foot. What rubbish! This is not some fairy tale! There are no such things as yokai!"

The dog glared at the Number Two hero for insulting her late father. "Mind your tongue, human. In case you haven't noticed, that human-" she pointed a paw over to Overhaul's body "- used his little bullets on me. As you can see, I'm not only still standing, but I haven't reverted to any other form either. Ergo, I'm not a normal person with a transformation Quirk, as you humans might call it. But an actual living and breathing dog demon."

Endeavor gritted his teeth at her for her insolent backtalk. 'What does any of that prove? For all we know you could be bluffing. And that guy could have been using blanks or maybe fake bullets for all we know."

It was then the dog gave the Hellfire hero the most unholiest of grins. "Oh is that so? Well then... hrrrk!!"

Everyone gaped as she suddenly spat up not only some blood but certain red bullets.

"Wanna take a look at these... Oni?" She smirked at him haughtily, blood staining her muzzle again. Endeavor snapped out of his shock to glare at her dangerously for calling him an ogre.

Gang Orca gaped in shock and awe. "She... actually spat them out?"

The dog rolled her eyes at his idiotic question. "Nice grasp of the obvious, fish face."

That made him gain a tick mark on his head. "I'M NOT A FISH!"

"Now now," Nedzu cajoled, "no need for quarrelling."

Nighteye examined the regurgitated bullets, his eyes widening at the authenticity. "These are it... the prototypes that Overhaul was making and selling on the black market... these are the real deal..."

Eraserhead spoke up again. "You still haven't answered my other question. What do you mean by losses?"

"Tis simple." She pointed a paw at Sir Nighteye who stiffened at this. "He would have died directly by that man's hands. And his apprentice at the time would lose his Quirk because he would have taken a bullet for one of you, quite literally."

Sir Nighteye paled considerably at this revelation.

Endeavor sneered. "Keh. Just more nonsense from a mangy mutt."

"It's.... it's actually true." Nighteye said his voice broke a bit at the end. "I... I foresaw my death with my Quirk..."

"But how?!" Fatgum shouted. "How could she have any idea any of that would happen?!?!"

The canine demon spoke up. "I get visions of both the past and future. It is a curse and a blessing. If anything can be done about the future then I do all that I can to save it. Even if you humans seem to be a lost cause. However, the past can't be altered..." Her eyes turned melancholy, as if remembering something unpleasant. She recalls the vision where she saw her father die the night her stepbrother was born.

She was brought out of her reminiscing when Endeavor opened his fiery mouth again. "Preposterous! You lot are going to take this rabid monster's word?!"

"Actually," the chief of police, one Tsukachi Naomasa, spoke up. "She's been telling the truth... Sorry I didn't say anything sooner..."

Nedzu, totally ignoring what Endeavor said, asked the white canine, "Now is there any chance you can transform into your... human form? I assume you have one, yes? Since you said you are only three quarters dog demon and all. I think everyone here would relax some if you did so."

The dog narrowed her eyes at Nedzu, suspicious of his motives.

"You have my word that we won't hurt the children." He added.

The snow white creature stared him down for a few minutes, a tense silence filling the atmosphere. Then she turned to the children huddled in her side, whispered something to them, before she suddenly leapt off the ledge, the ground below cracking under the impact of her landing.

Everyone tensed, thinking that she was going to attack. But instead she merely shut her eyes before some rapid winds began to surround her, some dust and debris covering her form. After a few minutes the mini cyclone dissolved revealing a white haired girl with striking gold eyes and triangular dog ears.

Everyone's jaws dropped as they all gazed upon the beautiful visage before them.

"Okay," she spoke shocking everyone, except Nedzu, yet again with how melodic her voice actually was; her voice was not as deep as it was in her previous form. "I transformed. Now what?"

"She doesn't look a day over fifteen!!!" Everyone, sans Nedzu, thought in shock.

"Well?" She asked impatiently, looking irritated at all of the stares.

Nedzu spoke up. "My sincerest apologies, ma'am. Please pardon my colleagues. Coming back to the matter at hand, I have a proposition for you."

Her eyes were trained on the smaller white creature. "Go on; I'm listening...."

"I take you in as my charge. Adopt you, in other words. Then. You become a student at my school. And if need be, help out once in a while with things whenever summoned. You'll be rewarded generously for your assistance. Though you'll have to be supervised by me or one of approved staff when you go on your missions to make sure you don't go overboard. But you'll be provided with a roof over your head, accommodations like water and electricity, food for your belly, and a bed to sleep in. How does that sound to you?"

She was silent for a moment before she asked, "How do I know this isn't a trap? Sounds a little bit too good to be sincere..."

"You don't." Nedzu replied. "And you have every reason to think so. But I only implore that you give it a chance. And I see great potential in you as an aspiring hero."

This statement caused Endeavour to snort in disrespect. Causing the girl to glare at him and childishly stick her tongue out at him.

Turning back to the hybrid creature, she spoke up. "Okay. But I got my own conditions."

This made Endeavour flare up, his anger apparent in both his eyes and the size of his fire. "You insolent brat! You aren't in any position to make any demands! Especially since you just killed several people like a rabid animal!"

"Endeavor...." All Might sighed at him, though he knew where he was coming from.

"That may be so," a blonde man with red wings, a Pro Hero who goes by the name Hawks, spoke up. "But to be fair, these guys were a bunch of scumbags who did unspeakably terrible things, so chances were that they were gonna die anyway, if only by capital punishment. Hell, if they did any of that stuff that they did to those kids, I kill 'em myself if given the opportunity, morals be damned."

"You-!!" Endeavor snarled at the winged man churlishly.

Eraserhead spoke up. "I actually kinda agree with Hawks. I'd done the same..."

Nedzu paid no heed to the argument behind him as he answered the girl. "I'm listening."

"Not only you provide these pups a safe place alongside me, but you must leave all my comrades and my familiar alone. The few of you have seen at least a handful of them when we took out that monster bear Akakabuto. They will be granted permission to check in with me and I must be granted permission to check on them, as I am their Alpha. And an Alpha protects them all. And if you so much as think of going back on your word or put so much as one digit on these pups I WILL kill you before you can say what you humans are always saying 'Plus Ultra'."

Nedzu only smiled brightly, even though she did just threaten to kill him. "Understood. The children can live with you. Seeing as how attached they are to you I would be a terrible person to separate you. So..." He held out a white paw to her. "Do we have a deal?"

There was a long pause before the girl put one of her slender hands into his paw. "Deal." She responded.

Nedzu shook it. "Might I know what your name is? I'm Nedzu. Though if you like you can call me Father. A real pleasure to officially meet you."

"Charmed. My name... is Mora. And I'll have to think about that... I look forward to working with you."

If it were possible Nedzu's grin only got bigger. "Delighted."

Eraserhead sighed getting a bad feeling about the matter. "Why do I get the feeling that this will cause me a big headache later?"

All right, here we go! The official start of this crossover fanfiction!

Please note I own nothing except my OC. And I don't own any of the images either!

Hope you enjoyed!!!!
