(Filler)

Patton and the others were sitting on the couch cuddling. These recent scares had taken a lot out of them, and it felt nice to relax.

Virgil held onto Patton tightly.
"Virgil dear," Patton whispered. "Are you alright?"
Virgil nodded. "I-I'm ok,"
"You sure?"
"I just never want to let you go..."
"Aw..!" Patton gave Virgil a kiss. "I'm not going anywhere."

The doorbell rang, and the four looked up suddenly.
"Are you expecting anyone?" Logan asked.
"No..." Patton said. "But I'll get it. You three turn to your dog forms, just in case."
The three nodded and shifted into fluffy huskies.

Patton opened the door.
"E-Emile!" He gasped.
"Patton thank GOD you're ok!!" Emile gave him a hug. "I've been so worried! You didn't call, stop by the cafe- Last i heard of you was on the news so I assumed you were busy but still!!"
"Emile, Emile, I'm fine!" Patton reassured her. "I've just been-"

Suddenly Roman squished in between them and jumped on Emile.
"-Busy." Patton finsihed.
Emile gasped. "You adopted a dog?!"
"N-Not just one..." Patton led Emile inside.

"OMG THREE PUPPIES?!" Emile gasped.
The three dogs crowded around her, and she happily pet them all.
"Patton they're so cute!"
"Thanks!" Patton smiled.
"What were their names?"
"Roman, Logan, and Virgil."
"Fitting,"

...

Emile stayed for a bit, her and Patton catching up. Patton obviously didn't tell Emile about the werewolves, the feral night, the vampires, etc.
"So what have your been up to?" Patton asked.
"Well, I got a new job!!" Emile smiled.
"Really? Where?"
"The Barnes and Nobles!"
"For real?! You've always wanted to work there!!"
"I know! Its a dream come true!"

"Well this has been wonderful, but my shift starts soon." Emile stood up. "I'm really glad you're ok."
"I'm sorry I didn't keep in touch." Patton's said. "I promise I'll call you more."
"You better!" Emile laughed as she left.

The three wolves turned back into humans.
"She was nice," Logan said.
"Quite lovely!" Roman smiled.
"We're glad you have such a kind friend," Virgil said.
"Aw thanks!" Patton smiled. "We've been friends forever!"
