"Why and who you used the portion for? You never need it on Kayla. She willing to walk bare naked in front of your pack just for you." Rita sarcastic voice is resonance inside her home.

Rita is my childhood and part of my pack member. She is half werewolf and half witch. If you think the witch is completely gone then you're wrong. They're not completely ceased from the world just hiding themselves from the world. They just use the magic to help their daily routine not in evil ways.

I lay in bed, staring into a spinning fan. The numb spread across my body and I feel so much misery. I know this is a symptom when the werewolf through a rejected phase. God know how much I'll suffer this if I didn't take the pills.

"Wake ... Wake up, son." I hear a distant whisper voice. It's like my father's voice but why he is so worried. I try to respond but my eyelids refuse to open.

I felt a great shook in my body cause me to force open my heavy eyes. The light had blind my sight causes me to blink a few times. Why everyone gathers in my room? My throat was dry, and feels glad when my mum gives a glass of plain water.

"What's wrong, everyone?" I said in a raspy tone.

"It should be my question, son. You know you have fainted for almost two weeks. We had sought every doctor but they're not found any wrong in your health." My mum said as she caresses my forehead. I feel surprised by the news. Shit! Cedric really shut down and bury in his sorrow hole.

Kayla, run into my embrace and cry like a child. I pat her hair gently. The other people take that as their cue to leave us alone.

I feel an emptiness in my heart. Something was missing from my life, something really important. Kayla put my hand on his slightly bump stomach. I feel another life in there, a new addition member for my own family.

After my energy was restored, I announce to the pack members and they agree with us. Nobody is objecting. This weekend will be ours happy day. I know we are not mates but we really can be a happy husband and wife.

"Ivan, I don't know how to speak to you. I feel really want to slap your useless brain. Why you do something, you shouldn't have done. You think everything will fix by this grand marriage. You're wrong, Ivan. Really wrong." Kai had walked away after splash his venom. He knows the truth. How?

To advert my focus I turn on the television. I choose the news slot and saw they're a cover a burning apartment. My heart skips in shock when I spot the location; Maple Street. He had gone. He had gone.
