I get to back to this town again. The town where I was founded in drain sewer. The town that hold my childhood memories of the good, and the bad one too. The town had changed a lot since the last time I stayed here.

According to Alfred, the town was in the neutral zone, mean it was free for all the kind of supernatural to meet without restrain. The Midnight Silent Pack, led by gay couple was close to the neighbourhood but they never claim the area. I caught a glimpse of them a couple times, when I'm lurking around the town mall.

They were really handsome couples, shameless showing their affection in public. The love they showed was pure and beautiful.

"Papa, I'm so hungry." A childlike voice greets me from behind. I turn around to fetch my sweetheart in my arms.

"Oh, sorry, baby boy. Last night I got home so late and tired cause me to miss the morning alarm. I'm in the middle of preparing it now. So, be a good boy and wait me here." I put him on the stool, preparing a glass of milk and biscuit to hold his hungry stomach. He unbelievable has a big appetite comparable to his tiny frame.

He pouts when start munching the biscuit. I pats the brown mane, cause him to giddy. Allen is quite an understanding and intelligent boy.

"Morning, Love, baby boy." A coarse voice greets us. I turn around given him a flying kiss and my boy giggle when Alfred kisses his head.

"Daddy, it's near 12 p.m. You're late, uncle Albert would angry again." Allen reminds him, causes Alfred grinned after hearing it.

"Wanna going with me?" He asks Allen.

"Really? Add me too." Allen said in excited.

"Yes and your papa too." He replied to the little boy.

I shake my head when he has decided for me. Our life is really perfect. Alfred had proven himself as a good father for Allen, he loved my boy like he owns. I really feel gratitude the way he and his family treats Allen as theirs. My life is far from perfect, but I'm happy with what I have and working hard to get where I want to be.

I couldn't imagine how my life now if I ever reject his proposal. And, my boy... the boy I almost lose due my stupid decision had been my life light. Every time, I reminded the decision to abort him, I feel a great guilty that I never could erase as long as I alive.

"Hey, what's wrong?" I jerk from the memory.

"Papa, are you okay." Allen asks me.

"I'm okay..." Alfred wipes tears from my face.

"So, why you're crying? Did I do anything wrong?" Allen still worried.

I kneel down and take him in my embrace. No, you are doing nothing wrong sweetheart. It's me who almost commit the murderer, who heartless to make you cease from exist. I said inwardly.

"Allen, please forgive me." I whisper into his left ear.

"Papa, no matter what you have done, I would always forgive you because you're my father. The father, God has given to me. My beloved father..." Allen wipes my guilty tears. He tries cooed me in his tiny hugs. Alfred shows me a knowing look and hugs both us.

Speaking on Allen, he is a werewolf, half-human and half werewolf. According to the pack doctor, Allen's DNA werewolf was dominant making him an almost pure werewolf, the very dominance that almost equal to an Alpha genetic.

Alfred's hypothesis said maybe Allen another parents was an alpha, and also my mate. I just shrugged shoulder the day we found out Allen could transform earlier than a normal wolf. It's the most nerve wracking day.

Allen showed the very clear symptom like feeling down, sensitive and sick one week before the day he transformed. We treated it as a normal condition until he has a bloody screamed almost woken up every member in the pack.

We were lucky because it happened when we were on the pack ground. The bloody screamed has invited the pack member coming to our house. They circled around it and when Alfred aware what was going on, he stormed out from the house. I followed him closely, worried about Allen strange health. Alfred put Allen in the middle of the pack training field, cooed with the him.

"What is going on?" I felt so much worried when Albert asked Alfred. Allen becomes unfocused but his tiny hand still grips my hand tightly.

"Transform...maybe." Alfred was sound uncertainty.

"How come? Ry is human... unless he was mated to our kind." Albert was eyeing me.

"No, I don't know..." I'm sobbing unable to talk anymore.

"Quit it, Albert. Allen in pain and our banter do him nothing. Call Lea now!" I wipe the sweat form on Allen forehead. A second later, the pack's doctor arrived.

