Lukas' P.O.V

I stand in front of this timid boy who looks so broken. I didn't want to pry so I asked him if he started school yet.

"No" Philip replied "I start tomorrow" he muttered not looking at me. I shook my head "just stick with me and we can go together" I suggested. He shook his head "oh no I can't. It would ruin your reputation" he replied quietly.

"Come on Philip. I'll be fine, shall I drive you home?" I ask looking for an answer. He froze. "N-no that's okay" he rushed "I can walk by myself" he spoke with fear.

"I insist Philip" I said sincer "I'll be okay I just want to go home. I'll see you tomorrow Lukas" Philip replied as he ran away. I thought for a minute 'something might be up' I thought. I watched as he faded away into the distance. Except Philip didn't return to Helen and Gabe but rather back to his mother, Anne's place where he remained over night.
