So he's actually corrupted, but as the ref points out, he uses the substance in the syringes on his belt to keep all that shit under control

As you can imagine, Fresh is VERY triggered by this

His corruption just kinda rises up whenever. It's random, but it CAN be triggered by certain things. Things like:
-Stress
-Anger
-Fear
-Any other extreme negative emotions

Dream is much less mentally stable than Nightmare is lmao

At least Nightmare has SOME control over his corrupted form

Dream... Has literally no mental control. He functions completely off of the stuff in the syringes.