"Endure it, baby." I whispered to him, his heat keep rising and then he screamed in most hear breaking to everyone' ears.

"You can do it, baby." Alfred undressed him. Suddenly, Allen was positioning himself in four, howling loudly and transform to dark chocolate fluffy tiny pup. Alfred let out a relief sigh.

"He did it." Alfred hugs me in tight embrace when I couldn't tear my sight of the beautiful pup. Allen nuzzles my thigh, maybe scared I was afraid of him. In fact, I'm never afraid of him no matter what shape he has taken. He is forever my boy.

I hugged his fluffy wolf head into my chest, kissing his snout and caressed the fur, making him purr with delight. The pack's member still in awes watching Allen fully transformed. Alfred told me that a first time they witnessed a kid transformed earlier than their supposed age.

Albert and Alfred transform into their wolf, to accompany Allen to running around the pack border. I could see a clear an excitement in the lavender eyes of my pup. The eye reminded me of something in the past.

"Back to earth." A soft pinch on my cheek pull me from reminisce the past.

Both daddy and son laughed when I pout. I start serving the breakfast plus lunch together with my son. Alfred read the local newspaper like a middle age man. I chuckle inwardly. My family is perfect that couldn't wish anything else.

After one hour, we reach the pack land. The pups start surrounding the car and pull Allen to their playground. Alfred pulls me inside our home and notifies his brother thru the mind link. The house was kept in good condition as we left.

"Dad and mother will arrive shortly. Do you wanna going to Albert house or rest?" Alfred asks behind me.

"Umm, I think I wanna keep an eye on Allen." I replied him.

"Okay, I will right back as soon as the business over." He places a chastity kiss on my lips.

"Alright."

I walked to my son direction, watching him cheerful laughing among the little kids. The pack member really accepted, respect, and adore him as if he truly was their Alpha nephew. I wave my hand when he spots me. He gives me a fully toothy smile.

"I couldn't believe him already this old. The time sure flew so fast." I startled when Lea greets me. She was expecting the second pup.

"Yes, and very handful too." I said.

"That is the normal course for the kid. They always curious and wanna try everything new each day." Lea leak out a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"What exactly happen?" I ask her.

"Mmm, I think they called Alfred because the rouge's attack matter. We had one last week..." I pat her shoulder. I couldn't find any word to comfort her.

The dread memory still inside me, the memory of the first time I saw the rouge raid our pack. It was so terrible that my stomach refuse to take any food for a good three days. Alfred got one deep wounded that left a scarred on his back. I shudder and wipe the memory from my mind.

"Don't worry, I believe they will come up with better solution later." I said mostly to comfort a dread feeling in my own chest.

"Yeah I should trust our alpha more... both two quite astounding since they founded the duo alphas system." Lea wipes the tears form in her eyes.

As a parent and husband, I know the dire situation in werewolves circle. They always face with difficulties almost all the times. Sometime, I almost beg Alfred from assisting his brother. I couldn't control my sanity if one day he or Allen really disappear from my life.

Both two are my core sanity, the one who root me to the ground and face any oddity in my life. I will become lose if the fate decides to separate us. There are times when I am woken in the middle of the night because the nightmares. The nightmares that play the rogue had taken my husband and child from me.

I was not shamed when I cry loudly in the middle of the night and Alfred need to soothing me for hours. That shows how much my fear rooted in the corner of my heart. I become a religion after married, praying to God nonstop to always protect all my beloved one.

"Sorry for making you wait too long." A warmth of a pair of hand hugs me from the behind.

"Nah, it's okay." I put my hand on his calloused hand.

"They keep dragging it from one topic to another." He definitely was sulking behind me.

"Find any solution?" I heard he sighed softly behind me before taking a seat beside me.

"Not yet. The neighboring packs were ignoring our request or rejected it flatly." He said in frustrated.

"They were inhuman." I curse in low voice.

