C'mon guys!" Roman whined as they hunted. "Patton bought that big thing of dog food! Its not that bad-"
"Yes it is," Virgil taunted.
"Well it's better than being out here! You know the full moon comes out tonight!!"
"Then we'll just have to get our meal quickly." Logan said. He sniffed the air. "There's a rabbit burrow nearby, c'mon."

The other two followed him as they tip toed near a small bush. They ambushed the shrub and dug into the rabbit burrow. That evening they feasted on baby rabbits. Not a large meal, but enough to sustain them for the night. They didn;t want to be out for a very long time.

See, while the full moon didn't turn them into humans, it did do other things...
If any moonbeam touches a werewolf, that werewolf will go completely full of rage and bloodlust. The three feared for Patton if should the worst occur and they touch the moonlight.

"Guys its getting dark, we need to go. Now." Virgil said.

The three wolves(in human form)sat on the floor of Patton's living room. They were playing what Patton had showed them was a 'card' game. But each was having lots of trouble concentrating.
They were starving!
Those Rabbits were not enough, and they refused to eat the dog food. In unison, their stomachs rumbled.

"Ya'll seem hungry," Patton walked in. "Did your hunt not go well?"
"Not really," Virgil sighed.
"But we will survive." Logan said.
"But its not that late you could still go back out!" Patton smiled. "Speaking of which, its a beautiful night! Why are the curtains closed?"

Patton walked to the curtains and threw them open.

"PATTON NO-!"

Patton turned around, illuminated by the moonlight. His eyes were beautiful and shining. The three wolves froze, staring at Patton and the moonlight. They stood still, unblinking. They were almost hypnotized...
Until the started rithe thing in agony on the floor.

"G-Guys!" Patton gasped and tried to run to them, but the three shuffled back.
"G-Get back!!" Roman cried.
"A-Are you hurt? What's happening?" Patton tried to reach out to Virgil, but Virgil smacked his hand away. He growled and cried in pain on the floor.
"Y-You need to hide-AH!!" Logan screamed. "Run! Hide!! Don't let us find you!!"
"But-"

Patton looked closely. In their human forms, they were growing furry ears and tails. Their eyes were turning dark red and fangs started to grow.
Patton finally listened and rang to his art studio. Just as he locked the door, he heard an ear bursting howl from each of them.
