In all seriousness tho, I'm really digging the masochism part of this character. It's a new concept for me, since any other character that I have created/written about that undergoes painful transformations have either freaked out, absolutely hated it, or have been chill (but not happy) about it. So the idea of a character actually enjoying the pain of transforming is something that I've had a lot of fun playing around with. XD

Okay, now for some fun facts about this dude!
- He's actually relatively weak in both magic and physical strength
- Despite these physical weaknesses, he's pretty numb to pain. He only feels the major stuff... Paper cut? No problem! Stubbed his toe? Whatever. Punched a wall? Hah, that's weak! But transforming is painful on a whole new level. But Ryker welcomes that level of pain with open arms, cuz he's a total feckin masochist lmao
- Shifting into his GB form gives him two things: 1) Extreme power that he is seriously lacking in normally, and 2) The chance to feel legitimate pain.
- He usually kickstarts transformations when he's bored, but he'll sometimes do it for other reasons (defiance, anger, discontent, power-hunger, self-defense, etc.).
- He can't shift on his own terms, meaning transformation cannot be triggered by non-scientific means; it must be initiated through the substance that he carries with him at all times.
- The first few transformations were started using injections, but he quickly figured out the much easier oral method of getting the substance into his system (shots anyone? XD).
- His time in his GB form is relatively short; it lasts only around a couple hours on average, but the time can be extended through the use of a higher dose of the "blaster drug".
- He claims that he can feel when "the beast wants to be let out", which is usually his excuse to force himself into his GB form.
(He says that he physically feels it trying to claw its way out... you can imagine the way everyone reacts to this. "You madman, it's not a completely different being that shares your body, stop treating it like such.")
- Initially, he was looking for a way to boost his power so he could impress Undyne and get into the Royal Guard... he gained a bit of an addiction to the "blaster drug" and he can't (and quite frankly, he doesn't want to) fight it off.
- The markings on his cheeks, ribs, arms, and legs appeared after his first few transformations. Basically, the blaster potion slowly adds magic to his system that his body has no idea what to do with. Because of this, it created these markings with the excess magic. They started smaller, but now they are as pictured on the ref.