"They are not the human to begin it." He chuckle when lace our finger together. The clink of matching rings bring a smile to ours face.

"Okay, pups, it's time to back to your home. The sun also wanted to sleep too." Alfred announce too pups in playground with slightest joke. They pups waves him before walk to their home. Allen tackles Alfred with his dirty body.

Alfred and Allen disappear in the bathroom shortly after we reach home. I use it to prepare both father and son new attires. After thirty minutes, both get out from the bathroom. I give them new clothes to change.

"Where is granddad and grandma?" Allen asks us.

"At Uncle Albert home." Alfred answers him briefly.

I decide to take a quick bath and dress up in sleeveless tank and cargo pants. We walked together to Albert home. Both Alfred's parents engulf Allen in big bear hugs once they spot him.

"Sorry, we are a bit late." I said to Albert.

"Never mind, they have also just arrived and I just got out from bathed too." Albert said sincerely.

We talked about various topics until Albert's mate invites us to eat. The table was cheerful as always despite all the problem they try to hide under it. As Albert said before it wasn't use to worry about something would happen in the future. It just wastes the time. After eating, Allen had disappeared into a games room with Albert twin. They got along like a real sibling.

"Dad, ma, Albert could you guys free some schedule for tomorrow. Roughly around lunch..." Alfred asks them.

"Why?" They question him together.

"Tomorrow we are planning to celebrate Allen's birthday at our new branch restaurant. We are gonna celebrate it in simple just like what he requested for last year. The kid seems shyly to celebrate in grand party."

"Aw our grandson really a humble little boy." Miranda said in proud.

We excuse ourselves when the clock hitting midnight. It will take another one hour to arrive at our home. Allen had fallen asleep when we are getting out of pack road.

"I'm glad your parents didn't show any disappointment when we excluded them from preparing Allen's party." I break the silence.

"They're understand. Last year we had given them full authority to handle his party." He chuckled.

"The staffs had put the memo at the main entrance about the half day operation. Before I forgot, I also spot a familiar name in booking list." I grinned.

"Who?"

"Booking under Kai Alexander Malcolm."

"That is a big name around the States werewolf community." He was shocked too.

We are excited waiting tomorrow event. Allen must think we had forgotten his birthday. I turn around to eyeing the kid little frame. He was getting almost all my figures minus a few aspects that he gets from his another 'useless father'. I tsked in annoyance when thinking it.

"Babe, what had infect your thought just now?" Alfred playful tone breaks my self-bantering.

"Nothing." I perk on his cheek. I put my finger into his private area, feeling him in soft massage. I trace his shaft that begins to harden.

"Don't tempt me when we are on the road or else I will stop the car and ravish you in public." Alfred warned me.

"Wow, such a big word from my super possessive husband. Did you grow another ball?" I put a hard force around his private part causes him to suck a big air.

"Ry..." he shout in frustrated. I burst into a fit laughing seeing his priceless face. I know later on I need to pay him with big services for being naughty in the wrong place.

The rays of first sun wash over on my face. My eyes so heavy because lack of sleeping. Another person beside me cower his ear with another pillow. He wasn't the morning person after all. I rise up from the warm bed and almost fall on my knee. Damn it, last night one of the rare wild sex again.

I trot slowly to the bathroom, bearing the throbbing pain on my backside and sore hips. I spot too much hickey from the mark on my neck trail down to another part of my body. Shit! Another day I will be befriend with Turtleneck clothes. I shouldn't have tempted him in the car last night.

After taking a long shower, I dress up in some casual clothes. I had a full schedule to fill up today. Alfred will distract Allen from suspicious. He had planned to walk him on the nearest wood.

"I will go first." I place a morning kiss on Alfred lips. He shudders and slowly opens his mesmerizing sapphire eyes. He nods in tired before close his eyes again.

"Be careful, babe." An even breath as a sign him already fell into sleep again.

I walked slowly into Allen, place a gentle kiss on his forehead and tucking him properly in the blanket. He wriggles a little before settle down again.

"Happy Birthday, baby boy." I doubt he was hearing it. I give him another smile before walk away.

The gift was already placed inside the bonnet. I stroll around the megamall, eyeing anything that could add another gift for my precious sweetheart. I found a few T-shirt and toys he may like. I also constantly call the branch manager to follow up as they planned.

My heart keeps beating in a crazy way. Maybe I was overdosed by last night activity. It's like something big will happen later. Gosh, at least let me out of the problem once of time, I grip the steering.

Alfred always labelled me as the troublemaker magnetism. It was not my fault but people were being so rude nowadays, they keep bullying the weak and treat them worse than trash.

I gather all the thing and a gift for the little angel. A smile tugged at the corner of my lips. By now, they may have down to the restaurant floor. I examine all the car plat and feel slightly relief when spot all the familiar cars. They were here already. I casually walked into the restaurant, spots the pouts blindly boy and my husband try to coo him. It's super cute judging from Alfred always defeated by ours son pouting face.

Somehow, my heart beating in an anticipation when I walked passed each table. I hope that it's not leading into a wrong direction. I kneel down to reach Allen level eyes. Beautiful brown eyes were hidden behind the blindfold.

"Papa, why daddy need to blindfolds me?" Allen asks me confused.

"Happy Birthday, baby boy." I put off the blindfold and see my reflection in those clear brown orbs. His eyes become more shine and his tanned skin a slight blushing when he realized the people start circling us.

Allen tugs both Alfred and my hands gently, lead us close to the cake. The people start singing the birthday song once the branch giving them a signal. Yeah, my baby kind of humble and timid little boy despite his dominance side whenever something was making him feels unpleasant.

I'm slicing the cake when people start passing their gift to Allen. Alfred stands by his side as a supporter. I feel like some vicious yet a sad gaze from someone but couldn't pinpoint it exact direction. I may start having a delusion again. I filled each cake plate and the staff start distributes it among the guest and customer.

I walked to further table, to my surprise it occupied by the famous alphas. They faces me and giving me a silence respect. I compose myself, put down the cake plates, and greet them.

"Thank you for participating in my son party... I'm Rylan Nightshade feel honored by your presence Alphas of the Midnight Silent Pack." I grace them with a smile. I turn to face another man in their table and shocking almost shakes my whole body.

Not in hell he was here. Not after, I had recovered from all bad luck after encountering him. This is not happening. Why he must here today? I almost feel the panic start rising inside me. His eyes fix on me. Those pale blue eyes fill with unreadable emotion. I mentally scold myself for letting the past got me again.

"You're welcome." Ralph replied me with his signature smile. At least he replied help me from keep stare to another man. I also flashed them back with the business smile.

"Sorry gentleman I need to take my husband to meet our family. They requested him to come ASAP." I feel a little startle when Alfred voice comes behind me. I've given them a final bow before excuse ourselves.

"Uncle please enjoys your cake." Allen's voice was making my heart leaping in a scary way. In my hasty runaways, I forgot the boy was trailing behind me when we served the table. Please don't make my life become difficult again.

"And thank you for your awesome generous treat, little boy." I hear he replied.

Soon later, I feel relief when Allen run back to us. We sat at table with Alfred family. Miranda starts her complaint again on our boy. Allen is just comforting her in child manner. They talked many topic but my eyes keep drifting into the table pass Alfred shoulder. Our eyes met each other a few times until they were began walking to the main entrance.

Get a grip of yourself, Ry. Remember that was the man who pushed you around, who dumped you like a trash after used you as he liked.

The inner voice makes the hatred inside surface, enough to show on my calm face. I bet he could read both my disgusted and hatred the way he flinched when he going to take a final look.

"Are you not feeling well, babe?" I blinked a few times when Alfred hand land on my forehead. I look around and saw everyone's eyes on me. I shook my head to ease their worried.

"I'm fine just a little tired." I put a white lie on them. Alfred sighs in relief and the table activity resume back.
